• Natalia (8/5): - La ubicación. La casa en si es muy bonita y las camas son excelentes. Faltaba black out en una habitación del tercer piso por lo cual desde temprano entraba claridad y los ruidos de la calle. Esta sobre una avenida y es bastante transitada. Nada grave igualmente.
• Erika (5/5): Ottima posizione e appartamento carino ma pulizia che lascia a desiderare - Posizione ottimale, la zona non è caotica ma fornita di mezzi (bus, metro a 5 minuti) e a 15 minuti a piedi da Southbank. Spaziosa ideale per 4 coppie. Fornita di tutte le stoviglie e di detersivi per i piatti e sacchetti per le immondizie Non comoda per chi ha problematiche con le scale, poiché è sviluppata in 4 piani Pulizia decisamente insufficiente (polvere dappertutto, gli utensili della cucina come il bollitore erano inutilizzabili) L’acqua della doccia andava a colpi, nel bagno più in alto usciva quasi senza pressione
• Lenka (3/5): - Apartmán je vo výbornej lokalite, odkiaľ sa dostanete pešo do centra mesta, po prípade je kúsok stanica metra. Apartmán bol veľmi zanedbaný. Bolo upratané iba povrchne. Chladnička smrdela a všetko v kuchyni bolo špinavé. Vidno že sa v apartmáne riadia iba kúpeľne, podlahy a prezliekajú periny. Ďalšia nevýhoda je to, že sú tam tenké okná ako z papiera. Štvrť kde sa apartmán nachádza je rušná a mala som problém kvôli tomu so spaním. Zároveň popred apartmán po ulici chodia bezdomovci ktorí kričia samé nadávky.

• Rocío (8/5): - Buena distribución de la casa para dos familias. Buena ubicación, cerca del metro, restaurantes y tiendas. No dejaron la ropa de los sofás-camas y tuvimos que pedirlas. Uno de los colchones hundido por un lado.

• Krishna (7/5): Good location but keep low expectation on customer service - Good sized 4 bedrooms in a prime location and two decent sized bathrooms The host wasn’t helpful when I asked that there was a blockage in one of the bathroom sinks. He said that he will look into it next day morning around our check out time which wasn’t helpful for the group of 9 of us. In the end, one of my friends cleared the blockage left by the previous guests.
• Alida (9/5): Mooi appartement op fijne locatie - Goede locatie, dichtbij metrostations. Ruime kamers, babybedje gevraagd en deze stond klaar bij aankomst. Er wordt gewerkt met een sleutelkastje wat heel gemakkelijk is. Raam op bovenste verdieping sloot niet goed waardoor het redelijk koud werd op de kamer
• Liz (7/5): Comfy london apartment - Good location, spacious for group of 7, 2 bathrooms, easy to contact proprietor who was very helpful Kitchen could be better equipped. No microwave. No small saucepans.
• Danielle (7/5): Een uitstekende plek om met een groep te vertoeven. - Prima lokatie en ruim genoeg voor een groep. Vier slaapkamers verdeeld over twee etages met iedere etage een badkamer met wc werkte goed voor onze groep. De woonkamer was groot genoeg en fijn om te vertoeven met zitgelegenheden en een grote tafel waar we aan konden zitten en eten. De keuken zag er goed uit met grote koelkast en voldoende ruimte om in te bewegen. De communicatie was helaas niet goed genoeg. Er was online via Booking.com ruim van te voren gevraagd om een kinder bedje en afspraak over inchecken. Daar kwam geen reactie op en ook niet via het contact direct met de host. Die heb ik telefonisch moeten contacteren en beloofd werd om de lokatie en incheck details kort voor aankomst met ons te delen. Dat gebeurde niet en heb ik weer moeten bellen. Bij aankomst was er geen kinderbed. Dat werd later gebracht na telefonisch contact. De keuken zag er in eerste instantie goed uit maar het koffie apparaat werkte niet en ook de broodrooster was defect. Gelukkig waren er nog andere koffie apparaten om koffie te kunnen zetten. Een eenvoudige spatel om een ei te kunnen bakken was er niet. Naar onze mening met een aantal kleine veranderingen kan dit met gemak opgelost worden wat het verblijf sterk kan verbeteren.
• Vida* (4/5): No go! - Die Lage war gut. Ausstattung war auch gut. Leider alles schmutzig!! Einrichtung war mal schön, aber nichts gewartet. Wände Zimmer Wasserschaden, Fenstergriffe kabutt. Staub, Verkalkung, Geschirr schmutzig. Betten nicht frisch.
• Patrick (10/5): - L'appartement était vraiment confortable et très bien situé pour la découverte de Londres. Chacun a pu facilement trouvé sa place. Les 2 salles de bains étaient bien pratiques pour notre groupe de 8 personnes. Cuisine, salle à manger bien aménagées. Et le restaurant à côté nous a régalé (spécialité d'Amérique du Sud) Même les enfants ont fini leurs assiettes.... On a aussi beaucoup apprécié une pizzeria pas très loin. Pas beaucoup de contact avec le propriétaire ou le gestionnaire.

