• Michelle (8/5): A simple apartment without the flashy modern ammenities but full of character and a great neighborhood. - Fantastic location away from the typical tourist hotspots. Excellent local cafes and bars. City highlights within 20-30mins walk. Comfortable apartment with everything you need. Local street markets on Thursday an absolute gem for local produce and goods. Park and Chinatown nearby an added bonus. Spacious for 5 adults staying. Small, well stocked supermarket nearby. Pillows were not the best but ok; be prepared for the lift to be out of service occasionally - 6 flights of stairs if lift not working; usually fixed quickly. Bit of a hike from the major train stations but if you’re prepared to walk 20-30 mins it’s no issue.
• Maite (10/5): - Todo un éxito. Apartamento amplio, limpio, cuidado, cómodo, funcional, muy bien equipado, con balcón y vistas en cada estancia. Además, la decoración lo hace muy hogareño. Las fotos son fieles a la realidad. Buena ubicación, zona tranquila, residencial, y con cierto ambiente el fin de semana en los bares de la plaza. El metro Moscova a 10 minutos de paseo andando. Y tranvía incluso menos de 10 minutos. Fácil comunicación con anfitrión. Que los días pasasen tan rápido ;)
• Uta (10/5): Tolle Unterkunft für einen Städtetrip mit erwachsenen Kindern 😁 - Die Größe und Zimmeraufteilung war perfekt für 3 Paare. Die Betten waren bequem. Zur Ausstattung der Küche kann ich nichts sagen, weil wir immer essen gegangen sind. Alles war super!

• Foteini (7/5): - Overall it was a spacious apartment in a good location, within walking distance to the main sights. A supermarket just around the corner, eateries,bars and a nice bakery close to the apartment. The price was quite high for what it offered. Basic things are not offered. For example, we arrived late at night with children and there was not a bottle of water to drink. We had to wait until the next morning to go to the nearest supermarket and buy a few things. The few toiletries are just tiny. You can't have a shower. There was no kitchen paper and not enough toilet paper for 6 people. Not as clean as it should have been for its price. Personally, we spent all the days sightseeing and went to the apartment just for a sleep. There are a few bars downstairs so it gets really noisy in the evening.

• Kristina (7/5): - Spacious apartment in a convenient location. About a 30-minute slow walk to Milan’s main square (Duomo). Reasonably priced compared to similar places. Bed linen was clean. Hot water was always available, with no issues. There are two small but cozy balconies, allowing you to enjoy and feel the city atmosphere. Grocery store nearby, many dining options in the area, including a restaurant in the same building. A park is also close by. The area is lively, but this was not an issue for us. Public transportation is easily accessible nearby. The location is well suited for guests who do not require parking. The listing is misleading regarding parking. A parking icon is shown, but there is no free parking. Parking costs €30–50 per day, depending on car size, and street parking is very difficult, so paid garages are necessary. When this was raised, the host suggested that we should read the information more carefully and stated that this is a Booking “commercial choice”, explaining that the parking icon is only meant to point out nearby garage options. This means that if guests do not carefully read additional information located outside the main listing view, important details can easily be missed, despite the hosts insisting that everything is clearly explained. After this discussion, we noticed that several previous reviews mention the same issue, indicating that this has happened before. Bed linen was clean, but the pillows are old and uncomfortable. Overall cleanliness could be improved. Guests are required to strictly sort and dispose of waste, with a stated €80 fine, yet no replacement trash bags are provided. The toilet paper supplied is not sufficient for a longer stay as well. The neighbors upstairs are very noisy early in the morning (not the host’s fault, but important to note; this happened daily during our stay of over a week).

• RahimR (8/5): Lovely flat - The flat itself is lovely. A lot of space, very homely with books and nice touches. The neighbourhood is very local and not touristy and quiet. The shower is temperamental, the floors were not as clean as they could be.

Great local restaurant down stairs "Vess" - great food and friendly staff. The hot water didn't work in the bathroom sink.

• Georgy (10/5): Отличная квартира в центре Милана, рядом с парком и аркой Мира - Просторная светлая хорошо оборудованная квартира недалеко от центра Милана. Рядом станция метро Москва, арка Мира, парк и замок Сфорческо. Магазины и кафе в двух минутах ходьбы. В квартире было всё необходимое, оборудована отлично. Очень понравилось наличие двух балконов с разных сторон дома: уютно расположившись на стульях, с одного можно было наблюдать рассвет, а с другого - закат. В квартире два туалета, что тоже очень удобно при большом количестве народа. Единственное неудобство - сложно добиться желаемой температуры в душе - идет то слишком горячая, то слишком холодная. Отсутствие большого экрана в душе приводит к тому, что, как ни старайся, а половина ванной комнаты забрызгивается водой.

Små ting: Bruseren -brusehovedet kunne trænge til udskiftning og temperaturen var svær at regulere Sengene-de var for hårde til min smag.

• Paraskevas (7/5): Just basic - I have booked many places from Booking and Airbnb. I have never encountered a room that doesnt provide even a spare toilet paper before! I paid more that 200 euro per night, and there was no spare toilet paper!!! I dont mention the fact the there was even no soap to clean the dishes, no towel to dry them, no kitchen paper. When I asked for spare toilet paper, the owner refused to provide me. With 200 euro per night, I take for granted that the place HAS to be very very clean, it is a very basic obligation. But we have to consider that 200 euro per night is not cheal. So I was expecting much more that the basic cleanliness. I was expecting at least all the above, plus coffee and water bottles in the fridge. Also, the place does NOT offer parking, and must not be listed as such in Booking.com.

• Sara (9/5): Great apartment in a great location - Super location, central, the neighbourhood was full of bars, restaurants, shops. Everything was within walking distance. Francesco was always ready to help and answered our questions promptly. The only thing I could think of and it was not a major issue: it was smelling a lot of cleaning products, it was a nice smell but was really strong when we opened the door on the first day. Otherwise it was all nice.

• Marwa (10/5): Extremely comfortable and would definitely stay again! - The flat was very spacious and had lots of storage. Very large windows in every room which made it so bright and welcoming. The flat has a very homey feel which makes it all the more inviting. Although it is 2 bedrooms there are lots of beds for larger families/groups. Also nice that there were 2 bathrooms and a 2 nice balconies Old fashioned lift where you have to shut the wooden doors once you’re inside for the lift to move. I wouldn’t really say this is something bad at all. It added character to the whole stay! (It’s a bit small though)

• Nils (10/5): Great place to stay in Milan - When you - when booking - see an apartment with very high review-scores, it sets high expectations which are usually not fully met. But not in this case! The apartment was perfect for our family of 5 (children were 17, 19 and 21 years old during our stay). It was spacious, had good beds including the sofa-bed and an excellent bathroom and kitchen. And it was extremely clean! The location - even though it is not directly in the center of Milan - was also very good for us. The fact that it is in an apartment-building with a concierge, makes also that you feel safe. It is only a short walk to the nearest subway station (Moskova) but also a very pleasant walk to the center itself. We had the pleasure of meeting Francesco, the apartment-manager, at the start of our stay. He was very helpful and made sure everything was OK. All of this really added to a lovely stay in Milan. (B.t.w. we recommend an early-morning coffee at 'Il Muretto da Noemi' on the corner of the street of the apartment. Great host and a good expresso to start your day) For us ... nothing! We expected a very nice apartment and it ended up being even better.
