- Nahi (1/5): Bad experience - Location is ok. Size of the property is good. Everything else from communication with staff to the apartment itself was very bad. Staff communication is beyond bad. Apartment is big but wasn’t clean at all, needs proper renovation. Bed wasn’t comfortable or clean. I would never go back there or book with Kaya again.
- Yoland (8/5): This is a great location to explore Zürich with some annoying things to detract from the overall stay - The size of the property was great, the location fantastic with very helpful information about Zurich including the Zurich pass which we used for our 2 day stay. It was very clean and beds reasonably comfortable. It was a tiresome process getting into the property with multiple emails with different steps to complete. We had not realised a security bond payment had not gone through (completed our end) and so no codes given to get into the property- in the middle of winter. It’s above a cute bar so some late night noise. Pillows were shocking
