- Lucie (1/5): Bad - She did reach out to hosts in a WhatsApp group to help us find accommodation when we got there at 9pm We had booked the place early in the afternoon as we were seeing that we weren't going to be able to reach our destination further South. We only heard back from her at 7pm saying how she had been busy and hadn't seen the messages, and that the place wasn't clean and ready for us so she just cancelled on us. She did reach out to hosts in a WhatsApp group to help us find accommodation when we got there at 9pm
