• Wil (9/5): Goed verblijf. - Alles schoon en fris , leuk ingericht, 24 uurs aankomst. Lekker bed en prima kledingkast. 800m van stad, makkelijk naar beneden lopen en dus terug “Hill” op. Bus voor de deur en taxi binnen 3 minuten voor de deur. Alles communicatie via e-mail. Geen persoon gezien. Info is prima verzorgd. Zorgvuldig. Taxi zette ons bij nr 270 af maar je kunt beter direct naar 7-eleven gaan om sleutels op te halen. Goede procedure. onbevoegden kunnen niet binnen komen in complex. Wel lawaai van de auto’s op de weg. Enkel glas, zoals bijna overal. Goede airco.

• HOLLY (9/5): Unexpectedly lovely unit with easy parking. Impeccably clean with everything you need. Great hosts! - Host was amazing, we had an issue with the toilet leaking one evening while there (sealant had let go) and they had a Plummer come and replace it the very next morning. Host then came and cleaned/ sterilised everything, couldn't have been better service. The apartment was immaculately clean and had everything we needed plus more. First time I have stayed anywhere in a private unit where there really was nothing needed in the kitchen (and we stayed for 10 nights and did plenty of cooking!). Lots of lovely extras too, like marshmallows and hot chocolate, biscuits, snacks etc. Nice to have Chai on offer as well as the usual tea and coffee. The only slight issue if you are a very light sleeper like me, there can be a little street noise as windows are sadly not double glazed. You can also hear the roller door from the garage below (briefly) and the games room is next door but not usually a problem unless people bang the door when closing
• Nicole (9/5): - Loved the big comfy bed, beautiful furnishings. The chocolates and treats were a great touch. It was sparkling clean and functional. Alison was very prompt when we needed help. The trickyness of getting into the place, it was a really tight carpark, the locks were difficult, plus having to find a carpark just to pick up the keys from the 7/11 was frustrating to say the least after a long day of travelling. We are country folk so found it a bit difficult navigating the city/traffic and the way things are done. Would have preferred more ease of access. Other than that, the place is great, good location.
• Madusha (10/5): Fantastic stay - Fantastic stay, easy parking with large spaces, loft is incredible - everything you could need has been thought of and super comfortable. Pics don’t do it justice. Key collection across the road where there are convenience stores and bottle shops. Access to gym and pool facilities was a surprise bonus. Great communication with host. Loved the stay. Property was spotlessly clean, I think we arrived just as weather was warming up and a few days before building wide pest control so some small cockroaches popped up
• Chris (10/5): - Beautiful apartment clean and well maintained. The only downside was the proximity to the underground garage roller doors. This is a building design and not a reflection of the apartment.

• Patrick (10/5): Extraordinary accommodation with fabulous facilities in a wonderful location. - Brilliant location, fantastic facilities, clean, spacious and well equipped. Really useful to have a designated fob access parking space within the complex. Snacks were a lovely touch and very much enjoyed! 😁☘️ The accommodation, while extraordinary and beautifully furnished, could benefit from the addition of a stair rail on the right wall to assist those less mobile. I believe a suitably ornate rail would not distract from rest of the wonderful interior.

• Ai (9/5): Superb - The room was very well-equipped, clean, and lovely. The owner’s response was quick and very helpful. I did notice a few small cockroaches, and it was a bit noisy since the common room was nearby.

I had some of the best sleep ever—the bed was incredibly comfortable. I really appreciated the thoughtful extras like the marshmallows, hot chocolate, and licorice—such a sweet touch! The location was perfect: big windows, great natural light, and close to a variety of great restaurants, pub to play pool, and super convenient for getting to work. I’d definitely stay here again! • Tiffany (10/5): Home away from home. - Beautifully decorated. Felt like home. Clean. Everything you need is already provided in each room. The bed is so big and comfy, I felt like a queen. The host has great communication. Check in/out was easy. Traffic noise and lights outside.
• Scott (7/5): nice place, good location - Host gave thorough and clear instructions to pick the keys up from the 7/11 across the road. Cosy little place and liked the bedroom up in the lofty. Car parking was great. Unfortunately there were small cockroaches on arrival in the kitchen and bathroom, however the host did come out the next day to spray and attend to the issue.
• Peter (8/5): Excellent loft style apartment in a super convenient location - Great accommodation in a very good location. Walking distance from city centre attractions. Plenty of space in the apartment and luxury fittings and it was spotless. Accessing the apartment was smooth and communication with the owner very easy with prompt responses to any request. Would most definitely book this again.

• Sean (10/5): It was jperfect. The decor, the fully equiped kitchen and the cute loft bedroom. This is the best. - We liked everything about NYC Loft Brisbane. It was the best accommodation we have ever stayed in. We would definitely like to come back again in the future. Candy bars, biscuits, marshmallows, licorice and pretzels were provided in the kitchen when we arrived. There was even a fordable plastic raincoat provided in case you get caught in a rain shower. The attention to detail is amazing. The host thinks of everything. We were totally relaxed and felt at home in the NYC Loft Brisbane. It is close to the downtown area and transportation is easily accessible. There is also free parking located in the secure parking garage. We loved our stay here. No applicable.
• Susan (9/5): Luxury and space in Brisbane city was a lovely surprise. - NYC Loft is spacious and clean there was lots of little extra luxuries including biscuits, lollies and tea & coffee sachets. Great to have a laundry with washer & dryer (including washing machine cleaning pods). The bedroom was a little hot during the day because it’s up stairs and the aircon is on the ground floor.
• Mark (8/5): Would love to stay again - I responsive and kind host. Communication and just generally being helpful was really what made the stay. Thanks again! The only thing that was at all negative were the actual hotel staff. They weren't very helpful due to the unit essentially being like an airbnb, they offered no guidance in any matter with general things around the building such as the garage doors or even a solution to being locked out of the unit.
