• Saiholbari (3/5): - It does not meet the basic expectations stated during the booking. Firstly, the air-conditioner does not function properly and appears not to have been serviced for a long time. It does not cool the living room and bedroom effectively. In addition, the fan remote is badly damaged and has no battery, making it unusable. Next, only two plates were provided, even though I clearly stated during the booking that four people would be staying in the unit. This caused inconvenience during our stay. Furthermore, I am very disappointed with the handling of the deposit refund. The host promised that the deposit would be returned before 10:00 PM; however, it was not refunded on the same day. The following day, the reason given was bank maintenance, yet the deposit was only returned after I personally followed up and requested it again. Had I not asked, the refund would not have been processed. This situation reflects a lack of professionalism and responsibility, as commitments made to guests should be honored without the need for repeated reminders.

• NIXON TY (10/5): Reliable and Pragmatic Stay - The self-check-in instructions were clear, well-organized, and easy to follow, making arrival quick and stress-free. The host’s responses were almost immediate, reflecting professionalism and reliability even with a last-minute booking. Given it was a busy weekend, the speed and efficiency of support stood out. Overall, the stay offered excellent value compared to other options in the market. Strong sewage smell from possible blocked drainage in the toilet.
• Ain Nadhirah (1/5): Worst stay ever - none From A to Z -The MAIN reason of not liking was NOT stating earlier the deposit RM200 upon arriving at the property. If we got no money at that time how we gonna pay? Plus transfer within bank. We have been told deposit return upon check out. They lied.They told us their policy to return after 10pm which sucks! We really need the money after check out plus we did not bring a lot of money at that time plus they did not MENTION deposit earlier before we came to the property. The customer service also told me to understand their situation as employee. -Instruction on check in was not clear and complicated. Took 1 hour to settle at the lobby. -Card access kept problem whenever we use the lift. -House messy got hair and smelly.They did not change the mattress. -Broken sofa leg.We could not sit on it.A lot of stains like a world map on sofa n dining chairs. -They cover advertisement/ instruction with disposable towel and water which I did not notify the disposable towel was actually an add-on. -They deducted my deposit because i took the disposable towel which I thought was free.Yes, they did mention to me in the whatsapp check in instruction but I admit my mistakes for not looking it thoroughly. Thats on me. Overall experience: 1/10 Please consider again before staying at this homestay.

• Encik Juaini (7/5): - The view from the 39th floor is beautiful, but unfortunately it does not face KLCC or other iconic Kuala Lumpur buildings. The facilities inside the unit are comfortable and acceptable. Free parking is provided, and other amenities such as the swimming pool are very satisfying. The downside is that for first-time guests, the instructions given by the owner can be quite confusing. From the parking area until finally entering the unit, it requires a lot of patience and careful attention to the instructions. The situation is made more challenging as two of the lifts were not working, which further delayed access to the unit Additionally, when I made the booking on Booking.com, it stated that the charge would only be RM270. However, when I received the email confirmation, it showed that I was charged RM366.60. Finally, when I checked my credit card statement, the amount charged was RM370.27. The charges are very confusing and lack transparency on the part of Booking.com

• Azma (7/5): 4D 3N with wonderful experience - Overall, the stay was quite satisfying. The check-in instructions were very clear, and the procedures were also easy to follow. I was slightly disappointed as I had to check in late at around 5:30 PM due to the previous guest checking out late, but the host kindly allowed a late check-out as compensation. The facilities in the house were sufficiently basic; however, it would be better if a Coway water dispenser was provided. The bathroom cleanliness was excellent, and the water pressure was very strong. However, the bedroom cleanliness was slightly lacking, as the bed area was a bit dirty, possibly because there was not enough time to clean after the previous guest checked out late. The air conditioning was very cold and highly satisfying. The WiFi and TV channels were also satisfactory. Additional facilities such as the swimming pool, convenience stores, and eateries were plentiful and very easily accessible.

The kettle and pots were rusty, I was inform the management but didn't replace the another one for me, so we need to buy more mineral water for a few days and cannot boiled hot water. Me and kids couldn't sleep well because fell itchy on the bed, and the sofa were dirty and can't sit comfortable.

Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven , electric kettle, stove , crockery, washing machine, iron and ironing stand , hairdryer n warm water in shower . All working well. Air-conditioning n fans available in both bedrooms and living room. Only living room AC needs service. This property is close to all Malls like PAVILION, BERJAYA TIMES SQUARE, BUKIT BINTANG , SUNGEI WANG PLAZA , LOW YAT PLAZA , and hardly 18 mins drive from SUNWAY LAGOON THEME PARK .Overall It was worth paying . I enjoyed my stay At the Time of booking it was not mentioned that the security deposit will be cashless .when I reach outside n wanted to check-in then they told that we don't accept cash deposit. It was a hassle for me n it took almost 1hour to sit outside in hot to find someone to pay online on my behalf. It upsets me alot as we were already tired . Card was not working in all elevators that sometimes create a problem but after a day we sorted it out n only use those elevators that can scan our card . TV was in some local language not in English n owner told that no one is available that time to set it. We stayed there 10 days and housekeeping was provided only onc time for free .

• gengwai (9/5): Clean and comfortable apartment - The location, the free parking, and the helpful, clear and concise communication with the owner/management. Instructions to access the apartment were clear and straight forward. The unit is generally clean and comfortable. Bathroom is the best, very clean and no signs of mold. Value for money. The floor was a tad sticky. The bed had hair strands.

Inside the letterbox was another box with number lock, from which the staff was supposed to put out the key, but didn't. Warn with 50 myr penalty, if you take the wrong key, but no penalty for them for not placing the key outside. Floor oily, baking tray not cleaned from previous guest, but apply 60 myr cleaning fee. I was locked inside the apartment for 4h, because of their faulty lock. Host wanted to look into it the next day, until I planned to call the police.

• Jegaathisan (4/5): We came for a smooth stay and end up dissatisfied. - We liked the private bathroom, bedding and kitchen appliances available in good condition. Food facilities were good and affordable. On check-in date, were given late check in due to short of cleaner as one cleaner was on emergency. We understand but the cleaning was disappointing as when we enter there a very bad smell. And cleaning was not done properly. There were dirt under the sofa. With the emph of time still cleaning was not good. Fee paid isn’t worth the stay. We did ourselves the cleaning to remove the odour. Short stay or long stay we pay the same amount of fee and expect the cleaning to be done. Still requested for refund of cleaning fee and owner did not even response to the request and instead sending house rules which is ridiculous.

Such a good facilities in this property, fun swimming pool for kids and playgrounds. the cleanliness was very disappointed. the living hall, bedroom & toilet floor was very oily. the shampoo inside toilet wasn't refil & dish wash too. I hope you guys can improve on ur cleaner service.
