- Agnes Wolthuis (9/5): Geweldig ervaring - Een hele ervaring! Niks
- Tarnygeorgie (7/5): - very beautiful natural cold and wifi only reception area

- Sam (10/5): Amazing and very memorable trip - Delicious breakfast and packed lunch for the hike - high quality food, although very expensive.
Glamping tent was comfy, and the bedding on the inflatable mattress was quite warm. Not a comment about the accommodation, but make sure to leave plenty of time to arrive as it’s quite remote and you have to drive slowly on the roads due to holes
- hock lai (8/5): - friendly n helpful staff reception n restaurant closed most time
- Gert (8/5): Beautiful and convinient place in the Torres NP - Good spot to do different Hikes in the Torres del Paine NP - but you need your own transport.
The Restaurant serves realy very good food..😎 No Water between 24:00 and 07:00 !
- Michal (10/5): Great camp - The tent was very spacious and the bed was super comfortable. Arrival went smoothly, the check-in was quick, and the host was pleasant.
The washrooms and toilets were always clean, there was always toilet paper available, and everything was absolutely fine. We would come back.
The gate to the park is just around the corner, and from there the walk takes anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour and a half, depending on where in the park you’re heading. For dinner, we also used the restaurant, where they cook excellent food. Wi-Fi is only available at the main building, which is a bit of a pity nowadays, but we’re in such beautiful nature that you can easily manage without it.
- sannekevanwalsem (3/5): No value for money. - Beautiful location right at the entrance of the park. However please note that, it takes between 40 minutes to 1.5hours to the start of any track. Beds were comfortable, and it is nice you get a hot water bottle to keep you warm at night each day.
The restaurant close by was very decent and they were super kind there. Showers where often cold, and far away from the tent. Staff was disappointing. When asking for any hiking tips, the receptionist said she wouldn't give any recommendations. In my view, this is basic service in a hiking area.
It is very expensive for what you get.

- William (10/5): Perfect camping with superb views - Very clean bathroom lots of hot water. Views of Torres del Paine were fantastic right from my tent. Restaurant on property offers outstanding pizzas. Staff accommodating None
- kenth (9/5): - The campsite is right next to the park gates in a beautiful setting. The staff were lovely and very helpful. They have supply of hot water in the office. Bed was comfortable and warm in spite of cold wet weather.
There is a restaurant next to the site which serves meals or just coffee and drinks with amazing view to the park The staff here are also friendly and helpful. There was no hot water. Not sure why.
- Johannes (10/5): - Die Alge und die Ruhe!
- Gert (9/5): The food in the restaurant is extraordinarily delicious and presented with love for the detail! In addition, the view on -
- William (10/5): Camping with a view - Wonderful views of Torres de Paine from campsite. Clean facilities. Great customer service. None
- Wei Li (10/5): -
- Burçay (9/5): Comfy Glamping - We stayed in a glamping tent and tbh our expectation for the night was very low. We had one of the comfiest beds to sleep on and a very nice camping area. The staff speaks very good english and answered all our questions, helped us a lot. They guided us with a car to our tent and showed everything. The shared bathrooms were also clean. Also there is a cafe/restaurant as a facility and they have beer on tap which was rare in Patagonia :) It is not even 5 min drive from the entrance of the Torres del Paine Gate. The tents or camping places are a bit too close to each other. But if you are only coming to sleep that's okay. Be aware that there is no electricity and water(also in the bathrooms) during 10pm-06 am I think so if you are leaving early for a hike like we did, you need to work with headlamps or so.
- Kevin (9/5): - Nice place to stay for the price given the cost of the surrounding area. I could park my motorcycle right next to the tent. The front desk clerk was very helpful and kind.
- Maarten (9/5): Een digitale detox - Een heel fijne camping.
- Eva (8/5): - Très joli camping, petite yourte confortable.

