• Marie (8/5): - Apartmán je kousek od metra, což byla v Římě veliká výhoda. Samoobslužný příjezd i odjezd byly také výhodou. Krásně, vkusně a prakticky zařízený apartmán. Pro nás byl trochu nejasný check in, kdy se zmáčklo tlačítko na WhatsApp a měl se otevřít box s klíči, ale neotevřel. Tak jsme volali na uvedené telefonní číslo a bylo nám řečeno, ať box zmáčkneme nahoře, pak se to povedlo. My jsme byly tři a nevýhodou bylo, že do koupelny se chodilo kolem té jedné přistýlky. Ale umím si představit, že by se tady mohla ubytovat i čtyřčlenná rodina. Vytkla bych pouze zanedbanou terasu plnou uschlých rostlin a s nevzhledným igelitovým ubrusem na stole.

• Olha (4/5): - Помешкання розташоване дуже близько до метро, гарна тераса Розмір вказаний 40 метрів, але це хіба разом з терасою ( яка займає половину цього розміру). Дуже маленьке помешкання для 4 людей, місця немає взагалі. В "спальні", якщо можна так сказати, не зручний матрац, який давно не новий. В іншій кімнаті , в якій не відкриваються повністю двері, тому що диван не пускає ти спиш біля самих дверей в туалет і душ, де абсолютно відсутня звукоізоляція. Одіялко тільки одне, на іншому ліжку покривало, яким накриваю ліжко. Ми замовили на 4 ночі, з косметичних засобів на всі ці дні ми отримали 4 маленьких пакетика шампуні, 4 маленьких мила. З інтернетом взагалі нічого не зрозуміло, коли я запитала чи він є, мені повідомили, що так, але я повинна знайти десь як він називається і пароль, в якщо немає сигналу, то я мушу сама подзвонити до сервісної служби ( для цього мені надали перелік номерів телефонів, для спілкування італійською). Після 20 хв переписки, ми вияснили, що роутер десь захований у штучному каміні, але рухати меблі не дозволено, то ж ми покинули ту затію. Коли ти платиш не малі гроші за номер, то хочеться, щоб там було хоча б трохи комфорту, але це не про це помешкання, нажаль.

• Elisa (9/5): Comodità e confort a pochi minuti dal centro città - L'appartamento è situato a pochi metri dalla fermata della metropolitana, permettendo di raggiungere il centro città in 15 minuti. L'appartamento è finemente ristrutturato, dotato di ogni confort per soggiorni di breve durata e con una grande terrazza che lo rende ancora più confortevole. L'appartamento è perfetto per due persone, c'è la possibilità di avere un divano letto aggiuntivo ma, in questo caso, la porta della camera (con accesso al bagno) non si apre completamente. Sarebbe stato meglio mettere una porta scorrevole in modo da poter aprire il passaggio anche con il letto giù. Lo consiglio vivamente come punto di appoggio per un soggiorno a Roma e sicuramente tornerò qui nel mio prossimo viaggio! La procedura di self check-in purtroppo non ha funzionato. Non essendoci nessuno fisicamente sul posto, abbiamo risolto grazie al contatto telefonico ma abbiamo comunque perso del tempo (che con due bambini piccoli in orario di pranzo avrei preferito spendere in altra maniera).

• Katcharava (4/5): Sorry, but we feel that what we paid does not match what we received - We really liked the veranda and the view from it. We didn’t like that during the rain, water was coming inside the building and the bedroom floor became wet. When we first arrived, the apartment was very cold. We were traveling with babies, and it was very uncomfortable for us. Also, the water does not drain properly in the bathroom, and the shower cabin doors do not close well, so a lot of water spills onto the floor after taking a shower, and the accumulated water does not drain away. When we asked for a baby crib, at first it was not fully assembled, and secondly, it did not have a mattress. Because of that, we had to use pillows as a mattress. The mattress of the main beds was sunken, and we also asked for a duvet cover, but we were told that no one had ever complained about the blanket being wrapped between sheets.

