• Remi (7/5): Great flat, but stressful communication issues - Great spacious, comfortable and quiet flat with everything well equipped for a pleasant stay. Amazing location, within easy walking distance of both the centre and the station. We repeatedly received messages asking us to pay the city tax through a link, even though it had already been paid, and the link itself was flagged as suspicious. Communication with the host was very slow and difficult, and Booking support tried to make us double-pay the tax before retracting, which created unnecessary stress. During our stay, the building entrance lock broke and several residents, including us, were locked out. We tried calling the host with no answer, and in the end a neighbour had to let us in from inside.

Options of trasporta and walking distance as always when not run by private owners service is very limited 1. We had asked if possible to do an early check in or leave our luggage’s but reply was could be done before 3 pm then they leave you keys for self check in and Aparatmento was free already at 10 am 1. They do not supply sleeping pillow the hive you a small decoration pillow from IKEA 50x 50 cm that is old and the foam have become small balls. When we asked for real pillow they replies 2 Apartment was booked for 3 pax and bed sofa not preparers and no u no or stain where to find bed linen nor they gave us sheets big enough for the bed sofa 3 Aparatmento was not well cleaned . The 2 white rugs where filled with dust and long black hair ( which we found in the whole apartment ). Dust everywhere and floor really dirty . 4 there is no shower gel or schampoo .

• PIO (8/5): Ottima posizione, ma confort, pulizia e assistenza migliorabili. - Ottima posizione, appartamento carino e ben arredato Cuscini molto piccoli, caldaia interna rumorosa.Abbiamo trovato molti capelli in un asciugamo pulito e il termoarredo nel bagno perdeva acqua. Benché la camera fosse stata prenotata per 4 ospiti, i divano letto non erano stati preparati. Ci era stato detto che era possibile depositare i bagagli nella struttura dopo il check out, ma poi questa possibilità non ci è stata data.

• Susanne (10/5): Fantastische Unterkunft mit toller Verkehrsanbindung - wunderschöner Altbau sehr großzügige Wohnung geschmackvoll renoviert Kurz vor Anreise wurden wir aufgefordert, unsere Kreditkartendaten auf einer externen Website zu hinterlegen, damit die Ortstaxe bezahlt werden könne. Das war uns nicht geheuer und erst nach einigen automatisierten Antworten des Anbieters, in denen auf unsere Fragen nicht eingegangen wurde, wurde uns angeboten, dass wir auch überweisen könnten. Am Ende war also alles gut, aber da Booking vor solchen Zahlungsaufforderungen warnt, war dieses Vorgehen sehr verunsichernd.

• Miguel (7/5): Good location, excellent cleanliness, no support from host - location. cleanliness. area Sofa bed was not prepared for the children. We emailed our host asking to provide it but he didn't reply until the following day. We had to look for sheets and blankets and do it ourselves. The reply on the following day was - you can do it yourself... Sofa bed was not so comfortable for 2 children. Adults bed's mattress was too soft. On the day before check-out we emailed the host asking permission to leave our luggage in the apartment until 12am of the following day because our return flight was only in the afternoon and we would like to enjoy our last morning walking in Vienna. No reply from the host, only an automatic check-out message later, reminding us to leave until 10am. So we had to leave with all our luggage before 10am.
• Veronica (8/5): Un punto strategico per visitare Vienna a piedi - L' appartamento era ampio, pulito e luminoso. La posizione comodissima a due passi dal Ring, vicinissima alla stazione della metro di Stadt Park e alla stazione dei treni per l'aeroporto Wien Mitte.
• Jose Luis (6/5): Lamentable recogida de llaves - El apartamento es muy amplio y completo. La ubicación del mismo es muy buena. La recogida de llaves y la comunicación con el anfitrión fue francamente mala. Pese a saber que llegaríamos sobre las 22h, no estuvo atento a los mensajes de wassapp (quizás el numero que muestran es incorrecto) y tardo muchísimo en contestar via a traves de booking. Cuando lo hizo, explico que no habiamos recibido la combinación de candado para acceder al apartamento porque no habíamos pagado las tasas de Viena, algo que en caso de que fuera verdad debería habernos avisado antes. Habíamos realizado el checkin según lo solicitado y no se comentó nada. Despues vimos que en el desglose si que estaba incluido ese cargo. Lo comentamos y no contestaron nada rectificando. Estuvimos pasando frio casi 1 hora con el bebe... por un error suyo del que ni siquiera pidieron disculpas.
• Kim (10/5): Relaxing vibe, great decor, safe and close to everything in Vienna - This apartment is absolutely beautiful. I’d definitely stay here again. It’s located 5min walk to train, bus and 15min walk to the city centre where all the attractions are. It’s so clean, bright and spacious, great bed and sofa bed, the bathroom is large. It has everything you need for a great time in Vienna. Lots of restaurants close by and a great Italian on the corner. I’d suggest bigger and more pillows, plus the shower floor is odd but great shower.

