- Daniel (1/5): Not Cute at all. Dreadful value, VERY basic and also FREEZING when I stayed there. - Very little--a very basic offer with a top-line price. The flat was FREEZING. I could not adjust the heat despite trying and there were was a summer weight duvet in winter and no extra blankets or an electric fire available. The owner took two hours to respond to an e-mail query about the heat as no telephone number given. She did not seem to know herself how to turn up the heat but when I complained she said that somehow I should have known how to turn it up even though there were NO instructions in the flat on how to operate anything. The bed linen was unmatched and very cheap. The whole offer was VERY basic--but at a £220 price! I WAS offered a free extra stay but I would not stay there again if you paid me. OH--and the kitchen sink was blocked! The owner refused a refund. Great value if it was £50 a night--but not at £220, whether its Hampstead, Central London or anywhere!
- Inês Barbosa (6/5): - Good location, close to public transportation and local stores + very nice pubs Bed was terrible and really noisy, bed sheets seemed to not have been changed. The couch is not okay for a person to sleep there. No lock on the door.
- Alison (4/5): would not return - location was great as just 5 mins from where we were going the next day The flat needs a full refurb. The sofa bed is virtually unusable and overall it was disappointing.
- Raz (6/5): The host was responsive. Although the house had heating and water issues that were fixed later than - The host was responsive. Although the house had heating and water issues that were fixed later than expected, the host refunded us for one night. The location, however, was excellent. There was a problem with heating and hot water that wasn’t checked before our arrival

- Elisabeth (10/5): - The location is superb!
- Ali (4/5): Sadly disappointing. - The host was very responsive , getting in was easy and location was great A friend and I were staying for a course. I slept on a broken , very shoddy sofa bed with no duvet available so I used throws . The sofa wasn’t particularly clean and someone’s dirty socks were lodged in it. There was no milk, no sugar, the bathroom door didn’t close and we couldn’t get heating working.
- Wilhelmus (8/5): Great - Excellent location in the prettiest neighborhood of London. Nice and spacious appartment. Perfect for a couple. Nice pub next doors. Easy access to Hampstead Heath park. Bus and tube nearby. Very uncomfortable bed and mattress.
- Pedro Gamae (10/5): Perfect stay to experience the Hampstead lifestyle. - I got the key with the store neighbor to the property. Friendly guy handled me the key and I even bought a wine bottle for the night. Perfect.
- Marion (5/5): Double check they will provide all necessary towels. - It's a nice, clean apartment. I booked the apartment for 3 people but we were only provided with 2 towels, which was a problem. I contacted the owner but they did not get back to me at all.
- Rocio (8/5): In general the apartment was good - The location of the apartment was really good, also the apartment was good for what we needed. The light in the restroom didn't work and the bed was not very comfortable.
- Simon (1/5): Neither cute or quiet, just awful! - The location was ok and close to our meetings. However, it was advertised as quiet but was next to a busy and noisy pub. So, it's not quiet at all. It was advertised as an apartment with two double beds. One in a bedroom and a pull-down sofa bed in the living room. We took the apartment because it was the only accommodation available for myself and my business colleague, close to where we were working for two days. We had the following issues. The communal entrance hall looked like it had never been cleaned and resembled a squat rather than a "cute and quiet." Next, there were three doors in the apartment block, none of which had numbers on to identify which apartment was which. When we eventually found number 2 and entered, we found a far from clean and fresh smelling apartment. The main bedroom was clean enough with a well made bed and the bathroom was satisfactory. However, the living room was full of very tatty furniture covered in blankets, making it impossible to identify the sofa bed. When I did, I found it consisted of three pieces of folded foam all badly worn, with no frame. All different heights so created an uneven bed. I then looked for bedding. In one cupboard was two pillows. In the other was a mattress topper to use to try and improve the comfort of the "sofa bed." There was also a plastic bag full of an assortment of dirty sheets, a dirty duvet cover and pillow cases. No duvet or covers. The smell from the bag containing the sheets was like a teenager's washing basket! At this point I spoke with my colleague and suggested we leave and find the closest hotel. However, he was tired and just wanted to sleep so he stayed and I booked into another apartment close by (also through booking.com. I did contact the host before making this booking and they informed me that the sheets were probably the cleaners dirty laundry and that they didn't know we needed the different bed, if they did it would have been made up for us..
This was obviously not a good enough explanation considering it was advertised and sold as an apartment with two double beds.

- Katharine (8/5): Loved the area, flat was great . - Great location, good feel to it. Builders on the stairs and neighbours flat were noisy
- Greg (8/5): Very good comms with the owner and a pleasant apartment. - Lovely apartment in a very good location for my visit to the area. Cramped bedroom area.
I visited in winter and the neighbouring pub's garden was dead quiet. I suspect this would be different in the summer months.
- Ilan (3/5): Poor - location bed
stairs
contact with the owner before staying
- Giovanni (9/5): Lovely stay! - Very cozy The mattress could be better
- Nick (10/5): Already rebooked - Impeccably tasteful styling - the bronze of the next door pub lamps referenced in the metallic coffee table and kitchen bin. Bijou but perfect in a gorgeous location. Smitten. Parking. It's a Camden thing - £8 per hour. Had to use a parking app and got a space in Arkwright Road for £4 an hour and then had to get an electric bike back to New End in the worst storm this year. Maybe you can sell visitors parking permits.
I don't like doing reviews because then everyone crowds in. I want it to be my secret: (
