• Tamara (10/5): Una estancia perfecta - El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado! En el mismo centro, a pocos minutos de los vaporeto que te llevan por toda Venecia, Murano, Burano Las habitaciones son típicas de Venecia y la nuestra tenía una terraza donde veías el canal. La cama súper comoda. La recepción está en otro hotel ubicado muy cerca y puedes dejar las maletas después del chekout

Par deux nuits sur les trois, les voisins du dessus ont été bruyants jusqu’à 2h30 du matin. L’appartement a les inconvénients d’un Airbnb et les inconvénients d’un hôtel. Pas de mini cuisine, pas de réception ou de salle de petit déjeuner.
• Ermanno (1/5): Terribile, dispiaciuto anche per la mancanza di controll da parte di Booking., poco affidabile - a parte la posizione della struttura , nient’altro. a parte che ho prenotato e pagato per alloggiare all’Hotel San Zaccaria e quando sono arrivato in camera ho trovato la camera occupata da un’altra persona con 2 valige aperte sul letto e gli effetti personali in bagno, al che chiamato il personale che non riuscendo a spiegare l’accaduto ha ripiegato dandoci una camera all’Hotel Lux ( dove ci era chiesto di fare il check in ) molto più piccola di quella pagata e in condizioni paurose, prese della corrente che si staccavano, pigna doccia che si staccava , persino tazza Water si muoveva inimmaginabile, pensando a quanto è costato a notte, non sono stati in grado nemmeno di offrire colazione.

• Guest (1/5): This is the worst accommodation we have ever experienced. Hotel staff was rude and disrespectful. - The daytime hotel representative was rude and disrespectful when we asked for a different room. We were booked into an apartment instead of the hotel. We were required to walk 2 1/2 blocks away from the hotel to the apartment. We were required to walk up four flights of stairs with our luggage with no assistance. We are in our 60s that is not safe to take that risk. The room smelled musty and damp. The bed linens were very old The mattress was hard The pillows were hard. There were two mattresses placed side-by-side, and as you lay down in the bed, they separated so much we found ourselves sleeping on the platform. There is no excuse to pay this kind of money for this experience in Venice. We asked the hotel representative for the manager’s name and he refused to give us the manager’s name. We also asked the hotel representative to provide us with compensation for the room and our terrible experience, the hotel representative refused. This was our anniversary vacation and we were so extremely disappointed. We will never return to your property. You need to replace your workers who are so blatantly rude to the customers who are keeping your business open. The hotel representative could have been considerate and compassionate when we explained our situation. We could have been booked in the hotel instead of the apartment. We could have been booked in a first floor room instead of a fourth floor room requiring us to walk up four flights of stairs with our luggage, guests in their 60s. The room could have been clean. The room needs to have updated draperies and linens so that it does not smell old and musty. The mattresses need to be replaced. They’re like sleeping on the hard ground. The pillows were equally as hard. Overall, this was a terrible experience. So completely disappointing that we had to pay for this out of our hard earned money.
• Margaret Parker (9/5): Lovely overnight stay in Venice - Good directions for finding it and for booking in. Got into room as promised at 2pm. Room spacious with an outside patio and large bathroom. Shower a bit tricky to get right tempera ture. Very close to St Marks piazza. All good
• Johnny (6/5): Location Over Quality - Great location but had a few down sides. Air conditioning really wasn’t good, room was constantly hot even with windows open on a cool day of 70 F degrees only at night did it get cold and that’s because the windows were open and it being in the low 60s F. Which in fairness doesn’t really matter because we are out all day. 4/10 The bed basically a brick and it was two twin beds put together to be a queen/full so in the middle of the night the beds would split apart and that was annoying. Blankets were low quality and made of that material that makes you itch. Contrary to beliefs there is a night life in Venice and people are loud walking down the street pretty much until 12-1 AM (not the hotels fault but new windows to help that out) 1/10 Bathroom The shower gets hot you just need to let water run for a bit, very clean. Not too spacious but it gets the job done! 7/10 Fridge Didn’t really work, it took forever to cool. 5/10 Location The most important thing this hotel has going for it is the location. 5 mins from the piazza, downstairs is all the food you could need and if not it’s all within a 10 min walk to anything you need. 10/10 Overall I rate the hotel around high 5 Low 6. The location is the saving factor of this hotel by all means. I would recommend if you are staying for a few days but we stayed 4 nights and thought it was perfect amount given the conditions anymore and your back might be hurting.
• Raffaella (7/5): la posizione era ottimale e abbiamo dormito bene.. suggerirei qualche luce in più nel - posto centrale e comodissimo anche per prendere i vaporetti , localini carinissimi dove si può fare anche una bella colazione. Troppe scale e con le valigie risulta difficile e pesante arrivare al piano anche perchè i gradini sono piccoli . inoltre il bagno necessiterebbe di una maggiore luce e la tendina della doccia andrebbe sostituita optando con una soluzione diversa altrimenti ci si allaga io suggerirei di togliere la vasca e mettere una doccia ...più funzionale. la colazione la struttura non la prevede.

