Nils (10/5): - Die Lage der Wohung ist toll - nicht weit weg zur Messe und nah zur Innenstadt. Man findet mit mal mehr, mal weniger Suche einen kostenfreien Parkplatz in der Nähe und es gibt tolle Restaurants im Umfeld. Sehr schön ist die Ausstattung der Wohnung und das Bett ist bequem. Einzig das kleine Badezimmer ist vielleicht zu bemängeln. Das WC hat - was offensichtlich baulich bedingt ist kein eigenes Waschbecken und man muss immer durch die Küche in die Dusche gehen. Ein kleiner Nachteil der durch die Vorteile und die Ausstattung der Wohnung bei weitem ausgeglichen wird!

Christoph (9/5): - Charmante und geräumige Altbauwohnung in ruhiger Lage mit Blick in grüne Gärten und Balkon. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und sehr gut geschlafen. Margarethenhöhe, Gruga-Park und Folkwang Museum fußläufig zu erreichen. Sehr freundlicher Kontakt zum Vermieter.
