- Joy (4/5): Apartment was central to Melbourne and walking distance to shops. - Central to everything needed to go to. Having to collect keys from an ezymart which wasnโt mentioned in the original booking. Dishwasher was broken, had to take our rubbish with us upon departure. Did not have the fold out sofa available for the second adult to sleep on.
- Alicia (5/5): Other than the great location, it was a very basic accommodation and cleanliness could be improved - The location was very convenient and we appreciated the use of the pool There was a sewage smell coming from the toilet which was unpleasant, the dishwasher could not be used, carpet was dirty and had stains. Communication could be better.
