The bathrooms were great, all the beds were very comfortable & there were ample towels. Loved the bath tub! We will def be back to stay again. • Vanessa (10/5): Amazing view! - Stunning, well appointed and located. No complaints at all. If you are staying on a Friday or through the weekend, know that access to the pool and other facilities in the building are only possible after completing an induction at reception. However, inductions are only on weekdays until 4pm so because we checked in on a Friday, by the time we went to reception it was after 4pm so we could not use the pool which looked amazing in the photos and the kids were sad to miss out. Price, but worth it for the view.
• yvonne (7/5): City stay to attend the tennis. - Location, spacious living area, fantastic views, modern. Having to deal with multiple people and companies regarding information, payments & requests. Very involved online induction regarding policies, entry to carpark and location and process to pickup keys and tag to carpark. This shop was away from the apartment on a busy street with very little parking. All 3 bedrooms in the apartment were very small and the 2nd main bathroom adjacent to 2 bedrooms was extremely small more suitable for young children rather than 2 adult couples. The amenities included a swimming people which required a 5 minute induction to be completed at reception. On Sundays this induction was not available and our 2day stay started on a Sunday . None of the provided information stated this . The booking made through Bookings accepted payment by credit card. Only a few days before our booking we had to pay a bond, through a different company who only accepted a bank transfer. Dealing with 3 different companies meant multiple emails from all of them , often repeated information through out the 2day stay.

• Evy (6/5): Reccomend for the space and location - Spacious living area, location. Despite issues with plumbing smell, property manager was helpful, friendly and tried to address the issue. Complicated check in and parking process. Ended up getting stuck in car lift and had to call to get out. Smell from plumbing in master en-suite was a constant issue.
• Bianca Butler (10/5): Best accommodation in Melbourne 100% - I stayed here for 5 nights with my 3 boys, 13, 8 and 5 and my dad. Lots of room for a family to be able to enjoy their own space if they need it. Lots of things to do for the kids and it is close to all the fun stuff for them too, 20 mins walk to most of the attractions, or a free tram ride. We loved the views and the amenities. The apartment was very new and the decor matched perfectly. It has a very high end vibe to the place. The beds varied in firmness, which is great for people who have different tastes with their beds. It was so close to everything. Free tram rides to the docklands straight out the front. The team was very communicative and were very caring and accommodating. They were always making sure we were ok and helped us out a lot. The check in is very descriptive all the way through to check out. We will definitely be back!! Loved everything!!
• Pawadee (3/5): - - The location is good. - The size of the room is good for 6 of us. - The view from the room is fantastic. - The team answered us quickly. I asked them there was a wind noise which was quite loud so they managed to give us 2 extra towels to put under the door as the room is at the high floor. - the toilet in master bedroom had strong smell somehow just like public toilet. There is no door so I need to sleep with the smell for 4 nights. I tried to look where does the smell come from and clean the floor and the toilet myself but the smell seemed getting stronger. - the apt asked us to pay the deposit of $350 before you arrived. I understand that but the problem is the only payment is the bank transfer. We didn’t have Australian account as we were tourists traveling in Australia. They didn’t accept credit card not cash at all. Luckily, we have friends in Australia who managed to transfer for us but if we didn’t, we weren’t sure that we could stayed or not since the money had already cut from the booking.com. We wanted the checked in smoothly so needed to go with the flow. I don’t know about the rules and laws there but here is the first place from booking.com that asked us to deposit separately from the website. - there were house rules and guidelines to read before you checked in which was almost 10 pages. They sent us before the check in date which was normal. But we were in the middle of our trip with children so it was our false for not reading all the rules. The guideline said to put rubbish in the place but we didn’t know where about in APT so we separated the rubbish but didn’t took them out from the room. Therefore, we were deducted $30+ GST from our deposit. Which quite understandable. - the room were a bit dusty and some hair fall on the floor. I think the cleaning team was too rush. Other parts from these, we were happy.

The apartment is spacious and as someone who travels children this is a must, as it gives everyone space away from each other when needed. The bath is INCREDIBLE!!! I will be back just for the bath.