We were outside completely dark during 2 hours, until we were relocated to an appartment which has no lights in the common areas. Worst experience ever, although customer service in Hotels.com helped a lot to solve the situation.

• Danielle (10/5): Ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt in einem echten venezianischen Palazzo - Unsere Unterkunft war ein echtes Juwel – ein originaler Palazzo mit beeindruckend hohen Decken, großen Fenstern mit hölzernen Fensterläden und einem herrlichen Blick auf einen kleinen, ruhigen Kanal. Die prunkvollen, goldverzierten Betten und die historische Atmosphäre haben nicht nur mich, sondern auch meine Kinder tief beeindruckt. Es war, als würden wir in einem Märchen wohnen – ein unvergessliches Erlebnis mitten in Venedig! Gleich gegenueber gab es echt italienisches Fruehstueck und man wohnte mitten im Geschehen. Sehr gut gelegen zum Besuch der Biennale und gleich um die Ecke vom Piazza San MArco. Man muss in einem anderen Hotel einchecken, da es im Ca keine Rezeption gibt. Die ist aber gleich um die Ecke, also weiter nicht wirklich ein Problem.

• SergeyDE (9/5): Simple functional retreat in the middle of Venice - I was pretty happy with the room. I booked it on relatively short notice for a price, which must be quite decent for Venice. They have a late check in, and an early check out, and you need to walk to another place for checking in, which is easy though, and it is a proper hotel's check in desk, which is a plus. Otherwise, it is a sort of an airbnb. Now, for other pluses, it is a real Venetian house, and I could see how living in Venice looks like from inside, viewing the red roofs from your window. The venue is basically in the middle of everything. The interior is clean and functional, good bed, air conditioning, water pressure in the shower, hot and cold, no draining issues. Comfortable stay overall. Nothing essential. Perhaps a little more attention to cleaning.

• Μοσκοφιδης (10/5): - I had an amazing experience at this Airbnb. The place was exactly as described – clean, cozy, and very well maintained. The host was extremely welcoming, easy to communicate with, and made sure I had everything I needed. The location was perfect, close to everything I wanted to explore. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

• Anna (10/5): - The room is an annexe of Hotel Lux. Only a 1 minute walk but you do need to check in and collect key from their reception desk. This was not a problem for us. Our room had a terrace with view of the canal…fun to watch the gondolas. The room was nicely finished…bathroom clean and in good condition. Location fantastic!!!

