• Don (1/5): - We booked a confirmed stay in August 2025 for one night in May 2026. We paid in full for our stay in April 2026. Two days before our stay, the host canceled our booking, telling us that he had a reservation for four nights. We requested that the host would honor our reservation but the host refused. We don't know if the problem was in the Booking.com system or if the host was being greedy and unfair. Either way, it took a full evening of phone conversations with Booking.com to arrange alternative accommodations in a town 25 minutes away by car. Not a happy experience!

• Patricia (10/5): Hermoso lugar, recomiendo ir con auto! - En el corazon de la montaña. Pura naturaleza y silencio que solo interrumpia el sonido de los cencerros. Las vistas, maravillosas. Solo puedo decir que no hubo forma de que me contestaran qué transporte publico me llevaba desde la estación de tren, luego de escribir como 10 mensajes preguntando y aclarando. Hay un transporte publico que lo acerca a 800 metros del apartamento.

• Romane (7/5): - La literie n’est pas très confortable. En particulier le canapé « lit » sur le quel il n’y absolument pas de mousse , on s’en vraiment toute les armatures. Même les enfants n’ont pas réussi à dormir dessus
• Hitoshi (7/5): 設備は古いが部屋からの景色は素晴らしい - 夜遅くの到着となったが無人でもスムーズにチェックインできた ベランダから山や日の出が見えて素晴らしい景色だった 駐車スペースは路上だが部屋のすぐ前なので便利だった シャワーのお湯が、４人目になると途中で水になってしまった タオルはもう少し新しく、柔らかいものがあったらよかった ２フロアの広いスペースを取るには仕方ないが、室内の急な階段は上り下りがしんどかった

• Ahmad (10/5): Our stay was excellent. - The view was stunning, and the accommodation was well-equipped. I appreciated the quick responses to my inquiries and the host's helpfulness. They even provided a large basket of firewood for the fireplace. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning soon.

• Camille (9/5): Très bon rapport qualité prix ! - L’emplacement, la terrasse avec une vue magnifique, la petite attention du propriétaire avec deux tablettes de chocolat suisse, logement confortable dans son ensemble. Propreté nickel. Point d’amélioration: Manque un petit congélateur qui aurait été bien pratique pour remettre les pains de glace pour le lendemain vu la chaleur cela aurait été pratique. -salle d’eau vraiment très petite

• Michelle Marwah (10/5): - The apartment is amazing with a great view. 15 to 20 minutes away from all the main attractions. I woould def rebook Only 1 washroom/ toilet - not ideal for large group
• Vadym (9/5): - Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Wohnung sehr genossen. Sie war sehr sauber, es gab reichlich Geschirr, Kaffeekapseln für die Kaffeemaschine, Brennholz für den Kamin, saubere Bettwäsche und Handtücher sowie eine tolle Aussicht aus den Fenstern. Die Steckdose in der Toilette musste repariert werden, und die Heizungen in Bad und Toilette funktionierten nicht. Ansonsten war alles perfekt!

Il serait judicieux de préciser sur l'annonce, pour des raisons de sécurité, que les équipements d'hiver pour les véhicules sont OBLIGATOIRES pour réaliser le dernier kilomètre et rejoindre le logement, à cette période de l'année.

Llevo 11 años viajando con mis hijos, y es la primera vez que tengo que pagar tasas turísticas por ellos ( en Suiza menores de 12 no pagan) Me parece muy cutre por parte del alojamiento querer sacarme 16 francos de más, esto ha hecho que le ponga mala puntuación.

Terrasse confortable orientée est. Bruit du plancher/plafond lorsque l’on marche dans la pièce de vie, dérangeant pour ceux qui dorment en dessous. Très petite salle de bain mais quand même WC séparé.

