• Sam (6/5): The location was great, apart from the small minor things at the stay. - The Aircon, the view, the location, the cleanness of the apartments. The bed was uncomfortable and the Hotel Manager was rude. The remote of the TV wasn't working, needed new battery. Didn't have a gate key to park my car in. There were ants on the utilities counter and dining table.

• Kirsten (9/5): Perfect location for best of Townsville CBD. - Location and size were amazing, everything as pictured and some lovely extras like coffee pods, extra toilet paper, laundry capsules. Hot plate did not get hot enough to cook anything on. Leaky tap in bathroom.

• Srikaveri (8/5): Good, comfortable stay with enough parking space..Value for money… the place will be excellent with few of the points me - The location is good. Very much closer to Maritime museum, within walking distance to many restaurants. The room size is good with all amenities needed. It is well kept. The second bed is not very comfortable as it is a Sofa-cum-bed. It is good for children; but not for adult beyond a day or two. The WiFi network is very poor. It goes off for most of the time. Hence connectivity is poor. The cold water basin tap in the room we stayed (Room 9) makes vibrating noises every time you open.

• marietta (6/5): - Easy access to everything. Quiet and very comfortable bed and nice sheets. Had a little issue with the vanity tap makes too much noise if not open full volume but its small issue we just ignore about. I hope it is now fix. I love the the kitchen had ll thr kitchen stuff i needed and go overboard on giving us everyrhing we needed fir 0ne wk stay. Thank you skye fir a wonderful stay. I would recommend this place to any of my frieds for sure.

Large, clean, secure unit with great views from balcony.2 queen beds were very comfortable. Would definately stay here again in a heartbeat. Limited space for kitchenette which had MW, toaster & electric kettle only.
• Tibong (10/5): COMFORTABLE STAY AWAY FROM HOME, MOIRA TIBONG, 🇵🇬 - We are a family from Papua New Guinea, The apartment was perfect for me and my family. Very homely, the kitchen was great, and we had everything we needed for home cooked meals. They were very thoughtful with the extras that came with the apartment, such as a bowl of snacks, board games, extra blankets, pillows, and towels. the balcony view was amazing. Desirable location steps away to local amenities. My 2x younger sons and I were visiting my eldest son, who lives in Townsville. My 3 x boys enjoyed the mariner park where we had a little picnic in the afternoons, and the kids played out in the open grass. Our stay was enjoyable, and Skye was very helpful throughout the stay. Also, the young lady downstairs in the Park Regis office, who was very friendly and open, she kindly helped us with the key issue and stored our luggage when we were checking out. She always says hi when we pass her office. 😊 The apartment we stayed in had a noisy tap in the bathroom hand wash sink when turned on. Apart from that it was perfect 👌🏾
• Pamela (9/5): Great location, spacious comfortable unit with lovely marina views - Great location, walk to restaurants, town and stadium, very quiet area, spacious unit lovely outdoor balcony to sit and have a cold wine/ beer in arvo with views to the marina. Secure car park and pool in complex. Great start up pack in kitchen milk, tea, coffee, butter, jam, Vegemite and welcome biscuits and chips much appreciated. Restaurant downstairs was lovely as well as pizza and pasta restaurant down the street and coffee/ cafe short walk away. Easy walk to the stadium to watch the footy. Host very welcoming and quick to respond to our query. Would highly recommend and no hesitation in staying again when we are in the area. N/a

• Kelly (10/5): Very enjoyable stay - Amazing views from the balcony, the apartment is well equipped with everything you need. Skye and Tania were amazing going above and beyond. Walking distance to restaurants and bars, we even walked to the strand which was roughly 20 min walk. We stayed for 1 month and I work from home but was struggling due to poor wifi from the hotel. Reached out to Skye and Tania and they went and purchase a dongle (which they did not need to do), this was so appreciated as meant I could work without any issues. Nothing was a hassle for them, they are very responsive.

Walkways by the Marina are convenient for a leisurely walk or daily exercise.. Noisy split system on the balcony..
