• Late check-in: Possible upon request and subject to confirmation by the property. A surcharge of €20 applies for arrivals after 20:00, payable upon arrival.
• A standard cleaning fee is included in all reservations. If the property is left in an excessively dirty condition beyond normal use (e.g. heavy stains, unwashed dishes, trash left inside, strong odors), an additional deep cleaning fee of up to €50 may apply. This amount may be deducted from the damage deposit or charged via the payment method provided.
• The apartment is equipped with a complimentary welcome set of essentials, including toilet paper, laundry capsules, toiletries, clean bed linen, extra towels, coffee, sugar, salt, tea, and basic cooking ingredients. These are starter supplies and will not be replenished during the stay.
• Guests are kindly asked to inform the property in advance of their expected arrival time.
• Parties, including stag or hen events and similar celebrations, are not allowed.
• Quiet hours are between 23:00 and 08:00.
• In case of damage during the stay, guests may be charged up to BGN 200 after check-out, in accordance with the property’s damage policy.
For security reasons, a video doorbell is installed outside the apartment entrance. The device monitors only the private entrance door. There are no cameras inside the apartment. The camera is used solely to verify check-in, registered guests and to prevent unauthorized access.
The property is managed by a private individual. A payment receipt or non-VAT invoice can be provided upon request. VAT invoices are not available.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

- Damyana (6/5): Студиото е уютно и в хубав квартал. Препоръчвам го за по-кратък престой. - Студиото е добре оборудвано. В непосредствена близост е до морската градина и морето. Студиото има и допълнителна печка в спалнята, така че и двете стаи са добре отопляеми. Оставям две подобрения след себе си- печка, осигурена от домакинята, и тишина след 22 часа. Заради грубостта в отношението не бих продължила престоя си. Усетих голяма припряност и отсечен тон. Откъм комуникация при мен домакинята остави чувството, че нямам добър слушател. Телевизорът на съседката се чува в спалнята на студиото. Жената в съседство беше разбрана и намали звука след 22 часа. Според домакинята обратната ми връзка я е накарала да се чувства сякаш че тя самата работи за мен. Прикачвам снимка направена от терасата към спалнята с прозиращата завеса. За мен не създава усещане за уединение и съжалявам, че съм първият гост, който коментира и тази важна тема. Отсреща на терасата има многофамилна жилищна сграда, от която се разкрива гледка към спалнята в студиото. Липсваха индивидуално отношение и подход.

- Muschellik (10/5): Tolle Empfehlung - Ein sehr gemütlich eingerichtetes Apartment, bei dem es an nichts fehlt. Vom Bügeleisen angefangen, bis zum Toaster, Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine, ist alles vorhanden. Als Highlight aber ist die Sauberkeit hervorzuheben, die nicht mehr zu überbieten ist. Die Lage ist zentral zum Meeresgarten und Strand und auch ein Supermarkt befindet sich direkt in der Nähe.
