• THERESA (1/5): False advertising/POOR customer service - The location was very close to where we needed to be. The place was dirty. The first impression when walking into the property there is mail that is cluttering the entrance when you walk in. Looks as no one has picked up the mail for months. The trash was not taken out they set it outside on the so call terrace that was advertised. So therefore we had no trash can in the property besides the very small one in the bathroom. Bathroom had mold on the ceiling and in the shower. There was used amenities in the bathroom. I had to buy cleaning materials to clean it up. The bedrooms had dirty sheets that we have photos of. I had to buy sheets for the beds. I couldn't even wash the sheets because there was no dryer, which was advertised on the booking.com site. There were spider webs in the windows. The curtains were falling off the windows which we have photos of. There was water damage on the walls and we have photos of that as well. The wifi device didn't work because the wifi device was not charged. So we had to charge that with our charger. We contact the property manager and booking.com and the service was POOR. The property manager MENNA has poor customer service. She did not stand on her word. I have photos of all the issues we had. I also have all the messages that was had between booking.com and the property manager. She is not customer service material. THERE IS DEFINITELY FALSE ADVERTISING FOR THIS PROPERTY.
• Mohamed (1/5): لا انصح بالسكن في هذه الشقة ما لم يتم تجديدها ونظافتها جيدا - الاسرة وسخة جدا ويوجد شعر علي الشراشف الشراشف نفسها وسخة وعليها رائحة لا تطاق الصوفة الكنبة وسخة لا تصلح للجلوس او النوم الستارة مخلوعة ولا يوجد اي خصوصية يوجد بيوت للعنكبوت باب الحمام طريقته خير مريحة باب مزلاج ولا تشعر بان الحمام مغلق وصاحب المكان او الشخص المسوول عن المكان لايرد وتعامله سيءجدا من اول دقيقة كلمناه عشان يبعت حد ينظف ويغير الشراشف ما استجاب الا بعد يومين واخر شي الساعة عشرة صباحا قبل موعد المغادرة دخلت علينا عاملة النظافة بدون استئذان المفروض ترن الجرس او تخبط علي الباب لكن لم تفعل بل دخلت بالمفتاح المعاها

The kitchen was fully equipped with all necessary utensils and appliances, making it easy to prepare meals. The bedrooms were spotless and the beds were very comfortable—perfect for a good night's sleep. Fresh towels were provided, which was a thoughtful touch. The overall atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and the interior design added a modern and pleasant vibe. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The location was convenient, close to local shops and public transport. We also appreciated the quiet surroundings, which made our stay even more relaxing. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and a worry-free experience!

• Jodie (3/5): Shame, if it wasn’t so filthy and had curtains and a bed that wasn’t broken it would be nice - Well located, easy access, warm The place was filthy - literally there was rubbish everywhere (food wrappers, receipts, general rubbish in the drawers and under the beds, leftover pieces of food in the kitchen, hairs in the bathroom and kitchen and all over the floors). We know there’s rubbish under the beds because one was broken has no slats at the bottom and the other bedroom the bed slides across the room when you sit on it. Dust and dirt and MOULD in the drawers! Mould and damp on the walls, some of it poorly attempted to be hidden by a mirror. Flimsy rail in back bedroom no wardrobe. curtains didn’t fit even half of the huge window in the back bedroom and the one that was there was hanging off by a thread, so there was no privacy from surrounding windows which all look in , and from the our kitchen which could see into our bedroom. Bathroom door wouldn’t shut properly - not ideal when 5 people are sharing. It was dirty, it made us feel really uncomfortable. The linen is also cheap and static. The hosts asked if anything was wrong and when I told them they just apologised but didn’t offer any solutions - actually first time I told them they didn’t even acknowledge about the cleaning they just told us to check another drawer for towels. The bed was broken in the one room so poor sleep. The windows are massive as well so it’s not private at all without the curtains, and also so much light comes in so if you’re a light sleeper good luck! The little yard is gross, cigarette ends, coffee lids, general rubbish and it’s damp and needs a good clean up. Shame, if the property was clean, had beds that weren’t broken and curtains it Would be nice. I don’t expect much for budget stays - but cleanliness, privacy, and a decent bed to sleep are the bare minimum basic requirements of any place your charging guests to stay.

• Elaine (10/5): Inviting, clean, comfortable and modern, terrific location for Camden / Kentish Town and surrounding area. Plenty of - Clean, modern, well serviced, comfortable and warm. (Freezing weather outside!) Don’t be put off by the entrance hall, it’s a lovely flat inside.
