• Baron (8/5): Un bon pied à terre pour visiter Milan - Studio très pratique, juste à côté de la gare et dans un quartier sympa avec des commerces et restos à proximité. Bonne communication avec la gestionnaire, et appréciable d’avoir des recommandations de visites et resto ainsi qu’un guide dans l’appartement. Cuisine équipée au minimum, même si ça n’a pas été gênant pour notre court séjour pour lequel on a mangé uniquement à l’extérieur. Chauffe-eau un peu juste.

• Ilaria (8/5): - Monolocale in zona Isola dotato di tutto il necessario. Nei pensili di cucina anche il necessario per prepararsi colazione (caffè, the) o per condire pietanze. Abbiamo pernottato dopo aver assistito ad uno spettacolo al vicino locale Blue Note, veramente a pochi minuti a piedi. Comodissimo per la vicinanza al locale e ai servizi. Silenzioso.

• Canezzi (7/5): Good - Nice apartment, located near the Garibaldi train station. Clean and equipped with basic necessities and tiny shower. Comfortable bed. Self check-in. Recommended! It was a bit cold (in february), and (malfunctioned) AC could not warm up the room. Hope the host will fix this for future guests.
• Anca (7/5): Good - The apartment was clean, in the kitchen there were different stuff: coffee, olive oil, paper towel, condiments. Very good Internet connection. Long distance from the central train station to the apartment. Lack of hot water in the apartment at our arrival even though we have asked the host few days before our arrival the boiler to be turned on. Also, hot water was limited due heating water system (boiler) for two persons.
• Nimrod (4/5): Almost meets the minimum standard - The apartment does have the absolute minimum, but that is all. There were a few issues. The host did not meet us for check-in and instead sent a video directing us to a lockbox chained to a street sign to retrieve the keys. There was no introduction to the apartment. The hot water heater had been turned off when we arrived. We had a tight schedule and had to get straight to a business meeting, so we had to take an ice-cold shower because there wasn't time for the heater to warm up the tank. The host should turn on the water heater prior to the guest's arrival. Since the host didn't meet us it also took some time to figure out that the water heater was not on, then to turn it on, and then to understand if we had successfully turned it on or not. The bed comes with two (rather hard) pillows. We usually sleep with two pillows each. We asked the host if two more pillows could be provided but they refused to provide them. This was not an unreasonable request. The vent fan in the washroom is completely ineffective. Don't expect your towels to dry, for example. To sum it up, this does have a bed, a pillow, a washroom. But the host clearly does not prioritize or understand basic expectations like hot water and a comfortable sleeping arrangement.
• Kitti (10/5): Great stay at a comfortable flat - The apartment was at a great location, had everything we needed, the bed and pillows are very comfortable and it was perfectly clean. A/C was working perfect. The neighborhood was safe in the night as well. I would really recommend staying here. Getting into the property was managed by ourselves, it was easy and comfortable. It can be a bit noisy in the morning because you can hear people going up and down the stairs, but nothing else.
