Dormitoarele mici cu pat accesibil doar pe o latură, lipsa umerașe într-un dressing imens cu multe bare pt umerașe. Curățenia (luat gunoi, schimbat prosoape) s-a făcut în a 4-a zi, după ce am sunat de 2 ori la recepție!

- Nikolay (7/5): Beautiful location, but it comes at a cost. - The amenities were pretty good and functional. The location is very beautiful and the pool was very nice. The overall surroundings are quiet and not crowded. The kitchen was fully equiped. The private beach is full of rocks for the most part and combined with the algae, it made for a very slippery and dangerous experience. The location is not well placed on maps, so it was a bit difficult to find (fyi - follow the main street, and you will see a sign). The room had ants that and it was annoying. If you don't come by car, you are going to have a pretty good workout climbing the very steep and long hill when you want to leave the hotel. In the 3 days we stayed, no one came to clean or restock supplies such as toilet paper.

- Colin (7/5): Good value apartment with a great pool. - Good swimming pool, very clean apartment great view of the sea.very quiet Although the apartment is vey new there are some things that are poorly done. The kitchen lacked basic items.
- Delian (10/5): A good place to relax on the black sea without the crowds but near Varna. - The beach is not crowded and clean, the property is well taken care of and there is a restaurant. It looks like there is a lot of developments around the property but it did not really affect us.
- Cristina (7/5): Good option for a few days for the view. - The apartment is furnished exactly like the pictures and the view is spectacular on the terrace. The pool although small is a good alternative to the private beach as there are some small cliffs in the water. The breakfast at the main La Mar residence is quite good although the options are limited and the staff of the restaurant is very accommodating. The cleanliness of the room left a bit to be desired, we found hairs in the shower and sand on the couch. Also, there was no one to take out the garbage or at least signal where we should throw it. We arrived later in the evening, they left the key with the security in the main complex but they did not speak English. Also, there are no signs that differentiate building one and two and that created a bit of confusion when we arrived.
- Ulpia (7/5): Good - The place is wonderful, by the sea. Rooms are all decorated the same, but it is clean and all new. I have requested a sea view, and despite doing the reservation few weeks in advance and some other rooms being cancelled, they didn’t upgrade us. Pretty strange relationship with the staff at reception, rude and they speak no english. The beach is full of stones and algae
- Pavel (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean Entrance in the water with algues and rocks.. The view from the terasse..parking and another building, not the sea..
- Maria (7/5): Good - The view is absolutely great, first line to the sea. It was clean and comfortable and the staff was very polite. There was no control over how the private beach is used by the guests. Many of them were unrightfully leaving all kind of property (towels etc) on the sun loungers to "save a spot". Thus, we not once turned out to be on the beach early in the morning to find no people but also no place to occupy. I've brought this to the attention of the staff, and hopefully, they will find a way to control this and prevent such annoying problems. The beach itself is very narrow, with many rocks and it seems like it's left at the mercy of fate.
- Paul (10/5): Recommend the nice accommodation away from the crowds. - Lovely new studio with access to the beach and a nice swimming pool. Relaxed atmosphere. The room was bright and spacious with a nice patio for a drink. Very accommodating for check in and check out. 10min walk to some mini-supermarkets and a 15min to Golden Beach if you’re missing the crowds. Not the best beach on the coast but not busy and you had the free usage of the sun beds and umbrellas.
