- Franziskus (2/5): Not recommended, In the pictures the accommodation looks large and cozy, but it is not - - The accommodation was dirty, partly broken, very uncomfortable. The air conditioning smelled, on the upper false ceiling the air and heat were barely bearable. The windows and the door were leaking (it was very drungy in the room) and the walls are extremely thin. Under no means seriously usable for 4 people and no space for suitcases. Only two Blankets. In general, you didn’t feel comfortable.

- Daniel (2/5): I was racially abused after filing a noise complaint for obnoxious behavior in the unit downstairs. Management couldn’t - Conveniently located about 7 minutes walk from train station. Walls are very thin, property management mishandled noise complaints. Other guest are constantly drunk on the staircase. Very dusty. “Bed” is actually a 6cm piece of padding. “Couch” is being held together by clear tape. Ideal for budget travelers, adults with responsibilities please look elsewhere. You will be disappointed.

- Nico (6/5): The apartment was functional - The apartment is close to several train stations and there is also a grocery store down the road that is much cheaper than the 7/11, lawson stations, etc. The WiFi is limited to 400GB per month which is great for a long stay - in addition, it's a portable router so it's pretty convenient to take it with you to access WiFi everywhere in Japan. The apartment felt authentic Japanese and it's equipped with everything one may need. For security, there is a police station nearby. The apartment wasn't as clean as we wished it was. The humidity in the whole thing is very high and we found it very hard to get the towels & the bathroom dry again...the air conditioner did nothing in that regard. Due to this, there is mold in many places and the loft mattress was in a very very bad condition.