• Kahvecioğlu (10/5): Konumu çok rahat, çok temiz - Konumu gerçekten iyidi, eve girdiğimizde temizliği beklediğimizin üstünde çıktı çok memnun kaldık. Sadece kombiden çıkan ses bazen fazla olabiliyor geceleri de çalıştığı için ancak kayda değer bi sorun değildi.

Yüksek tavanlı ter temiz evin hem salonu, hem odası hem de banyosu çok geniş. Ev kombiyle ısınıyor. Her yeri istediğiniz sıcaklığa getirebiliyorsunuz. Mutfakta da her şey düşünülmüş ve eksiksiz. Yatak ve çarşaflar da yeni ve temiz. Eşyalar da yeni. Konum olarak Viyana’nın en hareketli yerlerinden biri olan Landstrasse merkezine 5-6 dakika yürüme mesafesinde. Havaalanından şehir merkezine gelip Wien Mitte’de indiğinizde eve 5-6 dakikada yürüyerek varabiliyorsunuz. Ayrıca evin bulunduğu yer Viyana’nın en prestijli yerlerinden birisi. Konum olarak her yere tren ve tramway ile ulaşmak mümkün. Evin iki eksiği bize göre, birincisi, henüz tatilin ikinci günde internet kotasının bitmesi ve internetsiz kalmamız. İkincisi evde bir boy aynası ve tuvalette çöp kovası eksik. Ayrıca resepsiyon olmadığı için, check-out sonrasında bavullarınızı bırakacak bir yeriniz olmuyor. Onun dışında evi Booking üzerinden tutmayı düşünenler, hem konumu, hem ulaşım kolaylığı, hem evin konforu, hem şehire yakınlığı, hem de güvenli oluşu nedeniyle rahatlıkla tercih edebilirler. Tam bir fiyat/performans ürünü diyebiliriz.

• Jane (7/5): Would stay again, but only if the pillows get upgraded. Ikea cushions don’t cut it. - The location to the train station was excellent. We found the city very walkable from here. On arrival we were impressed with the size of the apartment. Like others have mentioned the pillows are terrible and need investing in new ones. Each window has only one curtain leaving gaps at either side and unfortunately they hadn’t let us know there was rd works next street over, leaving us woke by jack hammers. Im also sure its not the owners fault but who ever they use to clean the apartments didn’t clean the oven before we arrived. Im generally an easy pleased person and most of these are a very easy fix.

• Nadja (7/5): Klasse Lage und super Preis-/Leistung. - Super zentrale Lage und eine wirklich schöne Wohnung. Toller Parkettboden und super renoviert. Abwicklung problemlos und total reibungslos. Uns war die Matratze viel zu weich, aber das ist vermutlich Geschmacksache. Hier kann bei Decken und Kissen noch ein wenig upgegraded werden gerne - sonst perfekt.

