• alessandra (9/5): - Gradevole appartamento all'ultimo piano di un palazzo storico nella zona City Life di Milano. Per me comodissimo perche' a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro congressi MICO. Apprezzatissimo il piccolo terrazzino abitabile con vista su city Life ( in questo periodo in corso lavori per costruzione di nuovi grattacieli, quindi limitata ). Arredamento curato. Se dovessi tornare, lo riprenderei sicuramente. Unica pecca .. un po' indaginoso il sistema per entrare, che richiede necessariamente l'uso del cellulare ( se si scaricasse ? se venisse rubato? se si perdesse ? ). Meglio un codice da memorizzare o qualcosa che permetta di entrare indipendentemente dal telefono.

On arrival it takes some training to access for the keys ; web site with instructions ; you tube videos ; key access web sites . Fortunately as it is modern but complex there was a person on the phone to help.

• Cawilly (9/5): Awesome apartment with a great location, it is a perfect home away from home. - Location to the Alianz MiCO was excellent. City Life is a great area for shopping, food and items you may need. Apartment had everything you could need and a good view, which will be even better when the construction is done. Very quiet, little street or neighbor noise. Access to transportation was ideal. Most everything was good. I had a little difficulty with the electronic keys, maybe some my fault but it does take some practice. The area under the sofa bed was not as clean as the rest of the apartment, dust and misc. items from another tenant? The automatic lights were good upon entry, the ones to the bathroom, though helpful, took a while to go off, which was a bit of an issue during the night.

• Antonina (7/5): Nice to stay - I appreciated the cleanliness and warmth of the room, which was spacious enough for my week-long stay. I can imagine that the balcony would be a lovely spot to relax during the summer. Additionally, I found the available amenities, such as the hair dryer, washing machine, and bottled water, to be very convenient. For my liking the bed is too soft. Feels like sleeping in a hammock. I was sometimes afraid about my battery level in a cellphone, that I will not be able to unlock the doors. Entering system feels like escape room game. I understand that is for safety reasons.

• Angéla (10/5): Highly recommend! - The facilities and the cleanliness of the apartment were exceptional. Actually the real experience is even more impressive than on the pictures shown. Located close to everything needed and the city centre is also well reachable. I was there alone, so for me the couch bed was comfortable but keep in mind that for two people may not be the most convenient. All together was one of my best experience in terms of accommodation. For me, the construction wasn’t annoying, but may cause some issues if you choose to sleep in at the morning.

• Natalia (9/5): Superb - The apartment is located in a modern part of Milan. There is a grocery store nearby. The apartment is fully equipped. There is a beautiful view from the balcony. The apartment is beautiful and modernly furnished. The owner is very nice, responds to messages quickly. Unfortunately, the bed is very uncomfortable and squeaks. If I were the owners, I would consider replacing the sofa with a classic bed. Unfortunately, this bed was very disturbing. You also need to take into account that there is a construction site on the other side of the street and workers have been working since early morning.

• Dr. (10/5): SUPER PERFECT - I had a medical conference at the Allianz MiCo • Milano Convention Centre for 4 days. Unfortunately, I booked very late and all the hotels nearby were fully booked. However, I was very lucky with this very nice small apartment overlooking the conference venue, which is a 7-minute walk away. It also overlooks a new area full of 3 skyskapers, restaurants, cafes, and a cinema called City life, which is a 3-minute walk away. Below the building, there is a wonderful women's salon, perfect for those who want to have their hair done and appear professionally groomed. The building is very secure. You can't enter until you pass through two tightly closed doors with a secret code. Access to the apartment is also through an easy, fast, and secure application. The apartment is very beautiful and modernly furnished. The floors are luxurious marble, and the bathroom is also spacious, modern, with strong and wonderful lighting. The bed is very comfortable, the TV is very large, and the kitchen is fully equipped as if it were your own kitchen. There are full set plates, spoons, espresso cups, tea cups, pots, a refrigerator with powerful cooling, and a modern and large dishwasher. Cleaning supplies are available. There is an espresso machine, oven, microwave, and in one of the cabinets, I found salt, pepper, and a large jar of high-quality Italian olive oil. The balcony rejuvenates the spirit for those who want to relax. It is beautifully and wonderfully furnished. There is a split air conditioner for cooling and heating with very high quality. Mirrors fill the place, where there is a whole wall full of large mirrors, giving the place spaciousness, which is of course what any woman needs. The Wi-Fi is very strong & fast If you need anything, you just have to contact them on WhatsApp, and they will respond to you in seconds. I thank Pietro and Marta for their hospitality and care. Nothing.. everything was perfect
