maria eugenia (2/5): ESTAFA CON LA CAUCION - no atienden bien directamente es una ESTAFA !! y BOOKING LO RECOMIENDA PRIMERO !! , te cobran el deposito de 200 euros ( por una noche que pague 50 dolares ) y NO LOS DEVULVEN !! llevo casi dos meses tratando de que me lo devuelvan. considero que es un negocio financiero y raro mas que inmediatamente hotel . NO RESERVEN!!!

Paulo (1/5): I’m waiting to have an explain about my deposit of 200€ ! I just received back 50€ - First of all they are not educated . Specially the woman that is at the reception! We paid a deposit of 200€ wich they will send us back after one month . It’s been one month and 2 weeks now they sent back 50€! They don’t reply my messages ! If you are planning to booking this place just don’t do it you will regret ! Everything .

Jeanite (3/5): Thievery - Cheap They do not tell until you get there that you have to put down a 200 euro deposit. They will tell you it's refundable after 14-30 days. That is not true! You will not get your refund and no matter how much you call or message them, the will ignore you. You have been warned!

Connie (1/5): horrible stay - Nothing - To start we asked for an early check in and it was told okay. Arrived at noon and was told to come back at 3:00 - no early check in. Came back and there was a line outside. They only let in 4 people at a time. Was then told we had to download this app and sign in on it. It would not load. After almost an hour, I told my husband, lets go. We hadn't paid for it and would find another place. Suddenly the employees understood english. I tried one more time and it downloaded. I asked for a receipt and they said their system was down and was then informed we paid a $200 deposit that would be returned up to 3 weeks after our stay!! He then gave us directions to get to our room!!! It was a 15 minute walk hauling our luggage down crowded Naples roads. Our room was the size of a shoe box. We are not big people and had to turn sideways between the bed and wall. Went out for dinner and when we came back the street door was closed. We were never given the code to get in from the streets. Tried calling and couldn't get through to anyone. Thankfully someone staying in another hotel came and let us in.

Ralph (1/5): I can’t recommend you stay here find a more honest operator - Location was good. Beware of the Clapa group they take a 200 euro deposit and do not return it for over 30 business days. I stayed on 26 May and was refunded my deposit 10/6. It also took a number of massages and emails for this to happen.

Lori (3/5): Overpriced, rude staff, noisy location, longer than other hotel checkin process. - Not much They charge a €200 room deposit for 1 night stay and do not refund for 30 days. Rude staff. Long, cumbersome check-in process. Stay anywhere else in Naples.

No glass or cup in room. Sachets instead of soap dispenser, made a mistake in booking this place.. description Seaview? Of the harbour..
Gonzalo (5/5): Room that retains double the night price as a deposit for a month - It was clean They ask for a security deposit of €200 that can take up to one month and a half to be back in your account. This is a big amount of time to retain our money. Two negative aspects of the room were: 1) It had many mosquitos in the room that attacked us during the night 2) The bedspreads were old and not optimal
Jody (1/5): Scam avoid - No check in after 9 pm , which meant to check in you had to do on line and leave a £200 deposit without any explanation on booking.com. Very dangerous area to walk around at namaiki ght with your phone and maps to find. Super complicated instructions all needing wifi or connection to find property It take 54 days to get the £200 deposit returned

Lauren (1/5): Horrible. - There was a roof over us. Had aircon. Water pressure was non existent with anything warm. Bed was broken. Walls, floors, shower were filthy and stained. Not soundproof at all. No safe. Whole room was in poor repair with broken lamp, holes in walls and shower. Nothing like the photos they post. Cupboard “for all your belongings” had one shelf and one coat hanger.
Sonia (4/5): Read the fine details... - Newly Structured, close to local restaurants and tourist attractions. Not welcoming at all. Very uncomfortable stay. Check - in at 15:00 check out at 10:00. Requested if possible to check out the latest 12.30pm, which was an extra €25 regardless if there was another booking or not. Eveything is about "add-on" payment for all services. After all additional payments,better of staying at a Hotel. Nice interior but wouldnt stay again. Bed located against the wall. Being a non smoker, found cigarette packets at our window sill.

Thomas (6/5): Great location to ferries - The central location to ferries across to Capri We got a cheap price as we were booking last minute I wouldn't have wanted to pay full price for this stay. We only paid 60 euro for 1 night and that was fair. The apartment is in an old office building and wasn't as fantastic as the photos portray

Filip (1/5): Horrible - avoid at any costs. - It’s a scam - the pictures on the listing don’t represent reality. This is not a hotel by any means. Plus they asked for credit card with 200 EUR deposit, which is nothing I have experienced within Europe before. This is hidden within policies, and they inform you about it just before you are about to arrive. Overall, horrible experience! I’ve decided to book different place instead, as there’s no chance of getting your money back from them.

Maya (9/5): Superb - The location, cleanliness and easy check in and out were great! The huge balcony with a sea view was a bonus we were not expecting. Good value for price The room was tiny but enough for our one night stay
