• Claire (5/5): Good location.but expensive hidden fees. - The location The excessive hidden fees. Cleaning fee. Laundry fee was rediculous. Enough to purchase new sheets. The access was complicated and difficult. Definately would not recommend this place with current system.

• Kineret (10/5): שהות מצוינת במילאנו - דירה יפה משופצת ומרווחת מאד, מאובזרת ברמה גבוהה ומצוידת היטב. היה לנו מאד נוח בה! השכונה שבה הדירה נמצאת מתעוררת לחיים בלילה ונהנינו לטייל על גדת התעלה ולראות את כל האנשים בבארים ובמסעדות. צוות מאד נגיש ועוזר. עזרו לנו בהזמנת נסיעה לשדה, אפשרו לנו לעשות צ׳ק אין בשעה מוקדמת יותר, ומכיוון שהעצה לנו טיסה מאוחרת יותר איפשהו לנו לעשות צ׳ק אאוט מאוחר יותר גם מבלי שביקשנו. קצת מרוחקת מהמרכז ומהמטרו. הלכנו הרבה. אבל 😊

• Shatha (10/5): A cozy and well-located stay, I would definitely stay there again! - The location was great—Navigli is a lovely area to explore and still within walking distance of Milan’s more central neighborhoods. The flat was cozy and very comfortable.
• Jonathan (10/5): Exceptional - Very organised, very clean. The property had it all. Anything you need is there. The property was exactly what we wanted. Spacious, in a good location (20mins walk from Duomo) and the owners were very helpful and professional. We fully recommend this apartment.

• Lala (7/5): Good location, pleasant apartment with basic but functional facilities. Easy to contact management. - Well located and decent size. Quiet and comfortable. Easy walk to nearby Navigli and easy public transport links to rest of city. Responsive management team (aside from fixing the broke air conditioning during our stay). Basic but functional facilities and cookware. Arrived to a broken freezer leaking on the floor and broken aircon in one of the bedrooms. In spite of asking repeatedly this was not fixed during our stay which was frustrating given it was 28C and muggy weather. The door lock system is managed via your phone so if you’ve spent a day using google maps you have to ensure you have sufficient battery life remaining to access apartment!
• T (8/5): Fine stay, but would not repeat - Positives - Clean - good location - easy communication with agency - very well equipped kitchen - early check in - we came to find the apartment with no hot water. There was a boiler outside that had to be reset etc, the whole process was very tedious and got permanently fixed only when the agency sent a technician to fix it. Good speed of response and handling the situation, bad we had to deal with such thing on holiday. - impractical double bed setup of the second, smaller room (which on the booking.com listing shows with two single beds). This by itself would have been fine (although not preferred), if it did not mean that the layout of the room became unusable. The room was not big enough for such double bed setup. To get to the balcony (and try to fix the boiler, pls see comment above), we had to pass from this narrow, un passable way. The wall across from the bed had sharp shelves on it. We suffered several accidental injuries with superficial head bleeding from accidentally hitting our heads in these shelves (if it was one person it happened to , I would have said it’s due to their own fault, but several people on different occasions?). I wish the agency had asked about our bed preferences, or took in account common sense when making this room. Had they just left it as was showing on the listing, we would not have this problem.
