The apartment is beautiful and it's a great size for 2 people. The neighbourhood is very cute, with nice restaurants and cafes. I wasn't expecting this location to have so many buses connecting the heart of central London. The events I had to attend took place near Angel and St Pancras, so commuting was a bliss. Nothing!

Besides, she’ll give you great tips to discover the neighborhood. I definitely recommend the place and I hope to stay there during my next stay in London! Nothing, everything was great.
• David (2/5): Nice flat but bad experience because of lack of support from the flatowner - Nice flat, fairly new, seems to be a social housing, nice balcony, lift for luggages. Flat is well decorated & clean, bed is large for 2 regular people. Access is bit far from the Angel Metro station but the bus drops you nearby. No security issue at night. Scafoldings in front of the building which prevent seeing outside, but the balcony is accessible & clean. Unacceptable : I did not manage to get into the flat as the keys were missing the fob to access the building. The emergency codes provided in the message did not work. The flatowner did not answer to my numerous messages, both by phone & mail. The shopowner delivering the keys directed me to the support of the keys delivery system : 2x15min waiting on the phone and no answer. Finally she helped me and we got the support on. Thanks to the cleaner who was there, I finally accessed the flat and got a working pair of keys. This system for delivering the keys is not working properly. Water not really hot in the shower.
• Manuel (5/5): It needs a deep cleaning - "The bed is very comfortable." After 5 hours on a plane and 2 hours on the road, we had to go pick up the keys from a store that’s on another block. Then, walking at night through unfamiliar streets, unsure of their safety, when usually, we’d be taken directly to the building’s door by transportation. Likewise, upon leaving, instead of leaving the keys inside the apartment as usual, we had to walk back to return the keys to the store. Upon entering, we found that the door doesn’t fully open because there’s a huge box in the middle of the hallway, obstructing the entrance, especially inconvenient with large luggage. The entire house is filled with ‘objects,’ as if it’s being used as a storage unit. In 6 days, we couldn’t manage to take a single hot shower, which isn’t pleasant considering the outside temperature. The cleanliness is notably absent; we had to wash the dishes before using them, and it seems they use the sofa as a dining table, making us think twice before sitting on it. We contacted the host, who was friendly, but didn’t resolve the most important issue: the lack of hot water.
• Elaine (10/5): Perfect Islington location - I hate to say too many good things about this lovely flat because I want to have it free the next time we go to visit our daughter in London! The place is clean, comfortable, amazing location. We absolutely plan to return. Some construction going on but never early morning or nights.

• Kate (7/5): Great for our work trip to London. - The bed was really comfortable and the apartment was clean. Location was great and it was in a charming area. Overall we have nothing to dislike about the property apart from the building work which we were pre warned about prior to booking.
