• Agustín (5/5): - La estancia es muy bonita. El problema es la administración. Les dejo algunas cosas que me hubiese gustado saber antes de ir: 1. El contacto del administrador lo conseguí por mi cuenta buscando el Instagram. Es un dato importante por que el sistema es self checking por lo que el huésped necesita si o si de indicaciones precisas para entrar. El tiempo de respuesta por la app fue muy largo e incluso mensajes sin responder. Conseguí el contacto el mismo dia del viaje por lo que fue bastante complejo comunicarme por tema zonas wifi siendo que la informacion de acceso la hubiesen podido brindar un dia antes. Sobre todo sabiendo que llegábamos a las 19.00 como le informe al host. 2. NO recomiendo llegar de noche. Si no conoces el acceso ingresar desde la ruta no es tan intuitivo si esta oscuro. Y el camino al portón de ingreso es oscuro con vegetación y algo barroso (sumamos maletas y combo completo). Una vez ingresan hay que caminar por sendero de arena y algo de barro, iluminado pero con buena vegetación, por unos metros (nuevamente, con maletas es complejo). Lleguen de dia en lo posible. 3. El lugar NO tiene Agua Potable! Es un detalle no menor, sobre todo si viajan con niños. El "filtro" de la cocina no sirve para depurar agua (el de ese recipiente tenia hongos cuando llegamos). Si llegan tarde no hay ningún lugar donde comprar cerca y deberán pedir si o si delivery. 4. Lugares cerca para salir a comprar: el restaurante de José esta a unos pasos. Abre al rededor de las 8.30 y cierran a eso de las 18.00... pueden desayunar, almorzar y cenar. Ademas tieme una pequeña despensa para lo básico. 5. El jacuzzi en nuestro caso funciono pero el agua no estaba muy limpia. Se notaba algo turbia. 6. No tendrás sabanas de recambio ni toallas por lo que sugiero hablar esto con el host antes de ingresar por varios dias. O bien llevar propias. 7. La ducha es de agua fría. Esta todo dicho en el punto anterior.
• Santiago (8/5): Relaxing , good for a few days. - The house and surroundings were beautiful, the landscaping and the jacuzzi to relax after hiking in Tayrona. Only one proper bed, and it is impossible to sleep on the couches since they tilt when one sleeps on one side. They should have two queen beds. Only one roll of toilet paper for four days ?! Four people. We had to buy from the concierge. No AC which for the price is ridiculous , we were lucky that it was not that hot and cloudy the days of our stay. Theres a pig farm nearby so it smells a little bit when the wind blows this way.

• LINA MARIA (9/5): Un lugar con energía sanadora - El lugar, la tranquilidad, la naturaleza, el baño. El lugar es hermoso, la energía, espectacular. Lo recomendamos y esperamos volver pronto. Desafortunadamente el jacuzzi no funciona correctamente así que no calienta y no se pudo utilizar porque el agua es demasiado fría, el arreglo es sencillo y se lo informamos al anfitrión. Esperamos se resuelva para la próxima vez que volvamos.
• Angelica (10/5): Peaceful and beautiful place - It is exactly as the pictures, it is comfortable, very easy to arrive, it is very calm, clean, and in the middle of a green Landscape. The host communicate very well, and response near to immediately when we need. I recommend this place.
• Dary Jizeth (7/5): Estadía en Villa Puy - La cabaña es muy linda, muy bien diseñada tanto interna como externamente, aunque las escaleras son un poco estrechas, el contacto con la naturaleza fue mágico. Seguimos la recomendación de Gerardo sobre la playa, bastante buena, comida deliciosa (aunque está a 7 kms toca pagar $6500 para entrar por persona) El aseo: barandas con polvo, la caneca de la basura de la cocina estaba llena de basura, los recipientes Plásticos donde se guarda mercado estaba con granos de maíz amarillo. Tampoco hay sabanas adicionales para poner en los sofacama para descansar El fin de semana hubo un torrencial aguacero y una de las noches nos quedamos sin luz, y con señal de celular intermitente, buscamos si había una linterna y no había, revisamos si había una en el botiquín no había, tampoco un encendedor por lo menos para prender la estufa al día siguiente en la mañana y el tiempo de respuesta de Gerardo fue algo tardío y nos dijo que prendería la planta, (fue una solución tardía) nos fuimos a la playa y en un restaurante pudimos cargar el celular. Sugiero revisen el calentador del Jacuzzi, ya que el último día reportaba en su pantalla un error y puede ser la razón por la cual el agua ya no estaba caliente.
• Laura (5/5): Non altezza delle aspettative. Pessima comunicazione - La posizione di Villa Puy è sicuramente stupenda e la villa in sé è bella, immersa in un meraviglioso giardino. La cabana è bella, anche se il piano di sotto è un po' angusto e il piano della cucina invaso da piccoli insettini. Edgar e la moglie, che vivono sul posto sono due persone gentilissime e accoglienti Il livello di comunicazione è pessimo e assolutamente poco professionale. Abbiamo dovuto scrivere ripetutamente all'host per avere informazioni necessarie. Viaggiamo con due bambini e l'host non si era minimamente preoccupato di informarci sull'assenza di acqua calda e potabile e l'esclusiva presenza di un filtro non proprio affidabile. Inoltre, essendo la cabana immersa nella giungla, in caso di pioggia, il sentiero per arrivare alle abitazioni diventa estremamente fangoso, ma anche di questo non eravamo stati informati, sebbene avessimo specificato di avere molti bagagli. Tutto questo di per sé potrebbe anche non essere un problema, il tutto è esserne informati. E anche quando abbiamo incontrato l'host è stato estremamente scortese e sbrigativo.

• Narûn Geerdes (9/5): - Prachtige cabana's in de jungle, fantastisch interieur, heerlijke tuin met bubbelbad. Dit is de plek om tot rust te komen! Verder goede service en een veilig afgesloten terrein. Toch een paar puntjes om rekening mee te houden; - de locatie is afgelegen. Taxi of auto nodig voor restaurants, supermarkt en strand. - Smal 2-persoonsbed. - Locatie is in de natuur, dus houd rekening met insecten/ beestjes. De badkamer is een open buitenruimte en de slaapkamer heeft geen clamboe of Airco.
• Katherine (9/5): A perfect place for a romantic and relaxing stay - We really enjoyed our stay here!! Bathroom, outdoor area is just amazing, jacuzzi, privacy, big bedroom. A bit secluded, perfect if you want to relax and have a romantic stay, but if you want to socialize better stay somewhere else. Shower pressure is very low and no hot water, making it difficult to wash the hair like mine that is very abundant and long.

It was also super close to Q Valencia, which made it the perfect spot to spend one of our mornings. The nights were equally delightful, with the surrounding nature offering both tranquility and privacy. all perfect

Thanks for such a beautiful 3 days! The villa itself... Just wow! The real diamond of this stay though is the garden patio and the jacuzzi. I could spend days relaxing there watching the hummingbirds and butterflies or birds washing in the bird bath. If you love nature... Then this is the place for you. The only slight negative is the location... And this is nothing against the hosts or the property itself!!! It's located 10mins by Mototaxi from any beach/restaurant Nothing