• michel (6/5): - The apt was in a very good area close to vienna city center,that must be stated For almost 500$ a night you expect the quality of the interior accommodations should be of a good standing,in this case most of the items decorative and furnishings were of very poor quality, IKEA store,with 2 nights rent i would guess will be enough to have it furnished as it was,shower cabin didn't allow you to even store a soap while showering, kitchen was equipped with very bad quality utensils, bed from IKEA ,wardrobe stands from IKEA,shower cabin floor extremely slippery, we all had to were slips.on to prevent a fall,other than the good location, the management should realize that paying almost 500$ for 1 night.for this quality accommodation is outrageous, Vienna happens to be a expensive city,we all realize that but a 500$ a night room should at least received a 4 star rating,I will rated a 2 star

Ropa limpia y suficiente. Router no instalado, había más de uno y no estaba claro cual funcionaba (el anfitrión dejó de responder). El radiador del baño perdía toda el agua y no calentaba. El sofá cama sirve para un adulto o dos años. Almohadas de dormir incómodas.

• Ayan (3/5): Not recommended. - location was okay, as there was a metro station nearby. the Wi-Fi was also fine. The floor was very dirty, we couldn’t walk without slippers. There were no bed sheets and towels provided for the third person. When I asked, I was told to check under the bed, but the sheets and towels there were used and in poor condition. I had to buy new sheets myself in order to sleep on the sofa.

Apartment has high ceiling which is a plus. I guess location and high ceiling are what the owner leans on. otherwise the service is poor. Apartment was not cleaned when we arrived. Considering we have arrived 15:15 and seeing similar previous comments that is a regular practice. Bathroom has a leak from somewhere but I could not figure out where it is from. sheets provided for the sofa is not covering all the sofa and you don't get help. coffees left for the coffee machine is not for the machine. cleanliness is average to poor depends on what you expect.

• DIANA (8/5): היה בסדר, ציפינו ליותר - הדירה ענקית והמיקום טוב- קרוב לתחנת רכבת ולסופר הייתה לנו בעיה באינטרנט האלחוטי והיינו 5 ימים בלי אינטרנט והיינו צריכות לקנות על חשבוננו חבילות גלישה!! בנוסף הדירה מלוכלכת, המצעים היו עם כתמים, לא הביאו לנו מספיק נייר טואלט, המעמד לראש מקלחת היה שבור וכל הזמן הראש נפל, גם הדלת למקלחון לא עבדה כמו שצריך

Dos estaciones de metro muy cerca: Stadt-park y Lanstraβe. Aislación sonora óptima. Las noches tenían un silencio que se disfrutaba. La entrega de llaves tuvo algún inconveniente. El que fue, afortunadamente, superado. Los datos del Wi Fi estaban escritos bajo el router con letra demasiado pequeña. Podrían dejarlos escritos en un formato más grande. Se echa de menos un horno de microondas. Podrían considerarlo. Aunque la cocina eléctrica funciona muy bien. Sugiero un plano con servicios y lugares de interés cercanos: Estaciones de metro, supermercados, recomendaciones de restaurantes, etc. Podría haber una mejor descripción de cómo separar la basura. Los extranjeros no estamos habituados.

And the table was a bit wobbly. Also lift was temperamental at coming up to you but more the building than apartment

• Giulia (8/5): Ottima posizione, ampio alloggio rinnovato di recente - Alloggio in posizione ottima, e in una bella zona, tranquilla e sicura, molto vicino alla fermata della metro Stadtpark. L'alloggio era molto spazioso e ben ristrutturato. L'affaccio sul cortile assicurava un ambiente molto silenzioso. Aggiungerei qualche pentolino piccolo per poter scaldare il latte o un forno a microonde. Una scopa per poter spazzare a terra.

Sink in bathroom unusable (clogged). Not enough supplies to sustain the number of guests for the number of nights booked (ie. Body wash, garbage bags). Broken shower head mount. Smell of cigarette smoke is constantly present.

• David (8/5): na kilka nocy ok - Bardzo duże mieszkanie, spokojna kamienica. Dobra lokalizacja. Kuchnia miała prawie wszystko co potrzeba, ale patelnia do wymiany, był tylko jeden garnek, nie było soli, szklanki trochę brudne.. detale. Żelazko, pralka na plus. Mieszkanie było słabo posprzątane, dużo brudów na podłodze. Za to toaleta była czysta :) Bardzo złe poduszki, brakowało szafki aby wypakować swoje rzeczy. Niektóre sprzęty w kuchni wymagają wymiany np patelnie. Mało mydła, ledwie starczyło. Miałam wrażenie że nikt nie dba o to mieszkanie, nie przejmuje się wygodą gości.

