• Benjamín (3/5): - En el desayuno solo hay bollería industrial, el baño y la cocina son viejos con restos de oxido y cal por todas partes, la ducha sin puerta en la mampara, con una cortina de plástico que no tapa el hueco, lo peor es la ducha, restos de cal y suciedad, nada que ver con lo que aparece en las fotos.

• Vinícius (8/5): Estadia aconchegante em uma boa localização - Quarto muito amplo, confortável e com ar condicionado, que funciona muito bem. Cozinha, banheiro e são bons e equipados, o café da manhã a vontade incluso é um diferencial. A localização é ótima, ao lado de uma estação de metrô, embora o bairro não seja exatamente no centro. O chuveiro estava com problemas durante minha estadia e a água não esquentava com muita facilidade.

• Rugile (10/5): Nice place too stay. Good value for the money. - Nice place to stay with an ideal location next to the metro. The host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. A few extra hangers in the bathroom would have been helpful. :)

• zeel (4/5): It was ok just to sleep, but not good for resting and chill holidays. - The location was nice, Metro is right infront of the accommodation. There was hardly one minute of hot shower, all the time we had to take cold shower.

• Raluca (8/5): Had a great time and the host was very nice and helpful. - The room is very big and spacious. Had a great sleep and the location is very very good if you are a visitor of the city. Easy access to the metro line 1 which gets you to the main parts of the city in 10 minutes. The private bathroom is not in the room but it wasn’t a big inconvenience. Also, don’t expect much from the breakfast, just a few croissants, biscuits and cereal.

Large main bedroom just off the living area and use of the full kitchen with lots of breakfast choice Kitchen could use an upgrade very worn in areas and a bit hit and miss with cutlery

• Deanna (10/5): spacious room and well located with great communication! just wish the bedding felt fresher :) - the room was super spacious, neat, and comfy, with easy metro access right nearby, and the host was kind and helpful over text even though we didn’t meet in person. the sheets felt quite old and had lint, which took away from the otherwise clean feel.

• Peter (8/5): Short stay in Naples - The rooms are spacious and clean. The location is easily accessible with public transportation. The kitchen was dirty, the water heater was off when we arrived and there was no hand soap next to the sink
• Nikita (6/5): Pleasant - Plenty of food, fridge always stocked full of liquids. Great location and spacious rooms. Air conditioning is also present in each room. The property, weridly, was caught by the private bathroom filter despite being a sharehouse essentially. Had I paid 20 eur more (which I would have preferred to do) I would have gotten a proper hotel. The mistake is largely on my part anyway. Apart from this, if you know it's a sharehouse, the only true problems are insufficient soundproofing of both windows and doors (be ready to be awoken at 6am by someone's breakfast) and one toilet for 3 rooms. The second toilet is, weirdly, reserved for the 4th room only, which the host forgot to mention, leading to awkward interactions with the other tenants.

• Diogo (6/5): Pleasant - The garden is beautiful, and the accommodation is in a lovely residential area, close to the metro. There were creaky, rusty doors throughout the apartment, noisy rooms next to a cobbled street where cars and motorbikes raced by all night long, an abysmal "breakfast" full of packed foods, and a badly equipped kitchen that lacked forks (the host told us guests stole forks, so they stopped buying more).

• Ece (8/5): Amazing host and very clean place - Adriano is one of the best hosts I've ever seen. He explained us how to check-in in great detail with videos, recommended restaurants in town, and answered all our questions in no time. The place is very, very clean. I didn't expect it to be this way considering the bathroom wasn't private, but I guess Adriano cleans everyday. The only downside was that the hot water in the shower was a bit unreliable. My friend didn't get hot water at all when she took a shower. I got warm water, but even though I turned the handle all the way to the hot side, the water was only warm and only sometimes really hot water ran down. The bathroom was overall very cold too- but I think it's a bit unavoidable as the window needs to be open for airing. Overall we had a great time but if you plan to stay for 3+ days the shower might be a problem. P.S.: The location in the google maps might be a bit misleading, it's best to consult the host.
• Klemen (10/5): Good location. Great owner. Everything as expected. - Adriano was really kind and helped us with everything we asked him. The room was clean (also had AC), big bathroom and a good breakfast choices. He also recommended a friend of his to rent scooters with, wich were really awsome and cheaper than other commercial services. All in all 5/5. Would return to stay here :)

Adriano is very friendly and super helpful. He ordered me a taxi to the airport and was available to answer my questions. It was nice that the snacks were always available and the kitchen was fully equipped. It was rather cold without the heating in early March, I had to sleep with a hot water bottle :) Also, the tea kettle wasn’t very clean, the water got soapy when I used it, so I had to use the pot on the stove to heat the water.m

• Karina (9/5): Very good location, happy stay - The room was clean, big and had everything you need. Common area is very nice as well to enjoy breakfast Windows at the room are clear so when someone come late night and turn on the light the room where you are staying will get illuminated as well
• Martin (7/5): Napoli - Good location especially for the Metro and the bed was comfy Room could have done with a bit of colour instead of everything white. Felt a bit like a padded cell at night. Site said garden view, the 1 window we had was looking straight onto building works and scaffolding. Tiny bathroom with owners washing machine and drier in it which was not shown in original pictures.

• Chris (7/5): Good - Good location to get anywhere via metro. Window blinds and thick windows help to block out the 24/7 noise from the city. Had a full size fridge and freezer, stove, and enough kitchenware to cook decent meals. Adriano (the host) was very responsive and helpful. Our AC was leaking water, and he had it fixed in a day. Doors for each bedroom have stained glass windows on them, so anytime someone came home late at night and turned on the hallway light, the light would shine through my door and wake me up. Some other people were up late cooking in the kitchen, so we could hear pans and pots making noise when trying to sleep one night.

Adriano ma - I love the owner, Adriano, who was very helpful and efficient. He was waiting for us even though we arrived late( sciopero in treni) . AC wasn’t working properly in our room and Adriano offered to change the room immediately.

Bed was extremely uncomfortable as were the pillows, the sheets were dated and paper thin. Room smelt strongly of cigarettes during the entirety of our stay.

The owner allowed us to leave our luggage on arrival although the check in was like 6 hours later that day . There were workers at the next building that were kind of noisy in the mornings.

• Maria (6/5): Not a very good choice after all. - It was clean, it had air conditioning which was a must and it was a quiet neighborhood, good location right next to the metro station. The pillows were huge, I couldn't sleep well as they were too high above the mattress level, but that is a personal opinion. What we didn't like at all was the breakfast-if anyone can call it that. Typically when we stay at a place with breakfast included, someone serves it to us or there is at least some kind of buffet and we choose what we want. This time we went to the kitchen, we opened the fridge (there was no person there) and there were literally a few eggs (no pan was found to fry them or something), a few yogurts, milk, cereal and a few packaged little biscuits and mini cakes from the supermarket. That is not breakfast, that is barely complementary. Also at the shared bathroom there were no products to clean it in between the uses and we couldn't use it at some point as there were stains from other people.

• Jelena (10/5): Exceptional - The location couldn't be better: in a quiet area, just a few steps away from the metro station so it was very easy to get to the center, as well as to have a good rest during the night. Adriano was very attentive and friendly host. He was there every morning, making coffee, organising breakfast and cleaning the rooms, making sure we had everything we needed. Our room was very spacious, with the new furniture and the air conditioning which was great as it was cold and rainy outside. All together; excellent value for the price..
