• Sugeevan (1/5): - La propreté horrible, une porte d’armoire cassée, un trou dans le mur des toilettes, des produits anti-araignées, anti-punaises ni le lieu, ni l’appartement étaient propre. Les toilettes pire que les toilettes publiques.🤮 Forte odeur d’urine et sale! Les photos sont totalement trompeuses, ne vous fiez pas à ça. Pour couronner le tout, il ne m'a même pas répondu lorsque je lui mentionné ces points et pas même une compensation. 😡 Je suis parti de suite et réservé un autre hôtel. Je ne le recommande pas du tout! Fuyez!
• Brooke (6/5): While the location was great and WiFi was amazing, it only had 3 bedrooms and not 4 as listed and could do with a better - The location was perfect for catching trains all over Tokyo We had to clean the kitchen ware before using as it was dirty. Also, if there is room for 8 people it would be nice to have a glass and mug per person instead of a couple of each.

• Karun (9/5): Nice and comforable in a superb location but could have been cleaner and better 😊 - Location was perfect. Water pressure in the toilets was not adequate. Also there was a foul smell in the toilets.
• Bryan (1/5): Roaches ruined the stay. - I liked the location The bathroom couldve been cleaner and I also wished the door closed properly. I also didnt like that the toilet room had a hole in the wall. There were also roaches by the kitchen which made it very uncomfortable to stay in.

• Mark (3/5): Average to poor quality of accomodation - The location was walking distance to two stations. The property was spacious for Tokyo. The property was old & run down, in need of a renovation. Holes in walls, patched walls, very old appliances, shower-room door didn’t close properly, not enough hooks for towels to dry on, overall apartment wasn’t clean. In the kitchen; crockery/cutlery/glass’ didn’t match & not enough when apartment is advertised to sleep 6-8 people.

Owners said it was "ugly" but safe and did not refund. - Lots of black mold in the bathroom and bedrooms, many big holes in the walls, ripped wallpaper. The place was unsanitary and unhealthy, so we did not stay and had to find another place. Upon sharing the photos, owner said the place was "ugly" but safe (black mold is not safe) and refused to refund. Definitely not a "charming" guesthouse. Booking.com did not help at all. Be warned.

• Dimitri (6/5): Honestly great location , nice host and worth the value. - Love the location , the place is also big enough for the 8 of us Some areas weren’t as clean as I’d hope but it didn’t take away from the value of the stay, like certain corners or wall paper peeling
• Sae-lim (2/5): Everything was bad with this property, we does not have good experience there at all - Nothing at all 1. door knobs was broken for some rooms 2. Bathroom door knobs was broken, can’t be locked 3. Don’t have any bath carpet, we need to walk with our legs wet from the bathroom 4. Most imporatantly, the whole property seems to be very old and dirty, it seems as the owner doesn’t clean the property 5. The cupboards were broken, when we open the cupboards, the doors of the cupboards came out from the itself. 6. The property looks old and dusty. 7. The beds are old and dirty and have sounds when we flip our body when we sleep.
• Eunbi (8/5): so nice place - The location was very good and it was close to the subway. There were five double beds, so we slept comfortably. also I could communicate well with the owner and used it well without any inconvenience. If i visit tokyo again, i will stay with this accommodation again :) it was perfect trip with this house I arrived at the accommodation to check in, but it was less cleaned. And the bathroom smelled a little bit.
