The place could do with a deep clean in the bathroom area.

Host doesn't refund the deposit even weeks after stay, even though it says it will be processed quickly. The water didn't work for 2 entire days of our stay, not at all and we were not told . Dirty bathroom. Bed like a rock, so very uncomfortable and awful to stay for a week. Lots of damage to the apartment unlike photos. Host terrible communication skills. Long and unnecessarily difficult check in/out.

- Ky (1/5): Terrible decision to book this accommodation - The location Just don’t book this accommodation, they requested you to provide a bond (300aud) for security. And they said they will provide a form to fill out the refund details right after u check out. But in fact they never do so, they will not reply or respond to any of the messages after u check out and there is no way you can get back the bond.
- Clarissa (6/5): Pleasant - The location was perfect! The space was very comfortable for two people Had to pay a $300 deposit (direct debit) for the key fob of which there was only one. It has been one month and we still have not received our deposit back. Impossible to get in touch with the owners with regards to this. Check-in instructions long winded and difficult - provided us with the wrong code etc.
Great apartment but this is a major downfall.

- Tracey (2/5): Deposit theft - We loved the pool and location Sadly the keys were not available in any lock box, apparently the cleaner took them accidentally, we then waited close to an hr to gain access at 7 pm.
The shower literally screamed if you tried to use it, the lights needed replacing, bedding is stained and dirty washing was left in the laundry trough.
Communication is terrible, once they have your money they have no intent to return it. We are still waiting for our $300 deposit 20 days later and have no response when we try to contact, they claim it's returned within 3 days but I'm sure they will leave it until you give up if possible.
- Tina (2/5): Definitely not Luxe - Location was perfect. Check-in and Check-out was easy. Unfortunately that was it. The definition of Luxe - expensive and of high quality; luxurious. This was so far from a luxe!
When we arrived in the dark, the bathroom light wasn’t working and a light in the kitchen not working. Messaged the contact the next morning and they said it would be fixed the next day. We got back from a full day out (8pm) light not fixed. Call the contact and they did come and fix it at 9.30pm (we had to keep our kids awake so they could do it and their beds are in the main living area.
Was told there would be tea and coffee and there was none. Dirty dish cloth in the sink. No dishwashing tablets (we had to buy some).
Pots and Pans all burnt and scratched - contact agreed to replace them and get anything else we needed which we thought was great. Replaced them with equally scratched pans and one was even dirty. There was no chopping board and not enough glasses for all 4 of us.
There were marks and stains all over the carpets. Wifi didn’t work properly. Beds were very uncomfortable.
Filled out the requested bond return form and was told 3 days for return of payment. It took several messages with no reply. A message to Booking.com and a call to Booking.com to get our bond back 18days later.
There was also no information about anything in the apartment. Not even an evacuation plan or what to do in an emergency. There was work being on on our level during our stay that we weren’t aware of.
Location was the only positive.

- Selina (5/5): Amazing location, too bad the bathroom light was broken during our entire stay - Amazing location, key pickup + return processes were easy and convenient, fast replies on booking.com before + during stay (but not after), pool and gym upstairs were pretty nice too The carpet was dirty with stains and marks in both the living room and bedroom, and both the kitchen and bathroom sink taps' pressure was way too high, also this is more of an issue with the building but only 2 lifts (3rd one was closed) in a 45 level building in the middle of the CBD is just not enough - be prepared to wait for ages if you're unlucky
Our main complaint was that the bathroom light didn't work - we messaged the host and they replied apologizing saying it would be fixed soon but it didn't get fixed during our trip so we had to bring in a lamp and use our phone flashlights :( I feel like ensuring all the lights are working is the bare minimum for hosting (especially for the bathroom which doesn't even get any sunlight during the day unless you keep all the doors open, even then it's not bright enough), so this was really disappointing
Also, the deposit refund took way longer than they said it would - I filled out the refund form the day we checked out (as requested) and was promised to receive my refund within 3 business days. However that did not happen, I messaged them on booking.com after a week and received no replies, then reached out again a few days later via texting the number they provided and was finally sent the refund (8 business days later!) - so don't worry, you will get your refund but just really slowly and requires a LOT of reminding :(

- Ryan (5/5): It was passable, but not well maintained. - Location was the best thing about this accommodation. The apartment is not well maintained. The carpet is dirty, burnt and threadbare in places. Bathroom tile grout is tired and mouldy/dirty. Kitchen floor tiles are badly cracked. The bathroom extractor fan didn't go, but management did say they'd fix it. The queen bed was very firm and had only a thin blanket. The heating was sufficiently warm to sleep comfortably though. Only 3 of 4 gas hobs was working and the electric ignition got stuck on when we tried to light it. Management said they'd fix it though...
- Natasha (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment is in a good location. The host was helpful over the phone when trying to help us locate the lockbox. I was disappointed as I found a dark brown/red stain on the quilt cover of the main bed (unsure what it was), when the bed sheets were turned back there was long brown hairs on the sheets. I felt uncomfortable sleeping in the bed as I was unsure of its cleanliness. The lounge had several stains and the carpet also had several stains, a burnt hole and an iron burn print. The bathroom tile grout appeared dirty. The bathroom and kitchen sink taps when turned on the pressure was high, so water flew out hard and fast on the bench/mirrors. The kitchen cupboard door under the sink had a broken hinge which made accessing the bin difficult. Getting the keys for the apartment took 45 minutes, the email with information had two set of instructions for check in and check out. It was a very long email and the pictures were at the and which I didn't notice till after check in.

- Sunny (2/5): Poor. - Location is good and as per advertised. The description of the key location was slightly different on the email instructions I was given. The keypad lock is actually across the road. The property is not very clean. Despite I message the owner via the booking.com system asking for the wifi password, there was no answer so I didn't used the wifi at all.
A few days prior to my arrival, via booking.com message, I was asked to pay a security deposit $300 which I paid. The day prior to my departure, I received a message asking me to fill in a deposit refund form which I immediately emailed back. 8 days after checked out, I still haven't received my deposit refund despite my 2 messages to the property via the booking.com message system. The email stated the refund will take up to 3 days but this is more than a week now.

very thankful that after we notified the owner he did come and clean up the room and ask if needed anything more. we walked in at 5:30/6pm and found room had not been cleaned from the last visitors eg, bed looked slept in, dishes used left on benches and half bottle of wine left on counter. The beds were very uncomfortable.
- Jennifer (10/5): Comfortable and well located - Clean and functional and very comfortable. Plenty of room for 2 people. Communication with management was very good and queries were immediately answered. Easy check in once I found the key. Tea and Coffee would have been a nice touch but it didn't spoil our stay. Picking up the key should have been simple but photo of key box looked like it was a large box so it was a little bit hard to find but only a minor hiccup.
- Ignatius (8/5): nice central location with good facilities - central location, good facilities (pool and gym), nice and comfortable room, and comes with Netflix too, useful to kill boredom (but you’re in the city, so unlikely you’ll get bored) could use some fixing (little things here and there were broken), damp sponge (and looks mouldy) so we can’t use it to hand wash the dishes but they do have dishwasher (didn’t use it though). toilet paper can be better quality (very thin and quite rough). no free to air tv (aerial cable can’t be connected)
