You’ll get very detailed Information by the nice host how to find the apartment. The apartment itself is very spacious and well equipped. It is a perfect place to stay for a weekend in Tirana! • Buse (10/5): 10/10 - I booked this place for 3 different group in a row for my holiday. First one was with baby. The house is super clean that we let the baby to explore freely without thinking if she touches a dirty thing. Second, and third time was with friends. We all felt so comfortable, the owner and his mother which cleans the apartment are super nice and respectful people. We appreciate their effort to make us feel comfortable. Dont even think, just rent this place to have a super comfortable holiday. The windows cannot be locked and yes it felt a little not safe at first but the place is in the main street and 2nd floor so there is no harm to leave the windows unlocked.

• ryan (9/5): Great communication and a comfortable sleep - Communication was perfect. WhatsApp messages were replied to immediately and photos/videos provided as well. The beds and pillows were very luxurious and my wife said I must mention them to Skerdi. The area is also very nice, lots of shops but not noisy. The price was a steal. The apartment is starting to show its age, which is expected at this price point. Coffee is important for us so we brought our own filter. The main bedroom is a little bright in the morning as it doesn't have the same blinds as the rest of the house.

Nos esperó a que llegaramos y nos acompañó al apartamento y al parking cdrcano (con pago) El apartamento está a unos 12-15 minutos de todo el ecntro. Los accesos al apartamento erstán muy descuidados y un tanto difíciles de encontrar. El apartamento está limpio, pero es un poco descuidado y cosas antiguas. El agua funciona con una bomba, que se conecta nada más abrir un grifo, haciendo bastante ruido. Incluso nos quedamos sin agua, después de ducharnos. Estuvimos en fin de semana, pero puede ser ruidoso entre semana, ya que hay tráfico en la calle donde se encuentran las habitaciones.
• ENRICA (8/5): - Appartamento molto comodo e spazioso con due camere da letto. Posizione strategica a 10 minuti a piedi da tutte le principali attrazioni. I letti erano comodissimi e il proprietario molto disponibile per qualsiasi problema. Ottimo rapporto qualitá/prezzo. Nelle ore notturne bisognava aprire gli occhi perché la zona si trasformava un po',ma questo è normale in tutte le grandi città.

Kiváló az elhelyezkedése, közel van mindenhez, kisbolthoz (Spar, KMY), bulinegyedhez, van hozzá közel minőségi kocsma (KROI), reggelizőhely (Mulliri), valamint belvárosi látnivalókhoz. Ár-érték arányban verhetetlen. Nem működött a hajszárító, időnként hangos a főutca, picit kényelmetlen az ágy, illetve a párna.

Il proprietario molto gentile ci ha mandato un video per arrivare a casa e ci ha fatto trovare il posto auto proprio dietro casa ci ha aspettati nonostante siamo arrivati tardi la sera.... Vista la ora tarda almeno una bottiglia di acqua in frigo

• Konstantin (10/5): Great location, great host and very spacious - The place is nice and specious. Having 2 bedrooms and a living room was great. And the best part is that it’s walking distance to everything. The host is incredibly helpful. He met us in person and even helped us bring everything in from the car. He recommended Restorant Tymi for dinner which was great as well.

• Lino (8/5): Not too bad. - La posizione centrale facilita le escursioni nella capitale. Proprietari sempre disponibili e alla mano. Uno dei due lettini singoli ha qualche cosa che non va. Si dovrebbe aggiustare. Condizionatore in camera da letto perdeva acqua sul pavimento. Difficile trovare parcheggio, ma i proprietari offrono quello loro al prezzo di 7euro al giorno. Per il resto nulla di grave.

• Gemma (8/5): Spacious apartment in good location. - Good location. Perfect size for us with the sofa bed too. Nice enclosed balcony. Clear instructions on finding the apartment and met on arrival. Had all facilities we needed. As mentioned in previous reviews, the shower does flood the bathroom floor a bit but they provide crocs/flip flops if needed.

• Kyung Jin (9/5): - Es war alles vorhanden, die Betten und sogar das Sofabett waren sehr bequem! Das Bad bzw der Abfluss in der Dusche waren nicht so gut, aber alles zum Abwischen, etc. war vorhaden. Tipp: einfach Slippers mitbringen (es stehen 3 Slippers in der Wohnung zur Verfügung)