- Ann Marie (8/5): Good glamping experience - Great location right beside Torres Del Paine park entrance. Attached restaurant served delicious food and not over priced. Very good staff. Clean warm shower room and toilets. Nothing
- Alina (10/5): -
- Martijn (9/5): Very special experience to stay in a tent in the Torres del Paine NP - - Amazing location in Torres del Paine NP with views of Los Cuernos
- Great bed, with a lot of warm blankets
- Hot water bottle provided to keep you warm
- Nice restaurant for breakfast and diner - Obviously no toilet in the tent so you have to get out your warm bed and walk to the external toilet facilities (which is of course normal on a campsite)
- A bit pricey but that’s all in Torres del Paine NP
Si eres propenso a ir, lleva buen repelente.
- SHARYL (8/5): Our stay at the Rio Serrano campsite was amazing, with beautiful vistas! - The tent with the mountain view we stayed for 3 nights was spectacular on a clear, sunny day in January. Although the tent was spartan, the thick duvet kept us warm during the cold, windy summer nights in January.
The walking path within the campsite, lined with greenery and planted trees, was calming to our senses as we enjoyed the sound of the rapidly flowing river nearby. We had previously emailed the staff about our preference for a tent with a mountain view. However, we were initially assigned a tent next to the river, even though a mountain view tent was available. After insisting on our request, the staff eventually provided us with the tent that had the mountain view.
- Tim Doup (9/5): A great stay in a beautiful area just outside the National Park - It was a great place to stay. We had two separate tents close to the Serrano river. Very warm beds, air cushion mattress, little table with a small lamp. We had a separate small open outdoor cabin with a table and seating where we could enjoy some of our breakfast, drinks and relax. The wash facilities were clean and when we stayed never busy. There was also an excellent restaurant on-site which served very nice dinners and drinks (pisco sour). We also had some nice sunsets and sunrises Hot water in the shower was sometimes hot for a short while, then cold. After turning it off and on it was hot again, but for a short while only. For the rest it was a great stay. A chair and table in the tent would be nice to have.
- Alexander (8/5): -
- Kerstin (9/5): -
- Mott (8/5): - The location was spectacular
- Namrin (8/5): - The restaurant is great. The bed is warm. The location is inside the park so quite good. Very ridiculously expensive for a tent. The toilet and shower are a bit far from the tent we've got.
- Jina (2/5): - The location was convenient near the south gate of TDP. The operation was too cheap. No cold water, no hot water, no electricity between midnight and 7am. We got up early and couldnt brush teeth or flush the toilets. Bathroom is NOT heated, and no hot water in the sink.. It is cold everywhere. The restaurant is strictly for food sale, and campers were not allowed to hang out even in the corner of the restaurant. They wanted tip for hot water. Also they are open only limited hours. The campground didnt have a place to hangout with chairs and table when we were not hiking. In such a harsh weather, this is not acceptable. In the tent, they give you soft air matteress that are short and not comfy. My husband is not a tall guy but his feet stick out and cold all night. . No chairs or tables to sit. No proper lamp. The little lamp they have is like a night light. Towels were smelly. Bedding had hairs. You can request hot water bottle to keep you warm in the bed. Sometimes, they were only half filled and the bottle cover was wet. Staff didnt look happy in general. We spent 5 nights there and there was only one other tent occupied. Compared to this, Pehoe campground was happy, busy, and generous with food, hot water, facilities, etc. Go to camp Pehoe. I will never use serrano camp again.

- Marcin (8/5): - Piękne miejsce, piękny widok, blisko do wejścia do parku, niezapomniane wspomnienia.

