Due to the ongoing energy crisis, the following rules apply to all properties in Italy:

The condominium (central) heating will work on a schedule, as imposed by Italian law, and heating cannot be adjusted. The schedule will operate as follows: 6 AM to 9 AM, 12 PM to 2 PM, and 8 PM to 11 PM.
The highest temperature allowed by Italian law for the residential sector is 19 degrees Celsius for all thermostats, both central and autonomous heating.
Please do not use more than one appliance at once. Otherwise, you may experience power outages. If this happens, guests will need to reset the fuze box. Please do not use more than one appliance at once.
Please note that if the type of check-in of the property you have booked is "Greeter", there will be extra Late Check-in Fees (note that late check-in has surcharges, payable via card/payment link before your arrival:) for check-in after 7 pm.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Best described as a scam - Good position, close to oublic transportation The apartment and furniture is old and poorly maintained. The photos in the post must have been taken many years ago. The water and drains do not work, the doors and windows are so poor that every sound from outside is disturbing. The overall standard of the property is very low and most certainly not worth the price. To make matters worse, the personnel was both rude and useless when we asked for repair of the bathroom sink, which was entirely unusable
- Zhanar (3/5): I wouldn't come back - Location Well, what can I say, the mattresses and sofas are very old, there is no heating in the bathroom at all, not even a single one. When you go into the bathroom it's like you've gone outside. The heating in the apartment is very weak. The cherry on the cake is that we forgot our charger and of course they said they didn't find it. In general, these hotels leave a bad impression on many people, I've forgotten things in hotels more than once and I've never had to come back. There's no coffee machine, and the owner is very greedy, he even leaves the bare essentials. Not to mention toothbrushes and toothpaste, the owner didn't deign to leave any coffee or tea, and there wasn't even a pinch of salt.

- Mohammadreza (8/5): Overall, we had a nice stay in the property and of course it gives you the vibe of old Milan which we liked it. - The property was very clean, well renovated and close to the metro line. It is even close enough to walk to many main attractions in Milan. Air conditioner, hot water and all appliances were working well. Property is missing a wall mirror to check yourself in or for make up. Would be good if the owner takes care of it. The property is in the 2nd floor with no lift. Access is through a narrow stairs and long balcony with a flimsy handrail which was a bit concerning for my little one every time we were passing through but it was ok for us. It is good for very light travelers. Not convenient for me as a family with 3 mid-size luggages. Probably this was mentioned in the property description and I have overlooked it. The sofa bed seems to be broken and is not convenient at all to sleep.

We arrived at the apartment at the indicated check-in time, however, we had to wait outside for 2 hours while the cleaning was completed before we could enter. The team showed no intention of compensating for the inconvenience caused.
