The mat - 沒有 每天進出的手機二維碼都需要重新跟保安換新 相當麻煩 入住的08-03房間床墊塌陷床單 、桌椅、晾衣架設備廉價不耐用、用起來搖搖晃晃的，硬體設備真的是我住過最差的酒店 只能說你們給房間拍的照片真的落差非常多 入住後負責回覆人員就再也不回覆，因此很多問題也只能自行解決，例如沒有WiFi用，電視不能接網就無法用YouTube Netflix 房間內隔音差，晚上冷氣壓縮器還頻頻發出異響影響睡眠 最離譜的是房間內還有小蟑螂🪳真的是相當離譜的入住體驗 The QR code for phone access needs to be renewed with the security staff every day, which is quite troublesome. The mattress in room 08-03 we stayed in was sagging. The bedsheets, tables, chairs, and drying rack all felt cheap and not durable—they were unstable and shaky when used. Honestly, the facilities are the worst I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. I can only say that the photos you provided of the room differ greatly from reality. After check-in, the staff responsible for responding stopped replying altogether, so many issues had to be resolved on our own—for example, there was no Wi-Fi available, and the TV couldn’t connect to the internet, so we couldn’t use YouTube or Netflix. The soundproofing in the room is poor, and at night the air conditioner compressor frequently makes strange noises, affecting sleep. Most outrageously, there were even small cockroaches 🪳 in the room—this was truly a terrible stay experience.

• YF (7/5): - Easy access and check in. With shampoo and body shampoo ready. Cold aircond. 3 ppl, there written with a futon, but no blanket provided. I whatsapp the owner no reply, in the end get an extra towel only. Need to improve on replying and coordinating.
• Mohamad Shah (9/5): very comfortable, value for money and walking distance to Aeon mall - room and toilet very clean with shampoo and body wash aircon, fridge, water heater, wifi, washer, microwave, iron &board and tv very good working. bed quite low and mattress sunken but still quite comfortable.

• Amran (8/5): Good clean apartment near Aeon Bukit Indah. - Very close to Aeon Bukit Indah. Lots of restaurants near by. Can fit in up to 4 people. It is basically two studio units into one. So for families looking for 2 bedrooms with a common living room, this may not be for you.

• Lau (6/5): Decent and worth it for price with no fuss. - Convenient, easy to access. Good for overnight stay. Nice view. Only have shower gel. No shampoo. No toothbrush or toothpaste. There are quite a bit of ants running around and some went into bag packs even with no food. Sheets are slightly dirty. Got dust and some hair strands. Other than that. All seems good since it’s just an overnight stay.

• Xavier (8/5): Great Stay - They have the option of renting both apartment room which is accessible by the same main door. Very clean and has all the amenities needed including washing machine. Host was courteous and responsive to enquires and even delivered extra set of bedsheet for use with the futon bed when we requested The parking can be confusing within the apartment complex , but the host gave very clear instructions

• Ariespief (10/5): Exceptional - My family really loves the condition of the room. It is very well maintained and clean. The shower heater is working well and the room even has a refrigerator. I bought and kept my cakes and ice creams without the worries of melting. Apart from the air-conditioner, there is also a ceiling fan in the room. Price of the room is reasonable 👍🏻 The only thing that is lacking is cleaning service but my family can understand as this is after all a homestay ala Airbnb and we cannot expect the same level of service provided by hotels where they clean the room daily

• Thau (6/5): Pleasant - The unit is clean and security was strict. The location is very accessible to Aeon mall and nearby shops. We accidentally left our personal item, owner responded quickly with our text. We booked a 2 bedroom but it’s a dual room setup. Lack of dinning area for family activities. Despite the property look new, the lift was badly maintenance. My wife and children were trap in lift for an hour plus while on their way to swimming pool.

• Cheong (8/5): Overall experience, good. It is clean and comfortable. - We eat early (before 7 am), so the only available place we could find is the McDonald's. One inconvenience I faced when taking shower, there is no place to hang my clothes.
• Khoo (8/5): Great location, clean and cosy, but lacked some finishing touches - Location was great, easy to find. Directions to self check in was very clear. POC was quite responsive and was able to provide what we needed (we were short of one bedsheet) rather quickly. Washer and dryer were also provided. There were not enough tables and chairs in the apartment to place items. Cups for holding toiletries were also not provided for. Two picture frames were left against the wall probably because the hook was broken or not working anymore, and should have been removed if not necessary to be there.

• Daniel (8/5): Excellent stay at Sky Trees - Very clean and well maintained. Thanks for the early check in. Location is excellent with good variety of eateries nearby, Aeon Bukit Indah and Lotus hypermart within walking distance, about 5min. Check-in process is smooth with clear instructions. Comes with essential kitchen facilities with a stove, fridge, hot kettle and cutleries. Water dispenser was a nice touch. Table is nicely arranged. Smart TV comes with Netflix and a few other channels too. Bedding was nice with a comforter, sufficient pillows and towels. Could install a rack for dispensing shampoo in shower stall etc. Foldable bed was good for extra use though it can be softer, otherwise all is good

• Celine (5/5): I was relief that I was there only for 1 night. - Check in and out procedure was easy. The location was near a shopping mall and nice restaurants. The rooms had a stench that made me uncomfortable. The rooms were meant for 6, I expected sofa beds. 1 of us had to sleep on the foldable mattress placed on the floor.
