• André (10/5): Estada maravilhosa, no melhor local de Mil - A localizacao é a melhor de Milao. O imóvel fica no 3o andar, e não tem elevador, mas isso é uma detalhe.

Sehr zentrale aber ruhige Unterkunft, alles vorhanden, viel Platz, Einrichtung geschmackvoll. Insgesamt gute Atmosphäre, viele Geschäfte, Bars, Restaurants. Gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermietungsbüro. Wir würden diese Wohnung wieder buchen. ----
• odile (6/5): Séjour découverte agréable de la ville - L'adresse située à mi-chemin entre la gare Porte Garibaldi et le centre historique correspondait bien à notre attente. Proche du quartier animé avec de nombreux restaurants dans des petites rues piétonnes, ambiance très sympa. L'appartement, accessible depuis une cour intérieure et desservi par une coursive au 3ème étage (escalier étroit), était au calme jusqu'à l'arrivée nocturne des occupants de l'appartement du 4ème étage. Démarche très exigeante et inédite pour le pré-enregistrement: en plus de la copie de pièce d'identité fournie, il fallait envoyer ma photo en tenant cette pièce devant moi. Taxe de séjour à régler par virement la veille d'arriver sur place. L'appartement n'est pas entièrement climatisé: appareil situé dans la cuisine, entre le salon et la chambre (ventilateur sur pied en complément) mais insuffisant en cas de grosse chaleur. La construction ancienne a beaucoup de charme, mais nous ne pensions pas entendre autant les voisins du dessus: musique et discussions, déplacement de meubles jusqu'à minuit, comme si c'était dans notre logement.

O ar condicionado só funciona na cozinha e o quarto fica extremamente quente a noite. O apartamento é um pouco mais escuro do que aparece nas fotos

• Ratko (10/5): Exceptional - LUVI Garibaldi Apartment in Milan is absolutely perfect! The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of the city, with everything within walking distance. The apartment itself is spotless, beautifully designed, and equipped with all the amenities you could need. The bed is incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep after a day of exploring. Every detail is well thought out, making the stay both convenient and enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a top-notch stay in Milan! The only downside is the noise from the upstairs apartment—the soundproofing isn’t great, so you can hear footsteps and movement quite a bit. Of course, this isn’t the host’s fault, but light sleepers might want to keep it in mind. Also, with all the Milan city taxes added at the end, the price feels a bit high. Something to consider when budgeting for your stay.

I highly recommend this place; it felt safe, and an excellent restaurant was nearby. We were unable to find any cutlery or a corkscrew.

• Parvin (8/5): Nice and good value for money. - Very clean, excellent location and well equipped. It would be good to have a few more fans for all the rooms as it was extremely hot at night and one fan was not enough.

• Kathy (10/5): Really lovely flat, clean and comfortable. - The property was very easy to find and very central. This was my first time in Rome and this flat made such a difference. I was very please with the accommodation. It was so close to everything and it was nice to have a base. There could have been a bit more information when you check in to let you know where the recycling and rubbish go. We ended up asking someone in the building. Also we had a bit of difficulty opening the door - but that could have been due to a long journey. Once we knew how to open the door we didn’t struggle after that.
• Joannasen (9/5): Superb - The location was great, many restaurants, stores and clubs in the area, but apt area was quiet. Lovely style of the apt, comfy matress and couch, no problems with hot water, air fan in the living room was enough for the whole apartment (we stayed in early Oct so the weather was pleasurable, but not very hot). - No second bathroom which we hoped for to speed up morning and evening times with showers (group of 4 friends). To my understanding, the advert said that there are 2 bathrooms in the apt - nice kitchen, but there were no forks, knives, spoons to eat food, which make no sense to have kitchen to use in general. We bought plastic cutlery in the supermarket nearby - no instructions how to leave the house and lock it, so we left the door unlocked after the early checkout. The above weren't big issues, we enjoyed our stay overall and would definitely go back.
• Laura (10/5): Charming apartment! - The area was accessible to either the Metro or the trolley/bus line. I love how it was among a local area but was quiet and quaint. It was a very charming place! Be forewarned that the outside door is short, so be sure to duck when entering. Be aware that it is up 3 flights of stairs.

• Lihi (1/5): Bad - The area is not clean, there is no detailed explanation of how to get to the apartment, you did not inform me that the apartment is on the 3rd floor, one air conditioner in the entire apartment, the air conditioner was broken, the owner of the apartment said he would come to fix it and compensate us, he did not come to fix it and did not answer the messages

• Betty (10/5): Wonderful Milano experience, Live like a local in an old and characterful apartment - Please tell people that if they drive to Milano, to avoid the 'Limited access road' for residents only. Our GPS took us up that road with cameras and as we were very close to the apartment didn't have much option, and will get a fine now.
