Mark (1/5): If there wasn’t things to do on the foreshore with a very disappointing place to stay - There was nothing to like about the property. The furniture was dirty and I needed a good clean on the carpets. It’s old and tired. It needs a revamp.

Joanna (4/5): We probably wouldn’t stay here again. - Location was central to everything Only 1 key supplied but 2 families so we couldn’t do separate things. Lots of hair on the carpets and the property wasn’t very clean. The property had a bad smell when you walk into it. A dirty towel was left in the laundry sink. No vacuum cleaner in the property to be able to clean up No access to some hotel facilities (like wifi) and extra towels.

James (1/5): indepenant owner no backup from reception - location very central part of oaks complex apartment was tired furniture old and needed replacement fridge to small for 4 persons sofa bed springs need repair as do seats on balcony which are holed this is not 4 stars more like 2.5
Redman (5/5): Happy as the location was better than expected, annoyed that we had to share towels. - location was unexpected. Booking.com has the wrong pinpoint, however, luckily it was closer to where we wanted to be. But it could've just as easily been further away. despite booking a room for 6 people, only 4 towels were provided and 1 soap between us all. Reception of the accommodation could not help as they do not "own" the room so we all just had to share towels and the 1 soap. Not happy. Booking.com had the location pinpoint in the wrong location. It was about an extra 5 mins drive away.
