• Branislav (9/5): Nice stay close to center - A completely equipped apartment, comfortable bed, clean bathroom, communication with the staff is minimal ( which I prefer) walking distance from the city center. The only thing that I didn't like were dusty corners, and spiderwebs on the ceiling. However in the other parts the cleanliness was good.

• Martina (3/5): - Přichystány pouze dvě povlečené postele, byli jsme čtyři. Nikomu se nešlo dovolat a sjednat nápravu. Přímo pod okny je bar, ve kterém hrála hlasitá hudba až do rána, scházeli se podivní a opilí lidé, dokonce nám pomočili zaparkovaný vůz!!Odjížděli jsme v sedm ráno a párty stále pokračovala. Nešlo vůbec spát, měli jsme obavu s dětmi vyjít na ulici. Ubytování komunikuje pouze pomocí chatgpt. S dětmi rozhodně nedoporučujeme.
• Jan (1/5): Ich hatte keinen Aufenthalt - ich bin stante pede aus der unbenutzbaren Unterkunft geflüchtet. - Der Whats-App Kontakt war prinzipiell ok, weil schnelle Antworten kamen und in meiner intensiven Kommunikationsphase nach Betreten der Unterkunft, in der es um den unbenutzbar dreckigen Zustand der Unterkunft ging und ich mein sofortiges Verlassen ankündigte, direkt auf meine Aussagen eingegangen wurde (und zum Beispiel ein 'Recleaning' am nächsten Morgen angekündigt wurde). Verwirrend war insgesamt in Whatsapp nur, wann Englisch und wann Deutsch gesprochen wurde, wann wohl ein Bot dran war und wann ein Mensch. Die Bilder der Unterkunft sind schön, individuell, der Preis leicht höher als Limehouse Zaha Hadid, das ich kenne und das sehr komfortabel ist. Also hatte ich ein gutes Gefühl, zwei angenehme Nächte auf der Gries-Murseite von Graz für 262EUR zu verbringen. Verblüffend war etwas die Kaution von 200EUR, das hatte ich noch nie erlebt ... arglos dachte ich: "Die kümmern sich um ihr Inventar!". Beim Betreten der Unterkunft war ich geschockt: Die Duschkabinentür hing schief, das Bad hatte ein großes Loch wo die Waschmaschine hätte sein sollen, Reste von Vormietern im Badeschrank, herumstehende WC-Putzmittel am Boden, nasse und putzlose Wände unter den Fenstern in der Küche, eingedrungenes Wasser vom Gewitter kurz zuvor, zerbrochene Gläser beim Geschirr, völlig verdreckter Herd, vereister Kühlschrank, durchgebrochene Arbeitsplatte, schief bezogenes Bett, zentimeterdicke Staubschichten unter beiden vorhandenen Betten, dazwischen jeweils Plastikflaschenmüll und alte Socken mitten im Dreck. Last not least beide Rauchmelder demontiert und in einem der völlig primitiven und windschiefen Kommodenschubladen abgelegt. Also nichts mit gutem Zustand und Kümmern um Inventar. Wahrscheinlich geht es nur um den Schlüssel. Die Unterkunft war in miserablem Zustand, unhygienisch, verdreckt, gesundheitsgefährdend. Ich bekam es mit der Angst und habe nach einer knappen Stunde die Unterkunft unbenutzt wieder verlassen. Eine Anfrage auf Stornierung mit Rückzahlung wurde vom Gastgeber nicht beantwortet. Es gab keine einzige Rückmeldung zu meiner Stornierungsanfrage von Oidahome, dem Host. Auch der Booking.com Support hat nach meiner Beschwerde keine Antwort bekommen.

• Rosalie (3/5): Bei unserer Ankunft waren wir schockiert von der Sauberkeit der Unterkunft. Alles war dreckig, vom Boden über die Bettwä - Sauberkeit: Das Bettzeug war dreckig, und die gesamte Wohnung machte einen unhygienischen Eindruck. Es war klar, dass hier nicht gründlich gereinigt wurde. Ausstattung: Wir hatten für vier Personen gebucht, doch es waren nur zwei Betten bezogen. Das Besteck und die Teller waren ebenfalls schmutzig, was inakzeptabel ist. Zustand der Möbel: Die Türschnalle war kaputt und das Sofa wies Beschädigungen auf. Handtücher: Sowohl die Handtücher als auch die Geschirrtücher waren feucht, was sehr unangenehm war. Geruch und Badezimmer: Ein komischer Geruch war in der Wohnung wahrnehmbar und die Dusche war ebenfalls dreckig. Die Bilder im Internet entsprechen nicht der Realität. Insgesamt war dies eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung, die wir so nicht erwartet hatten. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nicht empfehlen.

