• Charlotte (1/5): 0/10 – Dangerous host: Verbal abuse, late-night threats, and malicious cyber-stalking - Paid premium price for a tiny, damp basement loft with ceilings so low you hit your head over the bed. Arriving from a tropical island into a 4°C cold snap, the heating didn't work. The host was dismissive, hung up on us, told us to 'shut up', shouted 'I am not your majordome', and threatened to evict us. While we were out, he entered with his keys without authorization to reset an electrical breaker, proving his earlier 'remote check' claim was a lie. At 10 PM, he text-threatened immediate termination, claiming German heating laws ended April 30 (it was 10°C and 4°C at night). He aggressively demanded ID photos via WhatsApp; we refused for data security and offered physical passports. He then insisted on a mandatory personal checkout inspection but completely failed to show up. After we checked out and left a 1-star rating, he launched a retaliatory off-platform attack on Monday. He sent an aggressive WhatsApp stating: 'No apartment or hotel needs people like you. Too bad you took off before I did. I'd be happy to file a complaint about you with booking.com. Let everyone else see it.' This is a chilling admission of intent to physically intimidate us. Minutes later, he tracked down our personal business online and left a fake, defamatory 1-star Google review. He has never been a customer. This is fraudulent cyber-stalking and a severe GDPR violation. We are officially escalating this legally and with Booking.com corporate safety. We have full checkout video proof of the pristine condition we left the place in, plus all text logs. Host is a volatile threat to guest safety. Avoid at all costs.

• Griffith (8/5): Nurnberg vacation - Location, cleanliness and had everything needed. Privacy was also good, everything in walking distance. The steps up to the loft bed were very narrow. Someone getting up in middle of night to use restroom it is pretty dark. The last couple of steps are easy to miss. There should be some sensor lighting going toward the steps to avoid falling I myself fell down part of those stairs and injured myself. Also felt parking should have been either included since the loft had designated space, or should have had a more reasonable fee. 15 Euros a day is way to expensive, most places you rent the parking is included.

• Natascha (10/5): - Schön eingerichtet, mit Küche, Küchentisch, Couch, grosszügigem Bad und Garderobe. Sehr zentral, sehr ruhig. Bequemes Bett. Das Appartement liegt im souterrain, daher keine Aussicht und nicht so viel Licht. Aber das macht nichts, da es sehr schön eingerichtet ist.

Das Kellerzimmer war feucht, und an der Wand neben dem Bett gab es deutliche, längliche Wasserflecken. Der Gesamteindruck war schlecht. Als ich den Vermieter um einen Zimmerwechsel bat, wurde meine Anfrage ignoriert und ich erhielt keine Antwort. Ich musste dort drei Nächte verbringen, würde aber nie wieder dort übernachten und kann es absolut nicht weiterempfehlen. Die Informationen zur Buchung waren unzureichend; es wurde vorab nicht erwähnt, dass es sich um ein Zimmer im Keller handelt. • Frank (10/5): Perfekter, schöner, entspannter 3 Tage Urlaub in Nürnberg - Top Lage. Gelegen zwischen Weihnachtsmarkt und der Burg. Jeweils 5 Minuten zu Fuss. Tolle Lage Saubere und für ein paar Tage gut eingerichtete Ferienwohnung Der zubuchbare Parkplatz sehr gut und direkt vor der Wohnung Die obere Schlafgelegenheit war leider nichts für uns. Schmale Treppe und der Raum war sehr niedrig. Wir waren zu zweit und haben ihn nicht gebraucht. Der Schlafplatz unten war sehr gut für 2 Personen
• Andreas (10/5): Toller Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung Nürnbergs - Hervorragende, ruhige Lage zwischen Burg und Altstadt. Die wichtigsten Attraktionen sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Studio-Apartment ist klein, aber praktisch und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Im Sommer ist man angehalten, einen Luftentfeuchter laufen zu lassen. Tip: es empfiehlt sich unbedingt, den angebotenen Autostellplatz mitzubuchen, weil die Parkplätze in der Umgebung für Anwohner reserviert sind und die wenigen kostenpflichtigen Parkmöglichkeiten schnell sehr teuer werden.