• Kyriakos (6/5): Pleasant - it has a nice view with a large balcony with a BBQ that you can grill. It's in an area that doesn't have a lot of cars, people, voices, etc. It's a quiet place where you can go to relax away from the city. 1.the house has many stairs 2.the heating is not centralized, there are several heating elements in different rooms of the house and you have to turn them on one by one 3.the floor makes a lot of noise when walking upstairs and it can be heard throughout the house 4.there is no parking space, if you have a car you have to put it in the street

• Alison (7/5): Beautiful location - great for younger people, but not for us. - The location was outstanding. The views are breathtaking. I loved the log fire and the fact there was Netflix. I can imagine it being the perfect place to stay if you were on a skiing holiday with friends. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. If you were in one of the bedrooms, you could hear whenever someone moved in the lounge/kitchen. The shower room and toilet were tiny rooms. The double bed didn't have a headboard, and it was needed due to the bed's positioning.

• Milena (8/5): Nice quiet location withamazing view - Great location, everything way clean, the view in the morning was amazing.In the kitchen was everything what you need. The sleeping wasn't as comfortable.Noisy floor.

• Elaine (8/5): Very good - The apartment was very clean. Nice kitchen. The bunk beds for my daughters were great. The owners left us a chocolate bar when we arrived. The water was fine to drink right out of the tap. The views were breathtaking! This apartment is affordable for a family, and much cheaper than anything we could find in Gruyère. Just be aware it's not too close. You will need a car, take a bus (and then walk up a hill), or take a taxi. The futon that my son slept on (when opened as bed) was quite uncomfortable. For a family of four or less, this apartment is fine, but for five, it seemed a bit cramped. The shower room was clean but very small. The whole apartment was narrower than expected. The apartment was about 6 km away from Gruyère. If you miss the last bus at 7:30 pm, and if you don't have a car, you will have to take a taxi.

• Nestor (8/5): Nice stay close to Gruyere - Very nice appartment, with a lot of space, very well furnished with a beautiful terrasse. It is clearly shaped as an appartment for the the needs of families going to the neighbouring ski station. It wasn't our case, but we really appreciated having breakfast in the terrasse with its views to the astonishing sight of the Alps, before going for a nice hike in the forest around, then heading to the nearby beuatiful Gruyere for a great visit and lunch. All was good, even if the the beds were not very confortable.
• Vladimir (7/5): Ok for the price but not comfortable - View was great, but the unpainted concrete walls on the patio ruined it a bit. Parking is free and plenty of space. Kitchen is very clean and has enough pots and dishes. Very narrow rooms and hallways. Very steep stairs. Floors are super noisy - each step upstairs results in loud squeak in bedrooms. Bedrooms have very little /no furniture and very tight. The big bed in main bedroom has no backing and pillows are constantly falling. The towels were clean, but wet when we arrived.

• Brice_c (10/5): Amazing view for this lovely modern apartment - The view is splendid, the place is convenient and comfortable, the owners are reactive and very helpful. The beds were slightly uncomfortable and the duvets were too small and thin for 2 persons to sleep comfortably. It's a shame because it wouldn't take very much to make it great.
• Amanda (8/5): Very good - Great, communicative hosts and really easy to follow instructions. They kindly left the heaters on for us so it was really cosy when we arrived and they left us some lovely chocolate. The view is just amazing and the building is really cool. Just a note to future guests - the stairway at the entrance is quite steep and slippery, so be careful when you're entering the house.

• Galina (2/5): Very poor - The balcony view was very nice The place wasn't clean at all: hair on the floor, crumbs under the pillow, the towels didn't look clean. Horrible bug infestation. There wasn't even the toilet paper. It says that the unit has air conditioning - there is no AC. All kitchen utensils were gross, and no dish soap to was it. The service and owner communication is really bad - when we ask to provide the toilet paper, they didn't do it. We are traveling a lot, and this was the worst place that we stayed at.
• Caroline (7/5): Great views - Stunning mountain views. When we arrived we noticed it had not been cleaned. I messaged the owners asking why and were told the cleaner was late. We arrived at 3.45pm and at 5.30pm were asked to delay our arrival until 6.30pm so the cleaner could go in. We had already cleaned by this time and 5 minutes later the cleaner arrived and changed the beds. Sadly this kind of spoilt our stay.