Чистота также сомнительная, вроде бы чисто,но на белье волосы чужие и пятна. Также неприятен момент с кауционом о котором я не знала пока не проплатила бронь,это было неожиданно.

• Verena (4/5): Nie mehr - Die Nähe zur Stadt Es war sehr schmutzig, sehr viele Spinnweben!!! Duschwand am Boden staubig. Es war ekelhaft! Das man so ein Zimmer vermietet eigentlich wahnsinn! Eine angefangene Rolle Klopapier im Bad, frechheit!

• Omer (3/5): Ich werde nie wieder dort hin!! - Es ist in der Nähe vom Zentrum! Es war allgemein schlecht oder sogar sehr schlecht! Waschbecken im Bad verstopft, die Duschtüren bleiben von unten offen, es gab kein Licht im Vorraum, Matratzen war gut aber es lag bißchen schmutz (scheint vom Staubsauger) auf einem Bett, ich musste Ventilatordecke (vorderseite) mit Schlüssel rausziehen damit es drehen kann usw! Möbeln war allgemein im schlechten Zustand, trotzdem musste ich 200 € als Kaution zahlen!!! Es liegt in einer sehr schlechten Straße in graz - die Straße war sehr schmutzig, stinkt überall nach Alkohol, zerbrechene Alkoholflaschen und sehr laut!!

• Anna (1/5): Die schlimmste Unterkunft, die wir je hatten. - Es wurde erst nach Abschluss der Buchung erwähnt, dass eine Kaution von 200,- zu hinterlegen ist, bevor man den Code für den Schlüssel bekommt. Bei der (auch auf Booking.com!!) angegebenen Telefonnummer der Vermieter ist kein "Teilnehmer" registriert. Man kann also nicht einmal anrufen. Haben kein Auge zugetan: Die GANZE Nacht über war Lärm in der Straße unter unseren Zimmerfenstern. Harte Polster.
• Piry (10/5): Nekem nagyon tetszett, biztos jövünk még ide. - Szuper volt az elhelyezkedése. Kényelmes volt az ágy, jól hangszigetelt volt az ablak. Szuper kávéfőző és finom Tchibo kavekapszula volt bekészítve. 3főre foglaltunk de csak 2 ágynemű volt.
• Ramon (4/5): Mala experiència: accés complicat, nul·la atenció al client, dipòsit abusiu i poca cura en la neteja i manteniment. - Esta molt ben situat Vam tenir un problema tan bon punt vam arribar: no podíem entrar. El telèfon no funciona i el WhatsApp és només un bot inútil, així que oblida’t de tenir cap contacte humà. Ens vam quedar una bona estona al carrer amb tota la família sense cap ajuda. Finalment, seguint un enllaç vam trobar la informació per accedir, però calia pagar prèviament un dipòsit de 200 €, que, tot i estar indicat a l’anunci, em sembla abusiu. A més, no vaig voler pagar fins que fóssim davant l’apartament, per assegurar-me que no era cap estafa. El pis és correcte, però es nota poca atenció al detall: cafetera bruta, cuina poc equipada, i zones amb humitats preocupants. En definitiva, l’experiència ha estat dolenta i no el recomano.

• Charalampos (2/5): Deposit for nothing - The location was very good. And the Kitchen was very convenient. I didn't like the fact that they asked for an additional deposit just to maintain the apartment in the initial condition. They promise you that they will return the deposit in 7 days after your check out but then you get another email that the "amount will appear in your account after 10 (!) business days". After I texted them to check about what is happening with my deposit they were delaying their responses making me wait feeling that something is fishy. The initial condition was not something that needed an extra deposit of that amount. The door handles were off, dusty floor, bathroom in average condition. So if you don't want a third-party holding your cash for 1 month for no reason please avoid booking this room.