• Natalia (7/5): Wyjazd bardzo się udał - żałuję, że nie udało Nam się zostać dłużej :) - Lokalizacja była znakomita - co prawda od stacji to był kawałek ale z pokoju mieliśmy chwilę do najważniejszych zabytków Wenecji + pod nosem restauracje i bary Wchodzenie na 4 piętro po takich wąskich schodkach :)) Po kilku razach można się przyzwyczaić

• rafael (1/5): Lo peor que he visto - Ubicacion En tres días nadie pasó a limpiar la habitación ni cambiar las toallas, ni papel higienico. la ducha con agua caliente imposible, siempre salía fría. NO es un hotel, es un piso dividido en habitaciones con una entrada cutre y sucia. El suelo está tan desgastado que no puedes estar descalzo te destrozas los pies. Lleno de bichos mosquitos, salimos acribillados a picotazos. La ducha es fija y con una sola hoja con lo que se sale agua fuera y despues patinas. El peor no hotel en el que he estado.

• Ioana-Maria (7/5): - Our room had a beautiful terrace overlooking the canal. The price was very good. The room has an old/mouldy odour. We had kinder chocolate in the room and there were a lot of ants on it.
• GloriaCM (10/5): No recomiendo para personas con cierta dificultad de movilidad. - Era de una calidad increíble todo el alojamiento, aire acondicionado. Te guardan el equipaje antes del check-in aunque las llaves no te las dan hasta las 14h. Es de alta calidad todo y decorado con mucho gusto. Recomendable en general. Las escaleras para subir las 2 plantas no están preparadas para personas con dificultad de movilidad. Hacer el check-in check out en otro hotel (aunque está cerca). La bañera tiene mucha altura para salir de ella, aunque el baño es estupendo en lo demás.

• Nicolas (6/5): - Kein Zimmer Service, der mal die Handtücher oder mülleimer gewechselt hat. Das große Bett besteht aus zwei Matratzen, die sich immer verschieben. Zum einchecken muss man zu einem anderen Hotel. Die Lage ist hervorragend, aber man könnte so viel mehr aus den Zimmern rausholen, was schade ist.
• Andreea (5/5): Expected more. - Good central location, it had a terrace, but it led to neighbours windows and temperature was comstantly over 35, so not much staying outside Very high humidity in the whole room. The "queen bed" was actually 2 small beds stuck up together with stiff mattresses. Ants roaming around the apartment. The fridge was very small. You could barely fit some water bottles. The AC was limited to minimum 25-26 Celsius degrees. No cleaning or changing bathroom toiletries in 3 days stay.

• Jose Luis San Juan (7/5): Habitación cara como toda Venecia - Su ubicación excelente, habitación amplia y limpia, cama cómoda, aire acondicionado No nos cambiaron toallas ni arreglaron la habitación y eso que nos alojamos dos noches, baño muy pequeño e incómodo (ver foto), tercer piso sin ascensor (aunque eso ya venia bien indicado), excesivamente cara la habitación para lo que ofrecía, portal lúgubre y descuidado

• gerg076 (10/5): - A szállás nagyon jó, központi helyen van. A főbb látnivalók néhány perces sétára vannak. Gondolkozunk távolabbi szálláson,.ami olcsóbb lett volna, de végül is erre szavaztunk és nem bántuk meg. A központi elhelyezkedése miatt napközben is bármikor fel tudtunk menni a szállásunkra ha néhány percre megpihenni volt kedvünk. A szoba tiszta volt, légkondicionált, az erkélyről egy kisebb csatornára lehetett rálátni, ami nagyon hangulatos volt, mert gondolások is rendszeresen útbaejtették. Egy mini hűtőgép is volt a szekrényben, aminek nagyon megörültünk, mert a leírásban ez nem szerepelt. Ezen kívül a fürdőszobában volt piperrcucc, és törölközők is. A szállás utcájában és a környékén számtalan étterem, fagyizó, cukrászda, kávézó van, ennek ellenére a szoba csendes volt, lehetett pihenni. A szállásadó jelezte előre, hogy a Hotel Lux-ban kell majd átvennünk és leadnunk a kulcsot. Ez nem jelentett gondot, mert 80 m-re volt a szállástól. A be- és kicheckolás nagyon gördülékeny volt. Ár-érték és az elhelyezkedése alapján kiemelkedő! Mindennel elégedettek voltunk.
