- Amuthavalli (10/5): - We love the owners Mr Siva and his wife for being an excellent host. Their warm welcome made us feel like walking into a friend's place. The room and the dedicated bathroom was very clean. They checked with us, how we are getting on and they were very readily to assist us if we have any issues. Kitchen was excellent with all the necessary kitchen items. We even had a good wi-fi reception. Its a beautiful place with walking distance to do the grocery shopping and eateries. Even the bus stop is near their place. There we parks withing walking distance,too. We will certainly go back if we need a place to stay in Sydney. Thank you very much Mr & Mrs Siva for making our stay wonderful and lovely. Thank you,too, for being kind to us. You are an excellent host. Thank you once again. Zeker aan te bevelen 👌 - We zijn hier 7 nachten geweest en vonden het geweldig 👍 ik had eerst een verkeerde kamer geboekt met een bedbank maar dat gaat niet meer op onze leeftijd. We konden omboeken naar een groot bed. Het appartement is zeer schoon met een prachtige douche. De supermarkt is vlakbij. Ook de tramstation is 5 min rijden met de auto. Om Sydney te bezoeken kun je beter de tram/metro nemen. Super met de Opal kaart. De eigenaar helpt je overal mee. Het huis staat in een nieuwe wijk buiten Sydney maar met alles op korte afstand. Ik zou zeker weer terugkomen. Niks alles 100%

- Míschelle (10/5): A clean, comfortable, and well-located stay with excellent amenities, a beautiful balcony view, and warm, welcoming hosp - The property is located in a quiet, lush suburb and felt really peaceful. The facilities were great, including the shared spaces. I especially appreciated how well-equipped the kitchen was - it had everything from a cooktop, fridge, oven, and microwave to all the utensils, which made cooking away from home super easy. The balcony was spacious with a lovely view, and the whole place was very well looked after and spotlessly clean, including the bathroom. The bedroom was also comfortable and clean, making it easy to relax. Having access to a washing machine and dryer was a big plus. There was a TV with Netflix and other streaming services, which was perfect for winding down. The location was super convenient too - just a 2-minute walk to the bus stop and around 10 minutes from Rouse Hill Town Centre and the train station. The host lives downstairs and was incredibly friendly and helpful. I genuinely loved his hospitality and felt very welcome throughout my stay.

Also if i had a question or needed something, Siva was there for us! We had a room upstairs and our own bathroom. Everything was very clean and the bed was super super comfortable!! Thanks again for having us! We had a great stay! Nothing, an amazing stay!

- Faisal (10/5): Super host and beautiful property. - Very clean and well maintained. Siva and his wife are wonderful hosts and are always eager to help should you need anything. Siva was very prompt in responding to my request for late arrival and also helped with Laundry machine settings. Rooms are well appointed with fans and AC both. baths were very clean with continuous supply of hot water. Highly recommended! Mattresses are a little too soft for someone used to medium or hard settings. However Siva was very helpful with a spare quilt that my wife used as underlay as she usually likes sleeping on hard surfaces.

Kitchen utensils all there; no clingwap but the hosts probably would’ve given me some if I asked because they checked on me. Quiet. Own key lock for bedroom which made me feel more secure. My room was the only one with a futon bed. But I have no complaints about that but someone else might. It was a big one which was good.

Perfect for anyone looking for a peaceful stay! An ironing board would have been handy, but I didn’t request one—I'm sure the host would have arranged it, as he was extremely helpful throughout.

- Sayuri (7/5): Perfect, great spot to stay if you are self-sufficient - It was spacious in my bedroom and comes with a private bathroom. Over all, I was happy staying with my gear. The owner was very nice & his dog welcomed me well :-)) There is no chair to sit on or table to put my belongings on in my bedroom. I had to use my camping chair & a table to make myself comfortable to relax in the room. I didn’t like sharing a bathmat with strangers so I used of my own ( I was given 1 bath towel, no hand towel nor face washer either ) All depends on who-else’s staying as we have to share the kitchen and not enough plates & cutlery for everyone there.