• Tobias (3/5): Hugely disappointed after a very good experience at this accommodation a year ago. - Dealing with everything digital and electronically was easy and they respond very quickly and very helpful. Internet worked well. Cleanliness of apartment was not ok. On arrival smelt of cigarette smoke, and whilst the basics of bed and more obvious things in bathrooom, kitchen area having a bit of a clean, the apartment overall was dirty. Areas that were clearly visble thick with dust, crumbs and dirt on furniture. Walking into entrance hall of the aprtment was like walking into a storage room, with sehlves with spare pillows and duvets and fan with airer etc. Through their digital contact they quickly sent cleaners to come rectify things, but they barely did anything and in some cases created more mess - some of the dirt and rubbish was just swept into the entranceway in front of door to apartment. Such a shame, as stayed in this building at one of the other apartments about a year ago and the standard of the apartment and cleanliness was fantastic. This time it was terrible.

• Barbora (1/5): Disgusting constant smell in the apartment. Host not communicating - There was constant unbearable smell in the apartment and the host was only pretending to do something about it. We were lied to and then ignored. I asked if we can move to another free apartment (I saw on booking that there was one available) and never received reply. Also the apartment wasn’t clean. Because of our kids we had to look under the furniture for missing toys and we found lot of dust, cigarette butts and other waste.
• Dylan (4/5): Hosts should be accessible via phone call, not just internet. - The location is close to the city centre, and the bed was nice. Room is fairly well-furnished. Internet connection was solid. I had no mobile data in Austria. This meant that I was unable to contact the hosts on arrival, nor to open the pages which gave the details on where to find the property (which is not totally obvious if you just have the address) nor how to enter the property, e.g. the door code + the code to open the lockbox with the room keys. I tried to call the hosts repeatedly on the phone, but to no avail. After walking around for over an hour, I was able to get onto a WiFi hot-spot thanks to another person who was confused regarding entry. Even then, the front door was locked, which there was no reference to in the details I was given. The other guest found a way to unlock the front door - I don't exactly know how. I never once communicated with the hosts, and whenever confused people tried to call the owners to be let in, the phone in my room would ring and I would have to come and try help them out. When I arrived the WiFi router was unplugged.

• Andied (8/5): It's ok the studio apartment for the price offered. - Location very central and easy to find also at night. Bus No.32 stop Griessplatz 5 min. away. I arrived there from Webling Flixbus station in 20 min.. Easy to check-in and out. Warm inside. No breakfast - fully completed kitchenette available. A fridge. Coffee machine with 2 coffee capsules, tee. Very clean and comfortable bed, snow white towels. All in all, a normal studio where you can stay at least 2 nights for sure. The price in comparison with other centrally located hotels acceptable. I had room No.4 on the 1st floor. Location is noisy because of night club nearby, but not every night, if you are lucky. Voices and music can be heard with the windows closed. There is tee and coffee, but no sugar available. The shower glass was covered with lime deposits. No shampoo, but soup available. A spiderweb at the window. Thin door to the staircase. Corridor light shines through the edges. In hot summer it wouldn't be such a nice place to sleep because of the noise and warmth, but in winter it's very ok.

• Kiril (4/5): Do not recommend - Walking distance from the city centre. The Apartment - We had to request additional cleaning due to a significant amount of dust, especially on the floor. Unfortunately, a trash basket full of garbage from the previous guest was not removed, even after the second cleaning. - The toilet seat was not properly fixed. - There was no dish sponge provided. - We found a note instructing us not to use the washing machine. After hours of discussion (only through Messenger, as there was no phone contact), we were told we could use it but were advised to stay next to it to hold it in place. - The curtains fell as soon as we pulled them but they were fixed, once the cleaning team came. The Building - The building itself was very unwelcoming. The staircase was very dirty, with garbage and cigarettes scattered around. Despite other apartments in the building also being rented out, the entrance was not clean at all. - Upon check-in, we were greeted by a drunk young man. Although he wasn’t rude and even offered to help our children with the luggage, he ultimately made us uncomfortable by attempting to kiss our daughter. The Location The location was okay, being close to the centre. It was nice during the day but not very pleasant at night. Every night, groups of people would gather and talk loudly for hours. On one of the nights, the shouting continued throughout the entire evening.
