• Andrew (9/5): We've stayed here multiple times. It's our go-to place to stay in LA. - It's very spacious. The location is great as you're only a block away from the heart of Hollywood. The washer and dryer is handy, especially after a week away elsewhere. Good communication too, keeping us up-to-date with check-in etc. Nothing that would really be worth mentioning. Could the car parking space be closer? I suppose, but it's still in the building. The shower could take a little less time to heat up, but once it gets going, it's more than hot enough.

Ohjeet oli selkeät, video autopaikan löytämiseksi on erinomainen. Vain lyhyt kävelymatka Hollywood Bulevardilta. Suosittelemme asuntoa.

De plus, la communication avec les propriétaires est excellente.

Très bonne relation avec les propriétaires L’appartement donne directement sur la rue et pas dans l’enceinte de la résidence.

• Felix (10/5): Konfortable, großzügige Wohnung, sehr nah zum Walk of Fame und doch ruhig gelgen - Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig geschnitten und sehr gut ausgestattet. Uns hat hier nichts gefehlt. Vor der Anreise schickt der Eigentümer sehr hilfreiche Informationen als PDF Dokument. Alle Einrichtungen sind erklärt und auch einige hilfreiche Videos sind enthalten (zB über das Parken im Parkhaus).

There is everything you need and even more! It is very nice that you do not need to ask for anything, everything is available, all household items. The interior is very nice and neat! There is a great parking lot! The location is right next to the Avenue of Stars. Thank you very much for a wonderful vacation! I recommend this wonderful place!
• Aniruddha (7/5): Good - Near to the Walk of fame in Hollywood and Universal studio. Owner of the property was very attentive and approachable. The unit is on the ground floor. Lots of noise outside during late night. Facilities in the building was not properly maintained (Elevator, boom gates were broken). Unhealthy environment as soon as you come out of the building.
• Jarek (9/5): Superb - Great apartment in perfect location, very well equipped and clean. Host is open and easy to communicate with. We got all instructions a few days before arrival. Parking is close to apartment and safe. The only disadvantage is fact, apartment is located on ground floor and sometimes you can hear noise from the street.

• Dan (10/5): Perfect space in the perfect location - Location was fantastic, size and amenities were exactly what we were looking for. It was quiet at night considering how close we were to Hollywood Blvd. This isn’t a significant dislike, but unlocking and removing the key from the deadbolt was really difficult. You had to play with it to get the door to open and to get the key out. I feel stupid writing that, but it was our only issue.

• Richard (10/5): My son and I enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent with plenty of places to eat and shop! - The description is accurate. It is both cozy and huge (you just have to stay there to understand it). It gave us plenty of room to spread out. The location is prime with plenty of places to eat and shop within easy walking distance. There is also a gym there (which unfortunately I didn't have time to use). If we come to LA again, we would stay there.

There was everything provided that we needed from toiletries to kitchen utilities to the comfort of the living area. There was nothing that we didn’t like about the accommodation or host 😊
• Patricia (10/5): Exceptional - We were attending 2 shows at the Hollywood Bowl, and we were able to walk there from the apartment. Also, conveniently located to a metro station and bus stops. Also, we were allowed to drop our luggage off early, but it ended up that the person cleaning was finishing up, so we were given the keys early and allowed to stay. The hair conditioner is the only thing that I can think of. We did come with our own conditioner, so I used ours after trying the one in the shower.
• Anthony (10/5): The place was beautiful, well furnished and clean. We really loved it! Ty! - The loft was gorgeous inside. We really liked the high speed internet and big screen smart tv. The place was fully furnished with kitchen appliances and bathroom amenities. It is literally right on Hollywood Blvd; it was really nice to just be able to walk out the front door and be in the middle of it all. We went to Universal Studios for Horror Nights and it is such a short drive away. Everything was really convenient. The only thing I could say would be the noise on one of the nights outside. It is not the host's fault in any way. Honestly, we expected it to be noisy every night being that we were so close to Hollywood Blvd but it surprisingly was pretty quiet and peaceful during the week.
• Stefanska-balos (8/5): clean spacious apartment in great location - spacious, clean apartment, kitchen well equipped for quick breakfast/small meal, beds were comfortable, it had free parking space (which is LA is very beneficial), there was a pool in the apartments area but we did not get a chance to use it, location was wonderful - just 2 min from Hollywood Boulevard and Chinese Theater, the owner provided very clear instructions via What's up the bedroom was not separated from the other room with doors (living room with another bedroom) - it was all open space, not a huge issue but perhaps it should have been mentioned on Booking; also living room/main bedroom did not have windows so it was a bit dark
• Hanno (10/5): Perfect for a few nights stay in LA - If you want to explore Hollywood and the Walk of Fame it couldn’t be better located. Loft is well maintained and equipped, the host answers extremely quickly and provide helpful information whenever needed. Comes with an own slot in the parking lot. It’s located in the ground floor, but other than that it’s perfect.
