• Márcio (5/5): O local é aceitavel para um período de poucos dias. - As camas são bem confortáveis, o local estava limpo, a região/bairro da acomodação é bem simples, mas a vizinhança é tranquila, pois não tem nenhum barulho durante o dia. 1 - A casa é cercada por grades, o que de inicio parece ser um lugar muito perigoso, mas as grades não tem nenhum sentido, pois todas as fechaduras estão quebradas. 2 - O portão de correr para que o carro seja guardando dentro da garagem também estava quebrado, sendo assim, o carro ficou na rua todos os dias. 3 - A casa não tem lavadora e secadora, ou seja, se precisar lavar roupas não vai ser possível. 4 - A sala não tem uma luz no teto, apenas um abajur que não ajuda muito e deixa o ambiente escuro. 5 - Quando chove tem uma goteira dentro da sala, se não tomar cuidado vai escorregar e cair.

• Renata (3/5): Prijs en kwaliteit niet in verhouding. - Het was niet schoon, tuin niet onderhouden. Geen vaatdoekjes, weinig handdoeken. Heel veel kippen en hanen in de buurt de de hele nacht liggen te kukelen.

• James (6/5): Not ideal Wynwood location, though affordable. - Affordable accommodation in Miami. Most of property a nice homeliness. Location more north of Wynwood hub than anticipated. Female tenant said she would be anxious on a walk home late at night to location. Rooster crowing in early morning is a genuine shortcoming, it's no joke. Tenants renting the attached property behind ours knocked on door in early hours due to confusion over check-in; not their fault, however.

Senza macchina risulta un po' scomodo, altrimenti perfetto per visitare Miami e zone limitrofe. In casa non abbiamo trovato indicazioni sulla presenza o utilizzo della lavatrice - asciugatrice (servizio disponibile nella descrizione). Il prezzo leggermente alto ma commisurato al periodo ed alla stagione. Un altro aspetto, a noi non fastidioso, è il corridoio aereo dell'aeroporto di Miami che può risultare rumoroso, ma questo aspetto colpisce un po' la città in generale

• Jiří (1/5): The most terrible experience on booking - It was clean and equipped with some basic dishes. It was the most terrible place i have ever booked. Its a house for 2 groups. There was a party in the 2nd part of the house till 4am, people were fighting that the house almost fell apart. There is a tiny wall between you and other renters. They also smoked weed there so everything smelled. I had a small kid with who was scared and can’t sleep.

There is much better accommodation in better areas for the pric - - It was clean. - You are quickly in the promised Art District. - The owner agreed to break off the stay - despite the fact that we could not cancel. - However, the one night that we used instead of the planned 6 nights cost us USD 600. - The environment is very poor and appears unsafe - It has nothing to do with "in the heart of the Art District". - The air conditioning is extremely loud. You can hear your neighbors as if they were in the same room. The airplanes can be heard extremely well. We didn't sleep all night. - The furnishings are neither modern nor good. Some of it is quite worn and rusty. - The house itself is roughly barred. The washing machine and dryer are located outside and are shared between two parties. - Some of the bedside lamps could not be used because there was no socket nearby. - The closet in one room could not be used because the bed was directly in front of it. There were only very thin comforters. - The bathroom is very small.

• Dorothee (3/5): Poor - I usually don’t put on comments on appartments I rent but this time I need to clarify my grading. The apartment is all clean and similar to the photos on the announce and the personnal is very welcoming. Moreover, the owner did not warn us that airplanes fly just above the house day and night preventing us from sleeping. Also, if you take a walk in thé street behind the house you can enjoy all sorts of garbage covering the ground. But this is not the worst part, we were not warned that it is a house cut in two parts and the two parts are possible to rent. The last day of our stay, new renters arrived in the second part of the house at 11pm and allowed themselves to put on loud music right next to our bedroom from 11pm to 5:30am, to drink and to smoke. We kindly asked twice to turn down the music, to what they responded that they don’t care and want to enjoy their party because they rented the house too. However, it seems to me that it is written in the renting contract that parties are not allowed during the night !! If you want to rent a house in miami, I strongly advise you to find a cleaner and quieter place to stay.
• Dolores (8/5): Stayed 2 couples (slept in the room with the 2 queen beds) and one person in the king. Stayed for 2 nights and cooking f - Plenty towels for all guests. Kitchen, bathroom, and cleaning supplies provided. Clean and good size. Sleeping was a bit uncomfortable because of the bed mattress’ springs and ROOSTERS screaming at the top of their lungs at early morning. Also the AC, was pretty noise but overall functional. Neighbors a little bit chatty during the morning and the airport is nearby as well so often a plane can be heard departing. Other than how noisy it was, no complaints.

• Constance (4/5): Glad it was a one night stay. Made the best of it. You get what you pay for. - The pictures are accurate. The home was nicely furnished, it was clean. The property manager worked with us to get us entry into the rental before 4pm. She was very helpful. Key code easy to use. The neighborhood is sketchy. Did not feel safe. The backdoor was put on wrong and it opened out, so the hinges were on the outside of the door and it could have been removed from outside. Entry doors should open into the house, not out. Not very safe. They did not have a full set of sheets on the bed, only a comforter with a fitted sheet. Washer and dry was outside of the house in the back inside a gate.
• Adeline (5/5): Passable - We arrived late. Surroundings of the house felt unsafe and was dirty (Lots of trash on the ground). There was a party in the neighbourhood when we arrived, very loud music and the cottage windows and doors are absolutely not sound proof. Poor doors quality as well, and no gates closing around the house so not confortable leaving our belongings there while out visiting. Kitchens appliances were old and very used. We left after 1 night.

• Allison (4/5): Nice location, Not Good Sleep - Good location, 20 min walk to wynwood. Spaceous place with 2 parking spots. Beds uncomfortable, noise of planes flying over and chickens making noise will keep you up all night. Then the rooster will wake you up at 4am. Not a good nights rest.

There was no plug for the sink, nor a washing up bowl, so doing the dishes was a bit if s challenge. The wifi was off, had to plug in the power myself... Bedroom doors could not be closed!