• Iva (6/5): - Excellent location, really close to the city center, metro and train lines Both tables were broken- the cofee table's glass edges and the dining table was tilted to one side, both the sinks in the bathroom amd kitchen were clogged, you have to wait a really long time for hot water to come- if there was any, it was clean in overall- but the carpet and sofa were stained which did not make a good impression. The check in was supposed to be easy, but the key was not present in the box at the assigned hour- we had to wait an extra half an hour, the host did not answer the pnone given for contacting him and only texted- not as quick as I hoped he would

• Özgür (7/5): - Odanın konumu gayet güzel, tüm turistik noktaları yürüyerek dolaştık. Bazı eksiklikler yerine getirilirse daha tatmin edici olabilirdi. Örneğin mutfakta tuz yoktu, yedek bir çöp poşeti ve çamaşır deterjanı yoktu. Basit görünebilir ancak bu tip ayrıntılar konaklama için önem taşıyor, zira birkaç günlük konaklama için bunları satın almak istemeyiz. Ayrıca duş kabininin kapısı düzgün kapanmıyordu. Ayrıca tesis yetkilisi ile iletişim kurmak kolay değil, birkaç gün önce erken check-in talebimize yanıt gelmedi, kalacağımız sabah yine yazdık fakat ancak 5 saat sonra olumsuz yanıt alabildik. Mesele olumsuz yanıt verilmesi değil bu kadar geç cevap verilmesiydi.
• Kleopatra (7/5): - Η τοποθεσία, κεντρικά και όλα σε κοντινή απόσταση με τα πόδια ή με το μετρό. Το σπίτι πολύ όμορφο Δεν μου άρεσε το κομμάτι της επικοινωνίας με τον ιδιοκτήτη, όπου ζητήσαμε την δεύτερη μέρα καθαρές πετσέτες και ένα σεντόνι ( που λερωσε ο μικρός μας με γάλα) και ενώ είπε πως θα ενημερώσει την εταιρεία καθαρισμού, δεν ήρθε ποτέ κανένας ...π2
• Ivan (6/5): Pleasant - apartment with high ceilings, spacious and great location. clogged drain in the sink and shower, pillows are completely unsuitable for sleeping
• Bianca (8/5): Overall it was a pleasant stay. - It was spacious, close to the city centre and public transportation. Also it is close to a grocery store. I liked that it had a washer for us to do some laundry. It could have been cleaner. For the duration of our stay we had our socks dirty from the dusty floor.
• Rou (5/5): Good value for stay but flat could be cleaner and sink in toilet wasn’t usable - Good proximity to the train stations There were no fans/AC, ventilation was poor. Flat wasn’t too clean, stains on sofa bed and floors were quite dusty. Sink in the toilet was clogged + water leakage around shower area
• Ruslan (5/5): It wasn’t clean enough. There weren’t even simple accommodations like garbage bags, toilet paper, bottle opener or coffe - The location of the property was very close to different sightseeing locations. The building very well maintained.
• Dilyana (8/5): Great stay for families but probably not on hot summer days - - location was just amazing - close to shops, restaurants, a nice park with playgrounds, walking distance from the center - good value for money! Let’s be clear, this is a great stay for the space and location it provides - the apartment is spacious, with a dishwasher, with washing machine (but no detergent available) - Netflix available, also a new smart tv and you can play service - kitchen allowing preparation of breakfast and coffee/tea - the bedroom was stuffy and we had to have the window open even when it was cold and the bed is just next to the window - we had to buy toilet paper because only 1 roll was left for 3 people for 6 nights - the hand soap was not filled enough and we had to buy hand soap as well - too hot on a hot day (no AC but we knew this in advance) - bedroom overlooks the main street and on one hot night there were all kinds of noises and people shouting