• Sophie (7/5): C’était un agréable séjour. - La literie, l’emplacement, le côté spacieux de l’appartement idéal pour une grande famille. Le manque de matériel pour la cuisine: casserole, torchon, grille pain qui ne fonctionnait pas. Dans la salle de bain la lumière qui s’éteint quand on est sous la douche.

El hervidor y la Tostadora no funcionaban. Le escribimos al propietario porque faltaban toallas y nunca nos respondió. Estuvimos 5 días compartiendo toallas.

• Bontojr (9/5): Perfect for Families – Spacious, Comfortable, and Well-Located - We had a fantastic stay! The property is ideal for families, with multiple rooms spread across different floors. We were two families (9 people in total), and each family had their own floor, which gave us plenty of space and privacy. The shared living area, dining table, and kitchen were large enough to comfortably accommodate everyone. The bathrooms were clean and well-maintained, and the beds were very comfortable. The location is also excellent—just a 5–6 minute walk from two major stations, Elephant & Castle and Waterloo, making it easy to get around depending on where you're headed. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we would absolutely recommend it to other families or groups! The only thing that could be improved is the Wi-Fi. Fortunately, we had a good roaming plan, so we managed just fine without it. But if you rely on a strong internet connection, this could be a downside. Other than that, the place is fantastic!

There's a 24/7 market in the same building which was convenient if you needed something and/or wanted to buy a bottle of wine. There were only one set of towels per bed which was fine for a 3 day stay, but for longer stays you would need a washing machine or more towels.

• Christian (10/5): Perfect flat for London sightseeing tour. - Very nice flat. Perfectly divided for two families with children. Top equipment, everything you need. Key solution very practical. Great location for exploring the city. Around the corner small 24 h supermarket and great Art Café for breakfast. Hosts helpful and uncomplicated. Mattresses a little soft in places.

• Hadeel (1/5): Very bad I don’t recommend it at all - Nothing This is very dangerous apartment , The apartment was not save for us as a family with kids , first there is no clear board about the name ( Mia residence)!!! , there is another door leadings to the basement with other unknown doors with very bad smell coming from that place , and the window was broken and not closed very well, there was no safety box as well, Also there was a shipment from Amazon for another person , I took videos and photos for the whole things And immediately I left the apartment and didn’t stay at all! And when I want to cancel , the property said I didn’t mention about the safety box in the advertisement! Which is a standard safety for all apartment I tried to reach him with multiple calls to return my money but he DID NOT answer at all
• Pedro (10/5): Great spacious place with easy access to public transportation - The apartment(almost a house) is incredible! It has a lot of space, making it comfortable for 5 people. The place had all the basic amenities needed for a good stay, it is close to tourist locations but it's not in a crowded area and it had easy access to public transportation too. The best place I've ever booked in London so far.
