• FAJOLED (2/5): INSONORISATION INEXISTANTE ! STRESS EPOUVANTABLE! A FUIR - La taille de la salle de bains et de la douche. Le réfrigérateur opérationnel. la réactivité du propriétaire La climatisation la wifi L'insonorisation est inexistante!!!! Le logement est une seule pièce mal agencée avec le lit juste devant la porte et la cuisine au fond. On entend tout ce qui se passe tant à l'extérieur qu'à l'intérieur. Dans la rue les cris des passants dans ce quartier populaire et bruyant, les véhicules à moteur qui semblent vous frôler, et le bruit d'une énorme porte de garage qui s'ouvre constamment. Nous avons l'impression d'avoir le lit dans un carrefour !!! On se demande qui va surgir... Stressant! A l'intérieur nous entendons les portes qui claquent, les chasses d'eau, nous pouvons suivre les conversations des voisins jusque tard dans la nuit et être réveillés par leur réveil tôt le matin. Les bruits viennent de partout. Peu de répit et mauvais sommeil! On ne peut pas ouvrir les volets des fenêtres qui donnent sur la rue car à hauteur d'yeux, les passants vous voient dans le lit! et ils ne se gênent pas de regarder. On reste donc dans le noir et sans ouvrir. Un film occultant serait facile à installer. Aucune possibilité de se garer à proximité. Nous avons attendu 30 mns mal garés dans la rue qui est très fréquentée et étroite, que quelqu'un vienne nous ouvrir la porte qui ne répondait pas à distance. Je conseille au propriétaire de venir tester une nuit son logement! Il comprendra pourquoi on ne se sent pas bien ici.

La struttura a piano terra praticamente sulla strada rumorosissima essendo un appartamento manca di alcuni servizi asciugamani.. aria condizionata presente ma gocciolava e ho dovuto raccogliere tre giorni acqua un secchio.avvisato subito tramite messaggio ma non risolto alla partenza fatto presente mi ha detto che non poteva mandare tecnico con dentro cliente.. giusto ma c'erano altri tre appartamenti chiusi poteva spostarmi........ sconsigliato da parte mia

La stanza è terribilmente rumorosa, una notte c'erano dei ragazzi fuori che urlavano e sono andati via solo dopo l'arrivo della polizia, abbiamo avuto paura. Il secondo letto è un divano che si apre ed è molto rumoroso quando ci si muove e non era preparato al nostro arrivo, abbiamo dovuto farcelo da soli.

• Michele (10/5): - Proprietario molto gentile, abbiamo avuto problemi con l'apertura della porta della stanza e ci è venuto in aiuto nel giro di dieci minuti. Non male la posizione, molto vicino allo stadio La Rosaleda, ci siamo mossi a piedi senza troppo sforzo.
• Maria (4/5): Podsumowując, apartament ma podstawowe wyposażenie, jednak kwestia hałasu oraz czystości wymaga zdecydowanej poprawy. - Największym atutem była lokalizacja. Blisko do centrum. Supermarket znajdował się na sąsiedniej ulicy. Wyposażenie apartamentu oceniamy jako wystarczające na krótki pobyt – znajdowało się w nim wszystko, co potrzebne. Przydałaby się jednak deska do prasowania, która byłaby dodatkowym udogodnieniem. Niestety nasz pobyt w apartamencie nie spełnił oczekiwań. W opisie na Booking widnieje informacja, że apartament jest dźwiękoszczelny, jednak w rzeczywistości było zupełnie inaczej. Hałas z ulicy był bardzo uciążliwy – słychać było wszystkie przejeżdżające samochody,skutery, rozmowy ludzi chodzących po ulicy, przez co czuliśmy się, jakbyśmy spali bezpośrednio na ulicy. Spaliśmy w zatyczkach do uszu, a mimo to noce były nieprzespane. Dodatkowo ściany są na tyle cienkie, że bez problemu słyszeliśmy rozmowy znajomych z apartamentu nr 3. Jeśli chodzi o czystość, mogłoby być zdecydowanie lepiej. Podłoga nie była dokładnie umyta, a w kuchni nie zapewniono nowej gąbki do naczyń – dostępna była jedynie stara, o nieprzyjemnym zapachu, co było mało komfortowe.

• Francisco Javier (8/5): Para el ocio, lo veo bastante bien. - Un apartamento muy coqueto y decorado con muy buen gusto, a pie de calle y con muchos detalles. La cama es muy cómoda y grande. Creo que podría estar más limpio. No tiene insonorización ninguna, se escuchan todos los ruidos de la calle y para colmo, en otro apartamento entraron unos inquilinos que gritaban muchísimo, me costó trabajo conciliar el sueño, y me tenía que levantar muy temprano.

• sevim (7/5): - Location There was no way of opening the windows no natural air. Air-conditioning dripped when closed. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable to sleep-definitely broken and not for a grown adult. Very noisy, the road is very busy road with lots of activity and cars all through the night.

• Yana (2/5): Do not recommend - The only thing I liked about this apartment was the location — it was central and convenient. Now, to the negatives: in my opinion, this is not a real apartment. It’s just a rebuilt garage with high ceilings. We could hear everything from the outside — people walking, shouting, water splashing — it felt like we were literally sleeping on the street. As women, we were genuinely scared at night. There were people shouting, possibly drunk, and there was absolutely no feeling of safety. The smell inside was bad, the sofa was dirty, and the pillows weren’t clean either. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience and I wouldn’t recommend it.