- Smith (10/5): - Gorgeous surroundings and comfortable beds, the restraunt on site served really good food
- james (10/5): Great Glamping Experience - Excellent food in the restaurant, for both dinner and breakfast. The tent was comfortable and warm with the thick blankets. All Good.
- Peteris (10/5): - Staff- friendly and excelent! Tamara in reception and Kris and other staff in restaurant- supper! Very good dinner and wine selection.
- Jessica (10/5): Great stay for ppl who are not doing W or O trek and camping. - Loved my experience at this site just outside of TDP. It was easy to check in and the tents were a good size. The mattresses were fairly comfortable and the bedding was sufficient to keep you warm overnight. The reception provides you with a heating pad over night as well which was very useful. Facilities were good and clean and not far from our site. The restaurant on site is phenomenal so don't worry if you aren't the "camping" type. We rented cook equipment from Puerto Natales but only used it for our breakfast. Stayed 2 nights and had dinner in the restaurant both nights well worth it. The pizza is fantastic. If you aren't a "trekker" and still want to experience TDP without having to do the O or the W trek this is a great option and you can do parts of the trek and smaller hikes as an option.
- Lance (9/5): Great location with beautiful views next to the river. - Short drive to the park entrance ideal for day visits No dislikes
- Benno (9/5): - Sehr freundliches Personal im Restaurant, eigentlich überall.
Bettflaschenservice ist top!
Auswahl an Essen ist ok.
Keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit innerhalb 40km.
- Marco (10/5): - Sehr nettes Personal
- jean luc (10/5): Fantastic place to stay at a decent price for the park and - The staff was outstanding at the reception and the restaurant
Facilities were great very clean
A member of our group had disabilities and the staff made sure that our tents were close to bathrooms
The bedding was very comfortable and we felt warm in our beds
Finally the restaurant served very good food with a large choice The signage to the property is inexistant or de did not see it. As there is no cellular network in the park we had a hard time to find the place
- Meena (5/5): -
- Carla (9/5): Basic accommodation but good for the area and prive - I think all the bad reviews for this place are perhaps from people who have never been camping before. It's very basic, which is the point. It is crazy expensive for camping, but everything in TdP is crazy expensive, so I'm not sure how this differs. Hotels in Rio Serrano are $350-$400 USD a night to start, so for $130 USD this was reasonable to me. You get what you pay for, and here you're getting minimal accommodations for minimal money given the location. The bathrooms were some of the cleanest I've encountered while camping, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Each site has a small shelter with a picnic table, plus a plug in to charge your phone. There is no electricity or hot water from midnight-7am, which was fine for us. They warn you in advance about this, so just bring a bit of water to brush your teeth or whatever if you're leaving early in the morning. The food at the restaurant was actually excellent, and there is wifi there. People who complained about the cold should have booked a hotel room lol. It's outdoor camping guys! One of our air mattresses had a hole in it. We did get it replaced with a new one after the first night, but it does seem like they should be checking them before a guest spends a night on a flattened air mattress.
- Jenny (10/5): Exceeded all expectations - Location
Cleanliness
Warm beds
Lovely staff
Great bar/restaurant Nothing
Actualizarlos
- Valeska (10/5): -
- Franziska (9/5): -
- Rangel Caio (10/5): - Adoramos a experiência.
Acqua calda negli orari indicati.
Posizione ottima a 5 minuti dall’ingresso serrano del parco. Vista molto bella sui Cuernos.
Receptionist molto disponibile.
- Tallie Lemes (7/5): The tent is a big onion! Very comfy - The staff was superb, always attentive to our needs. The tent is quite big (I was by myself) and despite being an air mattress, it was super comfy. The scenery around is absurd, super beautiful. The most annoying part of the experience was the place not accepting perfect dollar bills as payment for the stay. They gave me some talk about Chilean bank not being able to accept new notes (mine were new) and since then I was paying accommodations + car rental perfectly in dollars with no issues. That was a bummer since I had prepared the money to pay them. They were not flexible with it, and if it wasn't for my Amex I wouldn't be able to pay for my stay. That was disappointing and I think they should be clear that dollars in cash are not acceptable.
- Stephane (7/5): - Very close from the Park, personnel is awesome, the Even helped
My preparing my meal! The restaurant on the site is great! Only the facilities for cooking are missing, expected to have pots and cooking area available, but the only thing included are a fire
Pit and a table. Meaning you need to bring all your cooking gears.
- Catherina (4/5): -
- Jason (8/5): Beautiful views clean comfy beds but lacking on basics for the price - The bedding was very comfortable and warm with ample room in the tent. A hook for your wet towel after showering is needed. The parking was very close to our tent and the bathrooms were very clean with ample hot water in the evenings. the water and power did not turn on until late in the morning - to get up and hike at 6 or 7 am you had no way of getting water :( A way to get hot water for coffee, even the small restaurant on the premises wasn't open, for early morning hikes was a real disappointment when paying over $100/night :(
- Rebekah (1/5): Avoid at all costs - The property did not refund our deposit! Have tried to contact them numerous times but to no avail. Have had to resort to contacting booking.com back and forth. Still not obtained the deposit back. We have lost £150… I would avoid staying here at all costs. Further more, it’s on the other side of the national park, so to access for instance the main trail head for the three peaks hike, you will need to drive 1hr 30min. Consider carefully before you book
- Maria (7/5): Good - WCs and toilets were super clean and the bed was comfortable. Towels and extra blankets were available free of charge The cafeteria had closed the day before and there was no information about it anywhere. Luckily we had dinner on our way there
- Andrew (1/5): I checked out two nights early and stayed somewhere better! - Good location Worst bed I’ve ever slept on. Uncomfortable, lumpy and too short, so half my legs hung off the end.
- Oya (6/5): Pleasant - Quite a beautiful location by the river. Easily accessible for visiting Torres Del Paine. The staff who checked us in was very kind and helpful. Inconsistent hot water for taking a shower. The restaurant opens at 9am for breakfast, which is very late considering that most people leave their accommodations in the region to get to Torres Del Paine early. They couldn’t even provide some packed breakfast before 9am, as is the common practice for other accommodations in the region. In addition, we asked if we could sit in the restaurant in the evening, they said no, which means there was no common indoors area for guests to sit and rest.
