• Bettina (8/5): It’s an ok RBNB clean and convenient . Would book it again. - Location was convenient close to the airport and cruise port. Several stores are close by . Parking space entrance was a bit tight . There is a Mango tree and the fruit can easily damage your car when falling off the tree into your car . You have to move your car further in the back . Did not realize that on arrival and found out once a mango fell on my car . The RBNB could use some maintenance. The kitchen drawer is broke and while pulling it it almost dropped. I needed a big pot and it was far in the back of the cabinet really hard to spot . I had no clue where the laundry was. Also the back door is locked which I than realized is where the washer and dryer is located . But again was not able to get to it .

• Ana Carolina (7/5): A casa muito limpa e bem equipada, porém q localização é pessima. - Estava muito limpo e bem equipado. Localização muito ruim, achei o bairro bem perigoso, com vários moradores de rua e andando de carro pro redondeza vimos várias ocorrências policiais.
• Jennifer (2/5): - The place was clean and it was close to midtown. The a/c was not working properly. Seemed to be low on refrigerant so it would not cool properly, would only get to set temperature at about 2am. Also the gasket on the toilet that goes from tank to the bowl started leaking so we were not able to use one of the toilets. Shower head in main bathroom was also leaking. Furniture felt very cheap and was not comfortable. Wi-Fi only worked intermittently on both the tvs and our phones. Neighborhood around house was full of boarded up properties and trash all around.

• Inger-Lise (1/5): Farlig nabolag kriminalitet - Et dårlig nabolag med søppel i gatene og kriminalitet. To ulike taxi sjåfører fraråder oss til å bli der med barn. Vi fant et hotell ved stranden istedenfor.

• Dawne (3/5): Very scary neighborhood. - The owners had great communication. It is close to downtown. The area was very scary. I wish I had listened to the reviews. We booked this for one night so I thought it couldn’t be that bad. But it was worse. Also nothing modern about the house. It was very old and dated.

• Kevin (8/5): - Looking at the street view on Google maps I considered changing to another location, but didn't, and turned out the place was fine. House was older and renovated, and our stay was good. Host responded quickly to my questions. At night the neighborhood was quiet and we slept well. Some of the neighborhood cats stopped by to say hi, probably looking for handouts.

• Dayane (5/5): A casa ficava próximo a alguns lugares, porém não vale o custo benefício, até porque não foi barato o valor da estadia!! - A casa é razoavelmente boa, não ficaria novamente. Os banheiros são extremamente velhos, um dos banheiros estava adaptado o registro para regular a água do chuveiro, impossibilitando o seu uso, ou a água saia muito quente ou muito fria. Nesse mesmo banheiro a descarga estava estragada, tivemos que adaptar com uma sacola. O chão estava extremamente sujo!!! Não podia pisar no chão descalço, os pés ficavam extremamente sujos!! Havia muito lixo na vizinhança, a casa inteira era cheia de grades, o que deixa com um ar que o bairro não é nada seguro. Não recomendo pra ninguém!!

The only Problem was not enough parking areas, The air conditioning in the bedroom with 2 beds did not cool enough, coming out of the parking was tricky because you had to dodge a big pot hole by the fence. Otherwise, the apartment was clean, hot water in the shower was excellent, the beds were comfortable. I would recommend and stay again. As above

• Brianne (10/5): Great for a night before a cruise! - We used this space for an overnight stay before our cruise. It was really clean and met all of our needs. Plenty of towels and blankets and we loved that it had two bathrooms. All was good!

The host was responsive 3. The price (but we would have liked to pay more for a quieter stay) 1. Rooster crowing from 1:30am to the morning 2. Very thin light filtering curtains, outside lights on all night so the room was lit all night long 3. Poor sound insulation

• Reshana (9/5): A Very nice stay 😊😊😊 - Wynwood Art District:The property manager was great! Early check in wasn’t possible because of guests who were just checking out. My family of 9 were just getting back from our cruise 🚢 and we had A LOT OF LUGGAGE 🧳. I spoke with the manager and she worked with me so I could just get my luggage in and be on my way. She is timely, kind, considerate and very friendly. I liked how the rules and expectations were clear and precise and My family and I were very pleased with our stay.

I would stay again. - There was no breakfast provided and the property was pretty ok to locate with GPS and the instructions provided The beds were very low, but overall I liked the place. However there was a rooster that made noise most the night.

• Kevin (7/5): Clean, nice kitchen, bathrooms need updating - Size of the unit and its ability up accommodate a large family. Free off street parking. Place was pretty clean. Updated furniture kitchen was nice. Good value for the area. Bathrooms need updating, a little further from Wynwood than some other places I’ve stayed in the neighborhood. The roosters! Multiple roosters near property made it hard to sleep through the night. Check in is a little late and check out seems early as well.

The bathrooms needs an upgrade and the outside noise is unbearable, roosters crowing and planes flying over at night made it hard to get a good sleep.

• Morgan (7/5): Nice clean Property. - The home had adequate beds and restrooms. It’s very hard to find 4 to 5 beds In an Airbnb. Very clean and relaxing. The roosters walking around the property. Woke us up at 5 AM and did not stop for about an hour. Only TV was in the living room. Had towels and hand towels, but no Washcloths. Kind of a sketch neighborhood.

• Ashly (3/5): Poor - Couldn’t get indoor temp during the day lower than 78 which made sleeping at night very uncomfortable. The floor was so dirty that within 5 minutes of my toddler walking barefoot her feet were black. I killed multiple roaches within the house.

• Christine (10/5): Very nice stay, great host. - The hosts were easy to contact and provided all necessary information. The house was clean and as described on the site. 20 min walk to a nice area. The location is sketchy. I would not stay here if you are a group of only women.
• Suzanne (9/5): Excellent stay in the heart of Miami! - Absolutely spotless and immaculately clean! Plenty of space for everyone to have their own privacy. Anything you needed was provided. Modern and tastefully decorated. Location was convenient to everything. Ample free parking. We felt safe. Quiet neighborhood at night. Beds were soft which three of us liked and one of us didn’t. As an allergy sufferer, I would’ve liked boxes of tissues in the bedrooms. Otherwise it was a perfect stay!

Neighborhood where located is terrible, cab driver even warned us not to travel 1-2 blocks away towards hwy 95 due to risk. We had no problems when we walked to store .5 miles away, but streets trash strewn with roosters/chickens wandering freely.

• Chai (5/5): Overall, disturbed sleep due to old bed and noisy roster. I don’t think the owner can do anything about the roster, but - Personal parking lot. Clear instruction to the house. - the floor was sticky - can feel the spring in the bed - have to push the metal gate (rusty and troublesome) to the porch - the washer and dryer is outside - not sheltered. Inconvenient for rainy days. Especially for big family with lots of luggages and kids - the design of the house a bit weird, the toilet ensuite is one step below. - there are roster crow at 3am in the morning - modern design, but should be some time ago. Some of the hinges are rusty