• Kennon (10/5): Perfect place for a perfect vacation!! - It was VERY clean, cozy and was a penthouse with a roof balcony. Nice to sit out and relax with a bottle of wine. It was steps away from the metro (subway) and it was very convenient to get around. Our hostess Cecelia was over the top nice. Very responsive to inquiries and very knowledgeable about things to see and do ( and eat!!) She was an absolute pleasure to work with. I cannot say one bad thing about this place. We will absolutely stay there again our next trip to Roma.

• Noreen (9/5): Welcoming Host - Lovely Stay - We had a wonderful stay. We can not thank Cecilia enough for her welcome and support. We availed of the airport shuttle service, and Cecilia collected us and dropped us back herself. This was a welcome service, which made our arrival run so smoothly. Communication was excellent. The apartment is conveniently located close to the Metro, and Cecilia provided excellent information and recommendations for local eateries. We recommend a stay at the Carruso Home.
• Olga (10/5): Wonderful Place with a Dreamy Terrace - Wonderful place, just 2 minutes from the metro. The terrace is amazing – beautiful and cozy. The apartment is stylish, comfortable, and pleasant to stay in. The beds are extremely comfortable, we slept so well! Personally, I missed having more dishes in the kitchen – one knife was definitely not enough. Also, a small note: it would be great to remove the nettles from the flower pots, as my son burned his hand. But despite these small things, this place absolutely deserves a 10 out of 10. Thank you so much!

We were amazed by how well the apartment looks on the inside. There were also some nice details waiting for us as gests. Sort of what you get in the hotels. Caruso rooms get my vote.

• Alba (10/5): Feelings may arise. - Speaking about this appartment is speaking from very deep inside so handle this review with extra care as several feelings may arise. I arrived in Rome with a public transport strike so you can imagine that after a travelling day wasn't the best situation and I was kind of mad because of that. Luckily I've got in touch with Cecilia by Whatsapp telling her about the situation and she gave me the taxi's number so I could grab one towards the appartment and offered me all the help I need to. In my persomal case, I decided to go to lunch instead and waited to metro to reopen. When I finally arrived to Battistini metro stop, the feeling of literally walking for just one single minute towards the appartment was a truly relief and from there on, the experience only went in crescendo. The appartment is located in a building that might not be the most aesthetic in the earth but you know that beauty is always found on the inside. In this case this is the most true sentence you'll ever read. The appartment is located on the highest floor of the building, the 5th one. And my first surprise came when I saw the elevator that was old yet very charm but keep in mind that it only takes you up to the 4th floor. However, Caruso's already warns about all this in the posters of the elevator (new ones even for me as they were there from my 2nd day stay!!). But less than 20 stairs separates you from beeing home far away from home and Cecilia and her Daughter were waiting for me in there and honestly I couldn't ask for a more warm welcome because I had this feeling of beeing cared and supported from minute zero as they're extremely warm and approachable not only by Whatsapp but 10x more in person. But the appartment... I mean. I just don't know from where to start but not only the appartment is wide but also everything is so clean, so charm (I mean, did you said having a fireplace on your bedroom, Sir? Not a negative point at all but as something you need to know is that a depposit of 200€ is asked to be done 48 hours prior to appartment's arrival as a safety measure in case of damage.

• Salome (10/5): Exceptional - It's really good location for them who wants to avoid city noise. Neighborhood is safe and quiet. Also, near to metro station which definitely made our lives much easier. Apartment was spotless, very clean, nice and cosy. It had nicest terrace. Worth every penny
• Foxtrot5 (10/5): Amazing property and good value for money - Amazing property, the terrace outside has fantastic views for coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at night. The property is well looked after and the host is fantastic with good communication. Good value for money compared to other places in Rome. Be aware that there is a €100 security deposit, which i do not mind, it tells me that they really take care of the property.
