• Fern (10/5): Our stay was excellent, the property was close to the functions we attended and I would definitely recommend staying the - The property was very clean and spacious Every thing was excellent except we did not have a car so walking up and down the many stairs was a bit tiresome especially after dinner and a few drinks but we managed ok and loved the location to Kirra

• Sheri (9/5): We enjoyed our stay in this centrally located unit which was clean, well stocked and we could walk everywhere 😀 - A lovely beachy feel to the unit as soon as you walk in with a beautiful view of Kirra beach from the corridor! Perfect location for walking everywhere (as long as you’re able to walk stairs and hills). Good variety of kitchen appliances and items and finally a place with good kitchen knives for cooking! Em was a great host and willing to bring something over if they didn’t have it. If it was a super hot day, the place is difficult to cool down with no ceiling fans or air conditioning. They did their best though placing fans in every room which was appreciated.

• Lindsey (6/5): Great location. - Location is fantastic The apartment needs a deep clean. Particularly the bunk room. The dust under that bed was not good. The beds were uncomfortable and the linen was old and ratty. It actually felt damp when we arrived. The biggest problem was the lack of air con or ceiling fans, just small pedestal fans that move the hot air around. For the price, this apartment was disappointing.

• Nathan (9/5): This place gave you all the tools you need to have a glimpse into the wonderful lifestyle in Coolangatta - Location was second to none and the apartment had all you need for a comfortable stay. Nothing at all.
• Leanne (7/5): Location but not necessarily value for money - The location was fantastic! The bathrooms were spotless and the pedestal fans were a saving grace given the lack of aircon. Coffee pods provided were a nice touch. The photos suggested a view from the apartment, but the view was from the lift well. The lounges and dining chairs were old and so worn they appeared dirty or not professionally cleaned for some time. The apartment is non-smoking but there was smoking elsewhere in the building which drifted into the apartment because we couldn’t close the windows in the absence of aircon. The driveway is tight and the parking spot is even tighter. The owners spam you with automated emails and text messages, including ones inviting a reply with any questions you might have, but never respond to any reply messages.

• Helen T (9/5): Perfect for us - Perfect location. Facilities were amazing. Were were at a surf club carnival and it was great for us to access the beach and have down time when we got back to the accommodation. Nothing not to like.
• Janette (8/5): - Nice location. Quiet. Walk everywhere but be prepared it's one heck of a hill. That bring said it was a nice spot to stay. The ocean view shown is in the lift foyer 😆 🤣 no fan in the main bedroom.
• Lisa (9/5): Gorgeous apartment close to the beach! - Beautiful apartment with two bathrooms, two bedrooms and plenty of space. Lovely lounge, kitchen was well equipped and great view from just outside the apartment of the beach. Only a short walk down stairs to the beach! I thought the apartment had aircon and it didn’t which was the only downside, but there were three fans and a nice breeze throughout the apartment! Can’t complain.
• David (7/5): - Location is good. High on the hill. You can see the ocean from the kitchen window which could do with a bit of a clean. Didn't get much sleep due to light streaming into the main bedroom from apartment block gardens next door, Blackout curtains would help. No aircon, so would be hot in summer.

• Guy (9/5): We enjoyed our stay at Location, Location. Thank you. - The location is quite good, located on the hill between Kirra and Coolangatta. Building has a lift so easy to get to the third floor and accessing the apartment was easy as the door has code access. Good kitchen facilities. No air conditioning. pedestal fan used to cool bedroom. Very steep hill/stairs to climb when returning back from Coolangatta or Kirra.

• Ngareta (10/5): Beautiful large comfortable apartment with stunning sea views - The apartment was large, very clean and well appointed with everything and more that we needed. I tried communicating with the hosts both via email and the number supllied but got no replies. Most of the information was provided but we could not find the wifi password that was supposed to be on a wall. We hunted for it, so I emailed but got no reply. Not a big issue, we would still recommend this accommodation.

We had a problem with communication with the host. The phone number we were given didn’t work, and emails I sent the host weren’t answered. I did get information from Booking.com with instructions, but was unable to confirm details or ask questions with the host.

House unlocked on arrival, wifi didn't work at all, owner didn't respond to messages yet sent automated messages shortly after multiple times..
