• Lee (9/5): Pleasant and comfortable - The facilities in this property are very modern. The host provided multiple converter, it was so kind and thoughtful of them. Everything was sparkling clean and well-equipped. My only gripe was that the water drainage system is a bit slow and there are certain parts in the property that are lower and for that case might hit the head accidentally if you are not aware of it. But everything was very pleasant so far, and I enjoyed my stay. The location is very convenient as there’s a tramp station downstairs around 50 m from the property. There’s also a grocery store Lidl nearby so you can shop at your convenience. The neighborhood also feels safe. Water drainage system.

• Hasitha (8/5): It’s good value for money - It’s good value for money. Clean and specious place and in line with the booking.com description of the apartment. All cutlery and equipment needed are available. We liked the place. Support is prompt and helpful. The lift and the entrance is a bit of an issue. We traveled with few large bags and lifts stops at 3rd floor and have to carry the bags almost 15-20 stairs

• Denis (9/5): A pleasant accommodation close to downtown - Self check-in was very smooth and straightforward. I received all the necessary information and description in advance with pictures to find everything more easily. The flat was clean and well equipped – fridge, stove, dish washer, coffe machine (capsules), dishes, cutleries, shampoo, soap, towels... Direct connection downtown with the tram n° 14 (~30 min ride). Supermarkets nearby (Carrefour, Lidl) opened until 9.30-10 p.m.
• Miroslava (9/5): I was happy with my stay and would recommend this place. - The place was very clean and well equipped. It had everything for a short or even a longer stay. It was important to us to be able to check-in late, so the self-check-in was perfect for us. I appreciate that there was an iron and ironing board. The tram station in front of the building makes the location very convenient. There isn’t much negative to say. Overall, I would not consider this a luxurious place to stay, because there are only roof windows, so no view. The place was great for spring, but I can imagine it getting too hot in the summer. The ceilings are very low in some areas of the apartment, which makes it difficult to get in and out of bed without hitting your head on a beam. The one thing that we were missing were garbage bags. There were two very large garbage bins which are not convenient to take downstairs to empty, so having trash bags would be more practical. We were told to take out the trash before leaving and sort it, but there are no conditions to sort the trash in the apartment. An instruction on how to do so would also be helpful, as this isn’t a common thing in all countries.
• Rasto (9/5): we left the building fully satisfied, our stay was OK and we will definitely recommend the apartment - very good location, a few meters far from a tram stop, very close to a supermarket (Lidl); the flat was clean and fully equipped (washing maschine, big fridge, iron, vacuum cleaner, dishwasher, coffee machine + capsules...); also very good communication with the owners, they accepted our request for a late arrival (at midnight), fast reaction concerning our later responses (raising the temperature) nothing special
• Emina (10/5): Exceptional - Location is perfect, close to Lidl and food places, easily connected to the down town (tram in front of the building); super well equipped with EVERYTHING, owner was really polite, everything explained perfectly. We will be returning again
• Reza (10/5): Loved it! - Great location, 3 minutes walk to Lidl, tram station exactly in front of the door of the building and it was also frequent, apartment was equipped so practically, everything u needed was there for long or short term stay. air conditioning worked perfectly, it made the space properly warm and the design was really cozy too. enjoyed our stay, loved the place and felt like home.

• Olena (5/5): Passable - I liked that the apartment has many little things thought out, such as the necessary dishes, detergents, a fumigator, even some tools and paper. There is a dishwasher and a washing machine and a coffee machine. There was also tea and coffee for the guests. The apartment is a mansard, that is, you live literally under the roof. In hot weather, it was very hot in a bedroom because there is only one room with air conditioning, and the bedroom is suffocating. The elevator in the house is a separate topic altogether... It seems to be there, but there is not much benefit from it. Getting the keys was a difficult quest for me. Perhaps if I had been informed about how to get them in advance from the evening, and not when I was already on the way, then everything would have gone much faster and easier.

Everything you could possibly need and more is inside the apartment. Very well connected via public transport(tram station literally in front of the building). Helpful and quick to respond owner, and his english is great.
