Guest Reviews
- Skye (9/5): Our stay was great, the location was perfect for us and it’s close to town. The tiny home was well equipped and the coff - The property has everything you need, it was well equipped and the locations great, close to town while still feeling like it’s your own private place. The aircon can be a bit loud when it’s on and you’re sleeping but it warms the room up enough to turn it off while sleeping. The hanging space was good but anything bigger that would be put on the floor was in the way as there wasn’t anywhere else to put our bags.
- Schunck (9/5): - Great location, loved the property and the privacy Noisy aircon. Limited storage space
- Julia (10/5): Amazing!!! - Loved how clean it was, the design, very quiet. Great location.
- Hussey (8/5): -
- Poh (10/5): Cosy and comfy - Is away from crowd and yet close to facilities like eateries and supermarkets and sight seeing. Nothing
- Louisa (10/5): Excellent location and extremely comfortable! - Great location very close to a lake with an abundance of bird life! We hired the bikes and took a scenic ride one way to the beach, and then rode back the other way into margs town. The tiny house itself was well equipped with everything you could need to self cater, including a bbq, coffee machine, comfy bed and hot shower! Nothing, we really enjoyed our stay and while there are a few tiny houses on the property, we felt there was a great amount of privacy and their positioning was well thought out. The only downside was that we only had two nights!
- Eva (10/5): 10/10 stay - Lovely little cabin with enough privacy to make it feel like you’re almost alone. The tiny house had all the amenities you could need for a weekend away. It was clean too and felt very cosy!

- Jemela (10/5): Great communication, extremely clean little home and loved the use of canoes on the property. -
- Magali (10/5): Amazing! - It was spotless! Beautiful location, well equipped. Sarah and Ben were very responsive! Nothing.
- Maurice (8/5): The weather was poor which did not add to the experience The tiny house was very clean and laundry very good - My wife was attracted to the tiny homes concept in the sticks. We are big people and the paddling and long walks were not really our bag. No internet. We should have been more aware of the accom and location.
- Ainsley (10/5): A beautiful little home away from home. Highly recommended. - Cleanliness, location and had everything you needed. The hosts were friendly and very helpful. Nothing, was all good.
- Michelle (10/5): Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Will recommend & return - Quiet and private. Beautifully fitted out with everything you need for a getaway whether exploring or stayin in. Hubby loved the bbq and coffee machine. Laundry room with washer dryer, iron and ironing board very useful. Great idea for reading and games room as well. Wine by the fire just perfect.
Great communication by hosts. Nothing to report
- Jaiser (8/5): - Wir sind es gewohnt dass jeder eine Decke hat und hatten da so mit einer unsere Schwierigkeiten 😉
- Leidy Marcela (10/5): - Beautiful place😍
- Annabelle (10/5): Perfect romantic trip away - Super cosy space, great coffee machine, private, comfy bed and great air con Not much room for your bags but that’s expected given it’s a tiny cabin
- Aleksandra (10/5): Perfect escape! - From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how beautiful this property is. The house was just lovely - modern, extremely clean, and well equipped overlooking trees and a lake. Outside, you get a private bbq area and a fire pit, which feels so cosy in the evenings... Location is truly perfect! The property is tucked away in a quiet spot, minutes from the Margaret River Town, so all you hear are birds singing. Staff is also amazing, very kind, caring, and responsive :).
- Clevelandbayliss (10/5): Exceptional -
- Eveline (10/5): Cosy and peaceful, loved it! - I stayed two nights in Tiny 2 and I truly regret not having spent more nights there. It’s so cute and cosy, and although it may be tiny, I loved every bit about it! It was super clean, it has a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom (good hair blow dryer!), and the interior is a peaceful combination of wood and white. Overall, it’s very peaceful and quiet. It has the best bed ever and as a super light sleeper, I slept very well! Very convenient location as well. I would love to come back (soon)! -
- Jonathon (10/5): Perfect stat - Easy to access, clean, comfortable, stress free. Good comms from the team. Nothing. Was perfect
- Rachel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rhona (10/5): Wished we had stayed longer fabulous place to unwind . - Its location to the beaches and town were excellent .
The cabin/retreat was absolutely spotless with the facilities such as laundry really handy. A little haven . The owners couldn’t have been more helpful when needed. Nothing
- Mariella (9/5): Superb -
- Sophie (10/5): Made great utilisation of facilities and beautiful location with lots around - It was so peaceful, loved the fire-pit and the room was decorated beautifully. The canoes were heaps of fun! Nothing!
- Serene (9/5): A very memorable getaway with great hosts! Would definitely recommend to friends and family. - Beautiful location surrounded by lush greenery and a lake. This tiny house comes with a bbq, firepit and canoe - everything you need to get comfy and enjoy the surroundings on site. Was also very conveniently located to Margaret River city centre, only a short 10 min drive to plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops. The weather was very wet and windy during our stay, which got quite loud on the first night with the rain hitting the house. However, luckily eased across the other nights. Not a big issue. :)
- James (10/5): Fantastic long weekend, Ben was very helpful and always quick to answer any queries. Will definitely be booking again - Everything you need for a weekend get away, very comfortable inside and lots of facilities outside
- Elizabeth (8/5): Very good - Loved the veiw and also the lake as there were ducks swimming around. Was just beautiful to wake up looking at the lake and just to relax! We have a fire for both nights and it was fantastic as the owners gave us wood for $15 and so worth it !!!
Such a great stay will definitely come back!!!! There wasent much privacy ad the windows to the bathroom you could see the other rooms so would of been nicer if the fences where around the rooms. But other than that it was fantastic!!!
- Judy (9/5): Superb -
- Danelle (10/5): Our stay was amazing. - The property is beautiful, the views, the tiny cabins are very well kept and modern. Absolutely beautiful. The hosts Ben and Sarah were lovely and helpful. The cabins are close to each other but the privacy fencing provides a very intimate feel. We will 100% be returning. (Photos attached were taken just before we checked out) We loved everything.
- Francoise (6/5): Clever idea, but just too small. - Located close to Margaret River. Comfortable bed. Noisy street nearby. A but too small for comfort. Could not really prepare and cook in kitchen. Sliding door into bathroom provide no privacy.
- Fiona (10/5): Exceptional -
- Dorine (10/5): Wedding Anniversary - We stayed in Tiny 2 and it was a lovely getaway in nature while still being close to Margaret River. It was very clean and it had everything we needed. There were 4 other Tiny houses but with plenty of space inbetween and they all look onto a peaceful lake. Enjoyed everything about it.
- Yulia (10/5): We truly enjoyed our stay in this tiny house - Friendly hosts, exceptionally clean facilities, nice peaceful location
