Guest (2/5): - Las fotos no tienen nada que ver con la habitación en la que nos hospedamos. Era una habitación muy pequeña con especio bastante limitado. El baño estaba muy sucio, la ducha estaba llena de moho y la mampara no cerraba bien. La cadena del inodoro no echaba agua suficiente para llevarse el papel.

Marchiori (4/5): - Posizione Ottima, prezzo non male, non contando il 200€ di caparra per una notte sola Le foto della stanza sul sito non rispecchiavano lo stato della stanza, tenuta male e non troppo pulita. Siamo arrivati in ritardo di 10 minuti, provando a contattare la struttura senza risposta, all'arrivo abbiamo effettuato il pagamento della tassa di soggiorno, con l'aggiunta di 40 € di "late check in", cifra assurda per mia modesta opinione
Franklin (3/5): Not the best - Not much, honestly The staff weren't welcoming and the accommodation wasn't exactly clean, particularly the bathroom. There was faeces still in the toilet from the previous guest. NOT pleasant.
Anne-sophie (10/5): Day with friends in the center - the structure is located in different points of the center of Naples. there is a centralized reception where they welcomed us and after the check in you go to the room. The room is not very big but clean and new.

Diana (1/5): Catastrophic - Only location It’s mandatory to pay 200 EUR deposit. They have multiple times confirmed that they are going to give it back after 14 BUSINESS days, more than 22 days have passed, I didn’t get any deposit on my card. I have contacted to their support, they just don’t answer to my messages, I have lost my money and after reviewing comments I saw that not only me is having this problem. So dear community, please block this hotel, 200 EUR for a deposit just 1 night it’s a huge lost, they are hunters, please , dear booking, block this hotel, they are putting promotional prices and after you’re paying +200 EUR deposit which is not given back.

Roelof (2/5): Disappointing - It's been more than a month and I am still waiting for my 200 euro deposit to be refunded. When we paid the app stated 14 days, now they tell me it is 30 working days. Not impressed. People at reception Especially the manager was super rude. From where I come from, we have a saying, paper is patient... meaning what they post (pictures) is not what you get.
Konstantinos (4/5): Disappointing - Anything related to the room and bathroom was good. Clean, good location, not big but not small either. The 200 euro deposit for 1 night is ridiculous. 40 calendar days to get the money back. I had stayed in 10 different places during this travel. Imagine if I had to spend 2000 in deposits, while in many countries 800 euro is basic monthly salary. Furthermore the reception was not in the location of the room. In reality you don't have the location when you book it. Which is not giving a good transparent relationship between client and clapa group. Too many rules. I understand that they might have had vandalism incidents at past. The behavior of the employees there in the reception is average. Getting from 200 euro deposit , I understand that they receive million of complains , so I get that probably are tired of it and there isnt anything they can do about it.
