• Paweł (3/5): - The Sunlit 1 Bedroom Apt Via Pirelli in Milan has some clear advantages, but also major drawbacks that significantly affect the quality of the stay. The location is excellent – right next to Milano Centrale train station, making it a convenient choice for both tourists and business travelers. The proximity to the Repubblica and Gioia metro stations is another highlight, allowing quick and easy access to the city. A supermarket just across the street adds to the convenience for everyday needs. However, the apartment does not meet expectations, especially when considering the price-to-quality ratio, which is clearly inflated. For the price charged, guests can reasonably expect a higher standard and better attention to detail. The kitchen lacks basic essentials like dish soap, a sponge, a dishcloth, or a kitchen towel. The bathroom has no towel hooks near the sink, and the apartment offers no coat hangers, which is especially inconvenient during colder months. The walls are scratched and worn, and the wardrobe in the bedroom is damaged, reportedly for over six months – and still not fixed. Most importantly, the photos on the booking platform do not reflect the actual condition of the apartment – they are misleading and show the space in a much better light than reality. In conclusion: while the location is undoubtedly the apartment's strongest point, the lack of basic amenities, poor upkeep, misleading photos, and an overpriced rate for the quality offered make it fall short. Urgent improvements are needed, along with updated images to honestly represent the property.
• Lautaro (6/5): convenient place for a short stay - location was really good and convenient the walls and ceiling where showing stains. the lightning was too white it looked like a pharmacy. the bed showed some signs of deterioration on the pleather. the bedrooms cabinet was stuck. and there was a glass plane missing on the bathroom. so water spilled everywhere

• Lauren (6/5): If there were essentials, it would be much better. - The AC unit was great, close to train station, nice fridge, bed was decently comfortable. The people who gave us our keys were nice but you had to go to different location in opposite direction to pick them up. Only provided with one pillow each, zero essentials like a towel rack by the bathroom sink, paper towels/napkins for eating, the sink had no counter space basically, no toilet paper rack(we had to lay them on floor), shower was small and water for everywhere. Was a decent walk into the city. The place has potential but it is not made for living!

• Chrystalla (3/5): No hot water in the apartment - good location, close to the central station We recently stayed at this apartment during our stay in Milan. Unfortunately we had a very bad experience. There was no hot water at all during our stay. The water was not just cold but it was freezing cold. We spent our holiday contacting the office several times each day trying to get them to fix it for us urgently. Although they seemed very keen on helping resolve the issue, it did not change the fact that we were left with freezing water every day, ruining our holiday. Unfortunately the freezing water was also a health hazard as it made be feeling really unwell towards the end of my holiday. As I read all previous reviews I now realise that the issue with the boiler is not a new problem so they must be aware of this. Before posting this review I also emailed the office directly about my experience and unfortunately they decided not to respond and take full responsibility about the lack of hot water. I waited almost two weeks in order to give them the chance to respond to my email. As they did not respond to me, I felt I had not choice but to write this honest review.

• Alena (9/5): Superb - The location of this accommodation is absolutely superb. It is incredibly convenient for exploring the city, with easy access to all major attractions. Being so close to the metro and two railway stations made getting around effortless. The staff were also very responsive, quickly addressing any questions or concerns I had, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The room itself was beautifully designed and impeccably clean, contributing to a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Issue with the hot water boiler, which was rather unreliable. It often required a manual reset, which was quite frustrating, especially after returning from a long day out in the heat (it was 30°C outside) Moreover check-in is not possible after midnight. Unfortunately, due to a delayed flight, I found myself having to urgently find alternative accommodation late at night, which was quite stressful.

• Byungdae (3/5): Poor - location Announcement ruined my journey. I got a reply there is a washing machine and one capsule in a welcome kit. (that is the purpose I reserved apartment) So, I planned the laundry in my trip on that day, but no capsule at all, and got a new reply your reservation does not include it. Is there different level of reservation whether an included capsule or not? It ruined my plan. and very expensive price.
