• Anna (10/5): Polecam - Bardzo dogodna lokalizacja, blisko przystanek tramwajowy. Apartament czysty i przestronny. Trochę mało naczyń. Byliśmy w czwórkę, a były tylko 3 kubki do kawy.

• Serdal (7/5): Memnun kaldık. Daha iyi olmasını isteriz. - Konumu bizim için gayet iyiydi. Bina önünde park yeri olması bizim için güzeldi. Klimalar ısıtmayı başarılı biçimde yaptı. Banyoda bazı eksikler. Aydınlatma var olana ilave olarak ondan 2-3kat kuvvetli 1tane daha olmalı. El yüz havlusu 2ad olmalı. Duşakabinin perdesi yere kadar olmalı ki banyo su olmasın. El duşu bir kaç farklı püskürtme yapan fonksiyonlu olması daha iyi olur. Banyo kapı anahtarı olmalı ve kilitlenebilmeli.

• Taras (9/5): Weekend in Athens - We had a really lovely stay at Hellenic Pleasure Residences. The apartment felt cozy and welcoming from the first moment — clean, spacious, and very well equipped. The area is quiet and pleasant, and getting around the city was easy. The host was friendly and responsive, and everything went smoothly. Very convenient option was a parking spot near apartment. We felt comfortable and at home here and would definitely stay again.

Good access and designated parking space . There is nothing that I didn’t like but small things like standing or tall mirror or some more and better kitchen stuff can help.

• Eleni Patsia (9/5): Value for money διαμονή. - Το κατάλυμα είναι σε πολύ βολικό σημείο με parking ακριβώς από κάτω, όπως συμφωνήσαμε με τους ιδιοκτήτες. Τα στρώματα είναι πολύ άνετα και γενικά είναι ευρύχωρα. Η τιμή είναι αξιοπρεπέστατη για το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα! Δεν υπήρχε κεντρική θερμανση, με αποτέλεσμα να έχουμε στα μεμονωμένα δωμάτια ζεστή από τα μικρά καλοριφέρ . Δεν ήταν μεγάλο θέμα αλλά όταν έχει πολύ κρύο, δεν είναι ευχάριστο να είναι παγωμένο το μπάνιο.

• Eleni (7/5): Ανετη και ευχάριστη διαμονή - Το κατάλυμα ήταν αρκετά άνετο και μας βόλεψε αρκετά και η τοποθεσία. Δεν μας άρεσε το γεγονός ότι είναι σε κεντρικό δρόμο και περνάει τραμ ακριβώς από μπροστά με αποτέλεσμα να έχει αρκετό θόρυβο. Επισης θα μπορούσε να είναι και λίγο πιο καθαρο.

• Moskal (10/5): - Ogromny apartament, dobrze urządzony. Blisko do przystanķów, 15 min na plażę spacerkiem. Mało naczyń na 4 osoby. Ręczniki na cały tydzień nie były wymieniane.Brak żelazka mimo że miało być dostarczone na drugi dzień.
• Tanja (9/5): Alles in allem hatten wir eine wundervolle Zeit! - Die Lage ist hervorragend und zentral gelegen. Auf Anfragen wurde immer sehr kurzfristig reagiert. Ein sehr schönes, schlichtes und modern eingerichtetes Apartment. Der Strand ist in 15 Min. Zu Fuß erreichbar. Rund um das Apartment gibt es ausreichend Möglichkeit sich mit Lebensmitteln und auch kulinarisch zu versorgen. Das Geschirr könnte aufgestockt werden. Ab drei Personen wird es knapp.

En unos 20 minutos llegas cómodamente al centro de Atenas, la Plaza Syntagma. Y andando (20-30 min) puedes ir hasta la playa y puerto deportivo, que está lleno de bonitos restaurantes. Tramvaj i autobusi voze često u svim smjerovima. Veliki prostrani apartman sa svim potrebnim sadržajima. Ako ne želite, vlasnike ne morate ni vidjeti. Sva komunikacija je bila mailom, sadržajna, točna i na vrijeme. Za svaku preporuku. Manji nedostaci u kuhinji i kupaonici (sredstva za čišćenje i higijenu), neudoban namještaj na balkonu, manje nečistoće na balkonima.

It is close to the A2 bus line, which leads directly to the city center, and also close to the airport bus. Stores and restaurants are nearby as well. The apartment is great, well-equipped, clean, and nicely furnished. We had everything we needed, every room had an air-conditioning. The communication with the owner went well too, he was also flexible with check-in times, which is much appreciated! Only a dishwasher was missing, which we would have loved to make our lives easier. With a dishwasher and a washing machine, this apartment would be a 10/10! :)

The location was great, being in walking distance to the train worked out very well. There was a Pita restaurant next door and a Sushi place across the street, so convenient and both were great.

• Waleed (9/5): Nice, spacious appartment in a lively area - The property is clean and renovated and the host was responsive to messages. The apartment was even too spacious for us and seemed to be set up to be a vacation home, even with the few things that are more of office furniture. They suit the setup as they help keep the place clean. The area is really lively and there are supermarkets and Pita shop right next tot he building. having the tram there is also really useful. Having designated parking in such a crowded area is excellent, but it was a bit too hard if you are not used to parking in such a busy city, also I was driving a very small car which struggled a bit going on the sidewalk to reach the parking spot. The stairs to reach the apartment are an issue when getting luggage up and down. I would recommend that a QR code with some information be available on the property, for example on how to get public transportation tickets and some information that can be useful to tourists.
• Trip_datum (9/5): Excellent value for money - Newly refurbished and very comfortable apartment. Very clean with good facilities direct access to the tram station and in an area full of super markets, restaurants and other shops. The staff is absolutely excellent and very responsive. We made a mistake one day and we forgot our keys inside the apartment and they were extremely fast and efficient on resolving the problem. We will definitely go back and it is highly recommended place. There was nothing that we didn't like.

The host was very friendly and quick with responses. It’s in a good location too, close to the tram and buses, a walking distance from the beach. It wasn’t cleaned very well, the shower especially.

Also, the owner has agreed twice to extend our stay (both check-in and check out). Some parts if the facility was off (the drawer in the shower had displaced when pulled).

• Cogeerpm (1/5): A good experience transformed in a bad one by a robbery - everything went well till we were getting close to our departure when a robbery came up on us I didn't like that their cctv didn't have any footage to help us with the robbery, the area was nice and quiet, never think of getting robbed while we were away from the apartment, It really changed the whole experience. I'm writing to take awareness of robbery in the area and that the property will be cautious for future visitors

• Alexia (10/5): Amazing and comfortable apartment in Athens. - Spacious apartment that was very clean. Had a fully equipped kitchen, and air conditioners in every room which was great during the summer heatwaves. Staff downstairs at reception were extremely helpful and friendly and they allowed us to leave our luggage for the day after we had checked out. The tram was right outside which could take us into Syntagma in one direction, Piraeus in another, or to Glyfada, which was extremely convenient. Pillows were a bit hard and high. Could of had a storage shelf in the shower for toiletries. There were lots of stairs to get into the apartment as it didn’t have a lift - normal for most Athenian apartments, this wasn’t an issue for us but might be a concern for others.

• Joseph (10/5): Perfect place for our time in Athens - This is a beautiful apartment, great beds and air con. The layout is very spacious, and it is near the beach, away from the intensity of downtown Athens, but with plenty of life in the surrounding area. You are also an easy cab ride (if there is such a thing in Athens! Haha) away from the Acropolis, et al. Parking right outside the apartment, markets and restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay here again. Also, we had excellent communication with Foteini! She was very patient and helped with many of our questions and arrival and requests :)
