• Carlos (1/5): Pass The Property Management Sucks - They (Pass the Property) switched properties on us saying this one wasn’t available after we paid. The new property was disgusting. We refused to stay there and they refused to reimburse the payment. We send pictures of water damage, dirt on pillows, paper stuffed under legs of tables among other things.

• Watkins (9/5): Great property, in a great location. - The property was exactly as per the images, in a great location, and very convenient for a family.
• J Martin (3/5): Modern place with surprise eviction notice, NOT RECOMMENDED - The electric appliances and the furniture were modern and well decorated. Well, we found 1 blind missing and then 1 of the other blinds fell to the ground almost hitting my wife's foot. Also, the most important thing: we found an eviction notice in the middle of the stay, and we got anxious thinking that we may come back being homeless. Fortunately, they gave 48 hours so that was enough for us to check out, but there is something dodgy happening in the building. This wasn't the only apartment with an eviction notice stuck to the door...

• Elisabeth (10/5): Exceptional - Very spacious and clean apartment. It was an easy walk to the tube. Lots of food nearby. Perfect for our stay.
• Judith (2/5): Think twice before booking this location! - The location was close to stores and the tube. Where do I start?! The beds are like concrete! Uncomfortable is an understatement! The rooms were HOT! And there was no way to adjust the temperature. The showers - if you take longer than a 1 minute shower, the room floods! The scheduled a boiler service man to inspect the boiler during our short stay, instead of the following day. This forced me to stay at the apartment in lieu of traveling with my family. I will NOT allow a stranger into the apartment when we are not there! Parking - no information provided regarding a permit. Unable to park during 9am-6pm with no information upfront.

• Singh (3/5): Will not go back, others also should think about staying there. - We struggled in opening the property door, informed the hosts but no instructions were sent just a video link??? They did a very job in providing instructions on how to open the main building door as it is tricky. we were cold and struggled for hours to get in, not much help from the hosts upon knowing either. House was very hot inside, no fan provided, let alone AC. A fan should have included and better instructions should have provided to open the main door. Their instruction was sloppy and left us in the cold for a very long time in the night. Hosts didn't care about it upon being informed.

• Tiffany (10/5): Exceptional - It felt very spacious. We were 4 adults and 2 teens, and we fit very well in this home. I loved that it had two bathrooms. The balcony was also very large and a nice addition. It was close to the train station, and we never had issues getting an Uber to pick us up or drop us off. It felt safe at all times. The neighborhood was cute with many fun restaurants nearby. There was also a very large park near the home. The shower in the master bedroom is beautiful. However, it is also designed in a way that the shower water can easily spray or spill onto the bathroom floor if you are not being very careful. Once we made everyone aware, it was fine. There were no major issues.
• Turab (7/5): Luxury and i love the terrace - Its near the park and local shops so easy to reach. Rooms were luxury. Terrace was so good. They dont have parking and charge too much and early check in. Room’s temperature was stable.
• Victoria (10/5): Stunning apartment in a great location - Great location and beautiful apartment. Really well equipped and lovely bathrooms. No tea towel but it really wasn’t a problem as we mostly used the dishwasher.
• Chun (8/5): Very good - The location is superb, just 5 minutes away from tube station and also the town centre. It was a safe neighbourhood surrounded by friendly locales. Moreover, the apartment was equipped with all basic electrical appliances and was kept in good condition, you just need to bring your clothing. Lastly, the swift reply from the staff was really impressive. The internet is not working, but the staff kindly offer to reimburse the internet cost. Secondly, the fop is no longer used in the entrance, please provide the key to the future tenant.
