La stanza era grande, comoda e ben tenuta, quindi nel complesso il soggiorno è stato piacevole. Anche la colazione, solo con cibo asiatico, era abbondante e di buona qualità. Ma al momento dell’addebito finale l’hotel ha applicato un tasso di cambio molto favorevole a loro e diverso dal tasso di cambio che io ho avuto applicato dai vari negozi o servizi durante il mio soggiorno in Cina, con il risultato di un aumento significativo del costo totale. Ritengo scorretto modificare di fatto il prezzo attraverso un cambio valuta penalizzante per il cliente. Esperienza quindi molto deludente: consiglio a chi prenota in valuta estera di verificare tutto con estrema attenzione prima del pagamento.

• Low (10/5): Comfortable and pleasant stay!! - Staffs were incredibly helpful and friendly. Upon arrival we were greeted by the reception Cindy who gave clear recommendations on food, massage and sightseeing spots nearby. She patiently answered all our questions about the city and hotel. Other staffs in the hotel were also very approachable even when I had to retrieve my taobao parcels and the cleaning lady on level 9 was very sweet and checked in with us from time to time. We were here for 3 nights. Rooms were really spacious, clean, modern and comfortable! Location wise it is just 10 mins walk to Beijing Road and delicious eateries. I'd 10000% return to this to hotel for my next visit to Guangzhou! None.

A piedi si raggiungono le tante attrazioni culturali della città, con a pochi passi ristoranti, negozi, pasticcerie ecc. Stanza e bagno moderni, comodi e puliti. Cuscini ottimi, materasso duro (lo saranno anche quelli di altri hotel di pari categoria in giro per la Cina del sud, sarà forse il loro standard di riferimento). Wc tecnologico con bidet incorporato. Colazione solo discreta, per noi europei segnalo la mancanza delle uova strapazzate o di omelette, del pane (solo fette per toast) con una parte dolce praticamente assente se non 2-3 cose industriali e di scarsa qualità. Strategic location, practically above the Haizhu metro station on lines 2 (which connects to the South Station for the high-speed train to Guilin) ​​and 6. I had an issue with a delayed jacket delivery, and he went above and beyond persistently contacting the courier, following up even off duty, and even helping to pay on my behalf to ensure I received it. This level of dedication and responsibility is rare. Because of him, I felt real trust and comfort staying here. I will definitely return to this hotel in Guangzhou. Highly recommended, and I hope the management rewards him for his outstanding service.

• riad (9/5): Mon choix de l’hôtel complètement validé 👍👍👍 - La position de l’hôtel, la rivière pearl à coté excellent pour le running du matin , la station de métro collé à l’hôtel , le personnel souriant et attentionné. Une vue magnifique depuis mon studio au 23em étage . Petit déjeuner moyen et rien , à part les œufs et le café pour musulman .
• Roman (10/5): - Да всё понравилось. Останавливаемся в этом отеле постоянно. Берем сьют двухкомнатный. Их по одному на каждом этаже отеля. Кровати удобные. Белье всё новое. Туалет - отдельная тема. Там кнопок больше, чем в космическом корабле.Зввтраки нормальные. Шведский стол. Голодными не останетесь. Расположение хорошее. В центре. Рядом полно кафешек. Но если вы ее любите китайскую кухню, то будет немного сложновато. Выход из положения - напротив макдональдс. Пешком можно прогуляться до Пекинской улицы. В другую сторону - набережная. Есть несколько торговых центров в 5 минутах ходьбы. Но если вы приехали на шоппинг, то вам придется ехать на такси в сторону шарика, небесной лошади и тд... Это недалеко от отеля. Такси обойдется примерно 25 юаней.В общем расположение очень удачное. Всё понравилось.

• tan (10/5): Excellent stay - Location was great - minutes from shopping and restaurants along Beijing Road. Easy access to Metro and taxis for exploring the city and beyond. Rooms and facilities were very well maintained and staff were pleasant and welcoming. Housekeeping was prompt and very efficient. Only a limited number of staff could converse in English.
