• Fran (6/5): - El piso es muy amplio y no hay problemas de espacio. El hecho de tener dos baños generosos facilita la estancia. Había un extraño olor a gas en la terraza de la entrada. Se lo comuniqué al propietario y no lo resolvió. La comunicación con él no era fluida, no contestaba los mensajes. La llegada es algo desagradable por el estado de la escalera, no transmite buenas sensaciones. No está correctamente iluminada si se accede de noche y no hay suficientes puntos de encendido a lo largo de la escalera.
• lynnette (8/5): Specious modern apartment within easy walking distance to attractions. - Ideal for 2 couples. The apartment was very modern and within a traditional building. It was extremely spacious and clean. It was easy to navigate to the centre. It felt very safe. The kitchen set up made it a bit difficult to cook and there was no lighting directly in the kitchen area. There were only 2 mirrors in the whole apartment.

• iuliia (8/5): Strongly recommended in Firenze! - Super location in quite distinct near center, owner was super friendly and helpful! He meet us, help to fix with parking ! Appartment was really clean and comfortable! Strongly recommended! Small recommendation to owner- check WiFi before checking in new tourists and please add few coffee capsules and few capsules for washing machine.

• Mehmet (9/5): - Çok temizdi. Çarşaflar havlular gerçekten tertemizdi.Merkeze yürüyerek 20 dk. Evi bulmakta ve girişte sıkıntı yaşamadık. Çıkışta merdivenler karanlık, ışık yanmıyor. Banyonun suyu çok az akıyor biz sırayla girdik belki daha iyi akar diye ama insanın saçını bile ıslatmıyor

• Geoffrey (9/5): beautiful newly renovated apartment - Spacious, beautiful, newly renovated apartment. two bedrooms with a queen bed each, plus a sofa bed in the living room. two walking closets, washing machine, microwave. safe, and quiet neighborhood. near tram, piazza san marco is about 3 blocks away. the uffizi is rather far, but there are buses to get closer. very accommodating host. we like academia restaurant and cafe, fancy pasticherai across the busy street. rather far from the city center and stores, but there are buses from san marco

• Søren (9/5): Superb - Fantastic apartment with plenty of space. Central location to the city center but still quiet place. Internet very good and nice kitchen facilities. We can highly recommend Mona Lisa as a perfect location for holiday in fantastic Firenze ❤️
• Jaco (6/5): Horrible communication with the staff - It has two bathrooms and the terrace is roofed which was very convenient with the bad weather. There was coffee enough for the whole staying. Communication with the staff was horrible. I had to ask several times for the instructions to get into the apartment. When booked several months in advance they said we could drop the luggage into the apartment but the day of the check in they said we couldn’t do that. First night heating was not working and the apartment was cold, when requested support from the staff all I got were some lazy messages several hours later and not solving anything. I had to take the thermostat, change its batteries, search and download the manual, and reset the default settings to make it work. Bed was not really comfortable, there’re a lot of stairs and no light so you have to use the light from your phone to access at night.
• Maksym (5/5): A typical tourist trap apartment focused on making money with little engagement from the hosts - - Nespresso machine was very helpful - Privacy concerns before check-in After payment but before arrival, I received a message requiring me to enter full passport details for my entire family through a third-party site. Without this, I wouldn’t receive check-in instructions. This raised serious concerns about the safety and future use of our personal data - No communication from hosts Shortly after booking, I messaged the hosts asking to extend our stay by one day. They never read or responded to my request, which made planning very difficult - Incorrect check-in instructions According to the instructions, we had to buzz a specific name name to be let into the courtyard. However, that that name was not listed on the intercom panel. Fortunately, someone else happened to be entering and let us in
• Baiju (8/5): Good place. No elevator, many stairs. Host can be better and more helpful. - Tram is 2’ walking. Botanica station. Good walking to city centre also. Spacious apt. Big rooms and bathrooms. Excellent hot water and pressure. Well equipped kitchen. Grocery stores within 10’ walking. No elevator. Had to lug up 5 suitcases. And coming back up after a long day was cumbersome. The stairs are not lighted and had a bad stench. No microwave. Host wouldn’t let us in without sending passport scans. We had to stand on the road in the cold and send. Not too responsive or helpful when asked how to control heat. We had to adjust with the room acs that were finicky. My daughter did not stay with us as she’s a student and was living in her quarters, but host wouldn't let go of city tax.
